Il s'agit d'une belle et spacieuse maison de 3 chambres sur une voie privée. À quelques minutes de Cross Lake. Grand espace pour la pêche et la navigation de plaisance. Venez vous détendre dans un hamac, surplombant la paisible rivière Seneca. Ou tentez votre chance à attraper une large gamme de poissons dès le quai.

Le centre de New York compte l'un des plus grands nombres de terrains de golf par habitant, tous situés à proximité et pouvant accueillir tous les niveaux de jeu. Vous pouvez passer la journée à visiter les magnifiques montagnes des Adirondacks ou à déguster les vins proposés sur le pittoresque sentier viticole de Fingerlakes, le tout à une heure de route. Vous pouvez également faire une excursion en bateau sur la rivière Seneca avec les excursions en bateau Adirondack locales, passer la journée à marcher dans le village de Baldwinsville ou assister à l'un des nombreux festivals estivaux organisés au centre-ville de Syracuse.

A perfect home for our stay

We stayed for Syracuse graduation weekend. The house was clean, spacious and very well stocked. The view of the river was so beautiful and the sun porch was very relaxing.I would recommend this property to anyone traveling in the area.

Hidden Gem River House

This property has everything you need to just drop off your belongings and enjoy your ourselves. Great location for exploring the Finger Lakes Wine Trails, access to river and lakes for boaters (the locks are a fun experience), or just relaxing on the dock or the porch with a book.

Peaceful retreat

We rented the house for lodging for ourselves & our staff for the duration of the NYS Fair. It was a beautiful, quiet location for us to unwind after working all day. The rooms were very spacious & comfortable. We all loved the accommodations.

Lovely property, quiet and peaceful

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is roomy, clean and well furnished. The yard is lovely and well maintained, it should be noted there is a good deal of poison ivy in the landscaping and edges of the property line. Not an issue if you recognize it and have kids old enough to understand.

Our family - anglers, and this place is very good for fishing. Property has very good pier. All general stores are in ten minutes away. The house has everything for cooking, relaxation and spending the time during the day and evening outside or on the porch. The grill is available.We spent 7 days in magnificent environment, and we are happy.Carla is very nice person and communication with her was very pleasant.

Perfect weekend

My family and I had the best weekend at this beautiful property. I rented it for a small graduation party for my daughter. Carla, the hostess was gracious and replied to questions quickly. The property was even better in person than it was in the pictures. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Everyone that came was as impressed with the house, yard, and river as I was.

Family time by the river

We had an awesome stay! Carla was great with all the communications. Check-in and out were easy! The rental was very spacious! We had my family visiting us each day and they were all surprised by that. We had time fishing, sitting by the river, and many meals together. We were staying during the heat wave and thankfully they had AC in every room! My favorite times were early mornings by myself sitting in the sun room (not in the photos), with my cup of coffee, looking out at the river, and or working on puzzles. Very relaxing!

My husband, dog, & I stayed here for a week, and found this house to be spacious & comfortable. It has a nice view of the river, a big side yard, a new dock with a place to launch a boat/kayak. We enjoyed the proximity to Beaver Lake Nature Center, where we walked each day (note: no dogs allowed there). The house is well stocked. There is a small screen porch that we enjoyed, though someone had been smoking on it, so the smell had lingered. The master bath sink had very low water pressure, so we had to brush teeth in the upstairs half bath. Also, you have to drive into the property on a long gravel road, which left our car very dusty.

River front getaway

This was an absolutely perfect river front property. You can dock fish or launch a small paddle boat or kayak into the river from the backyard! This was perfect we fished almost all day and had fires at night. Stores close enough if you need anything.

Wonderful home, very cozy and quiet

Large house, plenty of space and good size property. We traveled from 3 places to this central location close to our parents area for Thanksgiving. In total it was 4 adults, 3 boys aged 6-9 years old and 2 small dogs. Our parents came for dinner which we cooked all in the house and had plenty of room in the living room, dining room and kitchen to cook enough for 8 adults and 3 kids. Tons of games in the house, we loved the fooseball table and all the beds were extra comfy. We would be happy to stay again! Carla, the host, was very responsive and courteous. Everything we needed was available and the price was great.

Beautiful Lake Front Home

What a wonderful stay! So relaxing with a beautiful view of the Seneca River! The house has everything you’ll ever need and has a amazing homely touch, we felt so comfortable there! Carla was wonderful and kept in touch through the whole process. Would highly recommend this rental for anyone would be interested in the area or even if looking for a quiet place to stay!

Great property. Mosquitos were a bit too friendly, and it rained on our parade, but inside was great and we had fun fishing and boating. Great place for the kids.

Golf Getaway

Great place to join friends for a reunion of old classmates. 5 guys very comfortable , nice local golf courses and I caught a nice small mouth bass off the dock. Would do it all again.

Great location!

The location couldn't have been better. We brought our own kayaks and canoe and had easy access to the river right from the backyard of the property. Plenty of places to sleep for our family of 6. Even though there were neighbors on both sides, the property was pretty private. The house had everything we needed. Check in was smooth. Carla was very responsive to questions and made sure we were aware of a possible bee issue in the yard. Baldwinsville was very close and provided places for groceries and fire wood.

Relaxing get away

This was the perfect property for a relaxing vacation where family and friends could visit and hand out. The backyard is beautiful and secluded. There was a brownout due to a storm, and the property owner was extremely helpful at corrosponding with the power company to get the power back.

We are a family of five. Both full time working professionals. Our 3 children are grown. We are feeling the recent 'Empty Nest' syndrome. It is going to take a little getting used to. We are very proud of their accomplishments so far!!

We owned a rental property on a lake previously, which we renovated, and sold. We wanted to find a waterfront home that we could eventually retire to, and fell in love with this place. It's spacious for our family, and for visitors from out of town.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We enjoy the quiet, relaxing feeling we get from the place. When we drive down the lane to the house, we feel like we are in the middle of nowhere, even though it is a short drive from our home. Almost immediately upon arriving at the house, we feel all of our worries and stress fall away from us. We love hanging out in the hammock with the soft sound of the river surrounding us, and at night enjoying a fire in the fire-pit by the water. Our children also like to fish and swim or explore the woods nearby.
