Great spot to experience Lake Oneida

This is a great home for families and friends to visit Lake Oneida. Everything is clean and it is a cozy please to make meals and have some downtime!

Lake House

Great spot right on Oneida Lake. Great backyard (for smaller dogs - the fence is relatively low in places). Very comfortable master bedroom bed. Satelitte TV. Hot tub was great too!

It was well kept, clean and in a great location. The owner told us exactly what to expect and where to find everything. We arrived very late and he informed us of how to enter the property and what to expect. Absolutely no problems at all.

Excellent property by the water

Everything went great and the house was well kept and very clean. Nice view of the lake out the window too and a great hot tub!! Property owner was very communicative and was very helpful!

We loved our stay. We booked the house to use for getting ready for our wedding and to relax for a couple days after. When we checked in there was a minor bug issue outside that the owner promptly came over to take care of and it was clear for the rest of the trip. He also came to help us out when we discovered a propane tank was empty, he switched it out and had us going in no time. The house is amazing, my mother commented about wanting to buy it just to have that view out the front window overlooking the lake. If we needed a place in the area again, we would come back.

Nice Stay!!!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was comfortable, recently remodeled, and clean. Terry was also a great host! He was always available, responsive, and helpful answering questions about the area. Highly recommend!

The owner was a pleasure to work with. He made special accommodations to meet my families needs without hesitation. The home was immaculate and the neighbors very pleasant. Luxury style living with lake access. There was also a playground and beach minutes from the house my family loved. Great stay!

Great lake house on Oneida

Check in was great. The property was great. The view and location was great. We watched lots of sailboats and geese in the water. There was a huge hot tub for us to enjoy. We BBQ'd on the grill and had plenty of dining seating indoors and out. Also a nice propane fire pit to sit by sipping on our wine the host left for us. There was not a pool like the listing said but we didn't mind. Overall great stay and would stay there again. on our wine

I did look again as I thought I may have overlooked something but I couldn’t find it. Would you mind letting me know where you saw it?? I just don’t want other guests to be misled. Owner is great- the furnishings are old- there is carpet in all common area and bedrooms. No air conditioning furniture was dusty there was cobwebs in the bathroom hanging from the ceiling - the outside of the house is beautifully kept and maintained. Unfortunately we did not her to use the outside as we were there for parent weekend at Syracuse and spent most of our time there!

A total rip off don’t rent this! It’s awful!

I think the title probably says it all the smell will overwhelm you the minute you walk in… We couldn’t even use the bathroom on the lower level. The must and mildew smell was so bad. We couldn’t even use the bathroom on the lower level and refused to even attempt to go into the basement. This was an awful experience.

The bathroom on the lower level has ventilation and it is cleaned with bleach after each guest. Maybe the smell that you were smelling could have been the dog poop that you wiped on my rug in the foyer while I was present!!! Also, the house was left in a horrible condition with bags of garbage stacked up in the kitchen and running onto the floor!! You clearly knew where the trash cans were as you had thrown your dogs feces in them while I was present!! You also complained that the cushions were not on the patio furniture, and I had explained that I keep them in the deck box so that they do not get wet and moldy!! Upon my return to my lake house, I see that you had left all of the patio cushions out, and they were saturated!! I had also told you not to allow your dog on the furniture and it’s quite obvious that the dog was on the bed in the master bedroom as the comforter was stained and covered with dog hair!!! Caution, caution, caution, to all hosts. I would not recommend this individual as a guest!!! I will be requesting additional funding for the cleaning and the replacement of my deck lounge as that was damaged as well!!

The perfect place to relax and enjoy with family

It is the second time that we have stayed in this house and for us it has been the perfect place to relax and enjoy with the family, it has been like being in your own home, Terry is a mega host, attentive to the smallest detail before, during and after our stay. Something for everyone

Peaceful staycation

My family & I had a great weekend at this property. The house was very clean and the owner was so responsive! I communicated our wish to check in a little early so my toddler could nap and the owner was extremely accommodating, especially on short notice. After a busy day exploring the city our toddler fell fast asleep while my husband & I got to enjoy the hot tub! A great weekend for all.

Loved our stay!

Terry's place was very clean, comfortable and questions/messages were answered quickly. We spent several days before our trip moving a lot of furniture, so relaxing in the hot tub for the evening was amazing. I would highly recommend staying at Terry's place!
