Ce condo de vacances en front de mer est situĂ© Ă  Destin en Floride, le long de la cĂŽte d'Émeraude. La location de condo # 103 peut accueillir jusqu'Ă  6 personnes avec un roi dans la chambre principale, 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis et un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon. Il y a du carrelage partout avec des tapis dans les chambres. La piscine et la plage de Destin sont idĂ©alement situĂ©es en dehors de votre balcon au 1er Ă©tage. Vous serez Ă  quelques pas de la plage de Destin. Toutes les unitĂ©s sont non-fumeurs.

Le condo 103 est fraßchement peint avec une nouvelle moulure en couronne. Le salon dispose d'un nouveau canapé-lit, d'un siÚge d'amour et d'un miroir mural. Le salon dispose d'un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 42 "pour votre plus grand plaisir. Les deux chambres ont été récemment rénovées avec de nouveaux meubles et des volets de plantation. La chambre principale dispose d'un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 31 pouces. La salle de bain principale est privée de la chambre principale et offre une combinaison baignoire / douche. La chambre d'amis dispose d'un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat de 18 pouces. La salle de bain a une baignoire / douche.

I’ve got noting but the run around every time I’ve called. New person every time that doesn’t know what I’m talking about. So the chain of command needs attention. It would be extremely easy to handle my dilemma. Now I’m sure I never will have it resolved.

A nice week at the seaside

We used this location in the past and always was giving us everything we hoped and needed for a vacation. We have been all very happy for spending a so nice time together with the family. This is an ideal place to do this, and we already reserved the same spot for 2026. Thank you to the whole team at The Islander resort. We are looking already forward for the next year.

The condo does have a washer and dryer which is very nice and is what keeps us coming back to this room. I do wish that the washer and dryer were not such an expensive upgrade to the room though. Also, it would be nice if a shower head would be installed in both bathrooms that had a hose due to all the sand. All in all a great condo and The Islander has a great beach attendant.

Beach Lovers Must Stay Here!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’m very picky about where I stay and I’m 100% a beach lover! Just steps from the beach, and heated pool. Ideally perfect for older folks due to the main floor or families with kids. The community was quiet, clean, and check in was extremely convenient. Are only hiccup was the fridge ice maker not working however the front office provided complimentary bags of ice. I highly recommend this unit and community. We will hoped be back soon!

Reviewer Comments: 2nd night here my 10 yo and 21 yo step son's sinuses really started messing with them. 4th night my 10 son's sinuses started messing with him. I started smelling mold in the bathroom. 5th night I notice mold along the wall by the vents on the ceiling. I called the front desk and was told maintenance would be down in the morning. They said they would be treating it with bleach. My husband is from Louisiana. He knows a lot about mold. If you use bleach on mold, it turns into pneumonia. We told them to hold off until we leave the next day. We stayed out of the condo as much as possible. With all that being said, the condo was nice, very convenient.

Decent place for a family vacation

Good value and room location

Very enjoyable stay. Room was nice and in good condition. Had everything we needed. Bedding was comfortable and A/C worked well. First floor location was very convenient. Close to pool and beach access. Property was well-maintained...landscaping was very nice. Fresh paint on exterior; sidewalk, common areas have been updated. Beach was narrower than we might like and chairs were limited, but is was still nice. Beach attendant was very friendly and professional. Would advise getting out early to reserve best chairs. We enjoyed our first stay in the Holiday Isle area, very centrally located. Overall, would highly recommend!

Needs to be better stocked in the kitchen (needs more serving dishes, bowls, pots/pans). Wish the Islander would do something with the gym. 2 people puts it at max capacity.
