Propriété Lake Shore, à quelques pas de la plage !!

Une invitation: Coastal Concepts, Inc., une équipe de conception et de développement, est ravie d'annoncer que son dernier projet, Shorewinds cottage, est maintenant disponible à la location pour les clients exigeants. Cette élégante maison est située au bord de la plage de Lakeshore Road, dans le joli Union Pier.

L'environnement intérieur mélange habilement l'utilisation d'œuvres d'art originales, d'artefacts et d'antiquités d'une manière ludique qui capture l'essence de la vie côtière. Des portes françaises mènent de la cuisine à un patio latéral qui est adjacent au chemin de la plage. Clôturé pour plus d'intimité, vous pouvez profiter d'un repas en plein air tout en écoutant les vagues se briser sur le rivage.

Les meubles en osier de style vintage se trouvent sous la terrasse couverte de la pergola et sont un endroit accueillant pour passer la fin de l'après-midi à se détendre avec un bon livre et une boisson. Un coin salon est niché près du foyer pour observer les étoiles en fin de soirée. Ceci est un chalet que vous serez ravi que vous ayez choisi de partager avec vos proches.

: Les réservations ne sont sécurisées qu'après réception d'un acompte de 50% et d'un contrat signé. Le solde est dû 60 jours avant l'arrivée prévue ainsi qu'un dépôt de garantie et des frais de ménage. Il y a un minimum de 3 nuits pour les vacances et les week-ends d'événements spéciaux, au tarif week-end.

Le paiement intégral est requis pour les réservations effectuées moins de 30 jours à l'avance. Les locations d'été sont réservées en forfait 8 jours / 7 nuits uniquement. Toutes les locations commencent le vendredi soir et se terminent le vendredi matin suivant.

Arrivée à 16h et départ à 10h le vendredi pour les locations à la semaine. Des frais d'annulation peuvent s'appliquer.

Thank you for returning and being a part of the Shorewinds Cottage extended family. We love having our repeat guests use the beach house as a retreat and haven in the off-season. The little house is simple but has wonderful energy. One can feel the love and energy upon walking in the front door. Winters can be cruel but much friendlier upon walking into the clean, cozy cottage and lighting a fire in the fireplace . I like staying inside while Mother Nature has her way. I always know when the wind is from the North as I can hear it pounding on the beach from the kitchen window. It makes it all good and a favorite time at the Beach House. It goes unsaid that a Beach House is marvelous in the summer but the solitude of winter waterfront is magical. Thank you for experiencing this during your Winter stay. Best Regards, Joan

Perfect Beachfront Getaway for Our Family!

We just returned from an incredible stay at this cottage, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location is unbeatable—literally steps from the beach(30 second walk from backyard) which made it so easy for our family of four to enjoy long, relaxing days by the ocean.The cottage itself was spotless and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. From comfortable beds to a well-stocked kitchen, it was clear the hosts put thought into making guests feel at home. The space was just the right size for us, and we especially appreciated the little touches that made the stay extra comfortable.We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and beachfront home base for a family vacation.

Long weekend away

We had a great stay at Shorewinds. The cottage was perfect for us. It was had everything we needed, it was clean, bed was comfy and it was a short walk to the beach. Great communication with owner! We’d stay here again.

Family summer vacation

Wonderful cottage in Union Pier, Michigan. It's got everything you need for vacationing on the beach. Fully equipped, clean, sleeps five, laundry, close walk to beach. Great place to stay.

Loved our second stay

This was our second stay and we loved it! The location is great for having little ones bc you can come up from the beach for potty runs and the outdoor shower makes life easy. The place is cozy and clean and the outdoor space is very peaceful.

Perfect house for 2 couples exploring Michigan for the first time. The beach was so close and the Union Pier/New Buffalo area was great. House was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed for very enjoyable stay.

Im happy you enjoyed Harbor country, union pier and our sister towns .They are quite special areas to explore and our bug lake is like watching the ocean. Sunsets are never taken for granite. Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

While developing new home sites in Union Pier under the management of Coastal Concepts Inc.,I fell in love with this little site along the waterfront.
The first time I viewed the property I was so excited when I opened the garden gate and realized I could see the water from the property.
The house is on the shore side of the road and the lot is adjacent to the beach path. The location was unbelieveable, however, the little house had much to be desired. The home went through a major renovation and doubled its size overall.
The porch and pergola are architectural charmers and are very important to the outdoor living! A very private property site was achieved through landscape design. The old garden gate was utilizing and kept for a little bit of the old mixed with the new.
The beach house indeed has its own karma and soul! One feels it from the moment you pull up the pebble stone drive way and walk under the purple flowered pergola and turn the key in the door. The house and grounds exhibit love and care and Shorewinds has its own heart beat and soul.
