Professionally managed means peace of mind during your stay. Front desk associates, housekeeping and maintenance staff are nearby should you need anything during your stay. It’s your vacation, we are here to ensure you enjoy it.

4ft heated pool*, toddler pool, basketball court*, tennis court, bocce ball court, shuffleboard, Sandcastle playground, putting green, paddle boarding and kayaking*, catch and release fishing. Parking Passes ($5 each) and Wristbands ($15 each) are required for all guests ages 4 and up mid-May through September.

They were able to play on the beach in front of our house while we either watched them from our screened in front porch or the outside patio even closer to the kids. When they were done playing in the sand they had the option of a 1 minute walk to the swimming pool.

The house is very well kept and clean, and is in a perfect location in the community. Our only feedback would be to provide more towels and kitchen supplies; while enough was supplied to get by for the week, it felt like a stretch. Overall we had a great time & would absolutely stay here again!

Love the location, the pond, the distance to the lake, the pool. The house was very clean. Only thing was there were no beach towels, no soap / shampoo in the showers. We just went to Walmart and got all that, but wish I had known that before. The check in process was very easy and they respond quickly to emails.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The inside was clean and pretty, however the outside could use a grounds keeper. We found a bonfire pit buried in knee deep weeds. Suffice it to say, we did not use it for fear of a brush fire. And one of the blinds on the porch could not be rolled up to see the view. Although, that may have been intentional. Neither the weeds nor the blind hindered our stay. We would definitely recommend and re-rent this home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying in a different house off and on in Beachwalk for the last 23 summers, and this is the cleanest house by far! First time on Lake Kai as well, which also made it a great location just a little distance to the clubhouse. Bathrooms in each bedroom were a game-changer for the 6 adults!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It would have been a great experience if the refrigerator was not leaking all over the floor. It was also not cold enough to keep food appropriately and did not make ice. The resort staff was right on it sending repair man to fix the cooling part but was unable to fix water to ice maker. Staff supplied us with ice. It was very disappointing to realize the owner knew this as the water damage to walls around the refrigerator revealed this has been happening for quite some time. It was also frustrating that there were televisions in 2 of the 3 bedrooms that did not work. If the owner replaces the refrigerator and non working TV’s I would definitely recommend this property to others.
