Summertide. Bel endroit. 8 chambres sur un seul étage! Front de mer. Super piscine!

Nouvelle liste VRBO! Je possède Summertide. Dites-moi comment je peux aider! Les Snowbirds sont les bienvenus! L'unité peut être verrouillée et louée comme un endroit plus petit en hiver. Tarifs en vigueur (avec réductions!) précis jusqu'en mai 2021. Renseignez-vous au-delà, car le taux actuel est notre taux de pointe par la suite! Travaillez à tout faire, alors si vous avez des questions, éloignez-vous!

Summertide est une vaste maison avec 8 chambres et 5 salles de bains pouvant accueillir jusqu’à 26 personnes. Il est situé à environ 5,2 miles à l'ouest de Hwy. 59 sur West Beach Blvd., à Gulf Shores. Summer Tide, une maison de plain-pied au design unique, comprend une aile sud et une aile nord, chacune avec une cuisine entièrement équipée et un pont découvert qui s’enroule autour du côté est de la propriété. La disposition de cette maison permet une plus grande intimité et convient parfaitement à plusieurs familles, ou à une famille désirant une séparation entre adultes et enfants.

L’aile sud de Summertide comprend cinq chambres, dont trois avec un lit king-size, une chambre avec deux lits superposés / un lit superposé et une chambre avec deux lits superposés. Il y a trois salles de bains complètes dans cette aile: deux salles de bains privées et une salle de bains d'Hollywood (partagées par les chambres dotées d'un lit queen-size et de deux lits jumeaux). La suite principale de cette aile sud donne sur le golfe avec ses baies vitrées et son bain à remous. Détendez-vous et profitez de la vue.

L'aile nord de Summertide dispose également de baies vitrées sur le côté est de la propriété offrant une vue depuis le salon et la cuisine. Il y a trois chambres, chacune avec un lit king, et deux salles de bain complètes (une privée et une partagée).

Les deux espaces de vie offrent une belle vue sur le golfe et chacun comprend un canapé-lit queen-size pour un peu plus d'espace de rangement. Une entrée au rez-de-chaussée comprend un hall d'accueil et une zone à dormir avec deux lits superposés qui conviendraient parfaitement à quatre enfants. Le parking couvert pour Summertide est ample.

Everything was wonderful!

We had a terrific time together at your amazing house! It was bigger than I expected and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the balcony, the pool, both kitchens, and especially all being on one floor. Our knees aren't as agreeable to stairs as they once were. 😉 We are very grateful for your excellent service and the cleanliness of the house. It was perfect and we are hoping to return next year, but are not fully committed just yet. But I will certainly call you when we have a decision!

Amazing time at Summertide!

Great to hear from you. Everything was wonderful and we had a terrific time together at your amazing house! It was bigger than I expected and we had everything we needed. Summertide has plenty of bedrooms for extended family. Pool was clean, well-maintained. I called maintenance for a non-functioning garbage disposal and it was repaired before the morning was out. We loved having access to two kitchens/ovens/refrigerators. Access to beach, perfect! Communications with homeowners always open and responsive. Kitchen well-stocked with appliances and cooking utensils. Already booked again for family vaca in 2026.

Our stay here was amazing! We definitely enjoyed the beautiful house, the pool and the gorgeous views! We saw dolphins every morning and afternoon. Loved how they sent a list of some of their picks for restaurants. (It helps to know the good places.)Over all I say 10 out of 10!

Loved Summertide!

Perfect ! Our adult children said it was the best vacation ever. It allowed our 8 grandchildren, 3 boys from Va. and 5 girls from Texas to become better acquainted. The beach is beautiful, quiet and natural and fishing was wonderful. Quite an accommodating home and location.

Perfect family house

Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all of us! Two kitchens and two laundry rooms made traveling with kids a breeze. Very short walk to beach!

Family Vacation 2025

The Summertide house was great for our family vacation! There was plenty of room for the 14 of us – 8 adults and 6 children. The house was just like it appeared in the advertisement. The bedrooms and the living areas were nicely furnished and the place was very clean. Everyone in our family loves to swim so we really enjoyed the beach and the large swimming pool. The location was great – away from the crowds but close enough to easily to get to shops and restaurants. Everyone agreed that this was our best family vacation ever. Would love to come back.

Summertide in the summertime!

This home was everything we could’ve hoped for — and then some! It was spotless when we arrived, and the pictures truly don’t do it justice. Absolutely five-star lodging! The bathrooms were spacious and plentiful, and we never ran out of hot water. Every bedroom was cozy with queen-sized or larger beds and had its own fan for added comfort. We didn’t even find the second washer and dryer until our last day — that’s how spacious this house is!Our group included couples and singles, and everyone had plenty of room. The second kitchen was a bonus for food and fridge space. TVs in every room, tons of pillows, and multiple thermostats kept everyone happy and comfortable. The large glass dining table was perfect for group meals, and the downstairs entertainment area by the pool was ideal for our crawfish boil!And the beach? Incredible! Powdery white sand, perfectly warm water, and an easy, pleasant walk from the house. We carried our beach gear back and forth each day (can’t leave items overnight), and it never felt like a hassle. Plenty of rinse-off spots made cleanup easy. The location was also fantastic — just far enough from a nearby festival to avoid crowds, but close enough to enjoy the fireworks and lights from the beach. Covered parking was the unexpected hero of the trip. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great for large groups with kids

We had 5 families in our group with kids ranging from 2 to 13. This house worked out very well. Plenty of beds and each couple had their own bedroom. The pool was nice and large and the kids enjoyed playing there between going to the beach. Speaking of the beach, you can’t get any closer. A quick walk and you’re there. A nice deck to watch those on the beach and watch for dolphins, which we saw every day. The house is a little bit of a drive from town, so if you are looking to dine out every night, you will be driving a bit.

Perfect spot

This house was great! Had everything we needed. We loved the two separate wings of the house for privacy when needed. The proximity to the beach can’t be beat. The pool was well maintained, plenty of chairs. Private beach was a game changer as well. We loved staying at summertide!

Great trip

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is our favorite house so far. We have been doing a family trip for 15 years and this has the best pool and set up.

It was a great time. We usually stay at the Carib but this was a new option we wanted to try out. As far as feedback, I would say the responsiveness to our initial concerns (about the bunk) was really great. Lots of positives overall. The beach proximity is amazing. The pool temperature was ideal.

A fantastic Summertide Thanksgiving!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Summertide! The house was a perfect fit for our 21 person family. The grandchildren loved the bunk rooms and the heated pool and we all enjoyed the beautiful weather and time spent on the beach.

Dream vacation at Summertide!

Your home was a dream for our immediate and extended family! The same group took a trip together to Hawaii two years ago, but agreed this house and this location topped even that! We had children ranging from 17 down to one years old. The ability to have the option of the pool and the ocean for the kids with such ease and accessibility, allowing parents to so easily go back-and-forth between everything made the vacation so enjoyable for everybody! We enjoyed our stay so much that we are seriously considering coming back not this coming year but the following. We were actually hoping for the same exact period of time. It appeared to be almost off-season as I swear we had the beach to ourselves most of the time! Truly, a dream![😊 Super! I am so happy to hear Summertide was perfect for you all and that you loved our place, and the beaches, even more than Hawaii! (And its probably a lot easier to get to for many of your crew!). Family vacation

We have a great stay. We had a few hiccups as with any rental but they came to fix it that day…. Very timely and listened to whatever we needed!!! Beautiful home and we made so many family memories that will last us a lifetime. We had a lot of space and fortunate enough to have two kitchens to cook that was a blessing!

Fantastic stay at Summertide

Great home

The layout of the home and the fact it’s right on the beach worked well for my family. The pool was used often during the evening or when the kids were through with the beach. Very little activity on the beach during our stay. The home is spacious and can accommodate multiple families with two kitchens. Close enough to town but far enough away from the large condos. Well equipped kitchens so stock up if you’re cooking. The owners were very responsive to any questions we may of had during our stay. Enjoy!
