Nouvelle inscription le 12 juin 2019 par le propriétaire. Oui, je répondrai à vos questions, généralement en quelques minutes!

Erica .... Erica est ma fille! Autrefois petit ... plus maintenant! Bécasseau. Eh bien, l'oiseau. Bécasseau d'Erica? Votre nouvelle maison de plage préférée à Gulf Shores!

Cette maison haut de gamme spacieuse vous donne votre propre piscine couverte privée ajoutée à une maison déjà fabuleuse.

Sandpiper d'Erica a les huit chambres, oui HUIT, situées sur un seul étage! Vous cherchez la maison parfaite pour votre réunion de famille ou vos retrouvailles, ne cherchez pas plus loin. Cette belle maison peut accueillir 24 personnes (K, K, K, K, Q & Q, Q, D & D, T & T, 2 SS).

Le bécasseau d'Erica est situé directement sur la côte du golfe. La seule chose entre vous et le golfe est la plage et, bien sûr, votre propre piscine couverte privée et le pont avant spacieux du golfe.

Les autres équipements comprennent DEUX réfrigérateurs, téléviseurs, lecteurs DVD, câble, Internet, 2 grands espaces de vie et un parking couvert. La salle de bain principale a un bain à remous. Plusieurs chambres ont accès au balcon.

Sandpiper d'Erica est une maison de huit chambres vraiment luxueuse avec toutes les commodités de luxe que vous attendez de nos maisons de vacances et de nombreuses surprises! Elle réserve rapidement même un an.

Le Sandpiper d'Erica, soit dit en passant, est juste à côté de ma maison Egret (6 chambres, également à un étage), donc si vous avez besoin de plus d'espace pour vous étendre, louez les deux (si l'un ou l'autre est même disponible ... ceux-ci vont vite!) .

Ne fumez pas s'il vous plaît, mais n'hésitez pas à manger beaucoup de crevettes, à vous prélasser au soleil et à passer un bon moment!

Renseignez-vous sur les tarifs des snowbirds pour l'hiver. Envolez-vous vers le sud et séjournez dans une de mes maisons!

We all loved Erica's Sandpiper

Our family of 20 people had a great time. Everyone was pleased with the accommodations and with Gulf Shores. We had a lot of fun. You sure do have some great storms on the Gulf, and when it rains, it really rains. All in all you get 5 stars from me. Thank you for a great family vacation.

Big.. but all on one level! Our Summertide (also 8BR) and Egret (6BR) are similarly awesome! It’s wonderful to hear the older adults could relax and enjoy the stay comfortably, and we’re so glad you all had a great time. The location and property was excellent.

Our family decided for the first time to have Christmas away from home and on the beach. Erica’s Sandpiper provided us with a great location, access to the beach and restaurants and a cozy home to spend time together when it was a little chilly outside this time of year.

Great place for a group

We had a great time staying in Erika's Sandpiper. There was plenty of room to spread out and each room has its own bathroom which is fabulous. The kitchen was well stocked with mixers, pans, bowls, a toaster, etc and had 2 refrigerators which helped out a lot with a big group. Plenty of parking for our cars and a great space underneath with the pool area. We will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed this house it was conveniently located and very toomy. We especially enjoyed the pool area. Would stay again and recommend it.

Erica's Sandpiper is a very cool option. It, along with my Summertide home, are likely the only 8 bedroom homes with all 8 bedrooms on the same floor! Can't quite afford my homes with elevators but have some mobility concerns? Single floor!

Erica's Sandpiper, by the way, is RIGHT NEXT DOOR to my Egret home (6 bedroom, also single story), so if you need more room to spread out, rent both (if either is even available... these go fast!).

And, hey, play "find Erica," as there is a picture, or two, of her in the home... :-)
