PELICAN POINTE est situé à Orange Beach directement sur le golfe du Mexique, à proximité d'épiceries, de restaurants et de boutiques de souvenirs. Cette unité non-fumeurs de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain est joliment meublée, surplombe la piscine et offre une vue magnifique sur la plage et le golfe. La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit et est entièrement meublée.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'un accès au grand balcon couvert. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen-size et la troisième chambre a deux lits doubles. Ce condominium a toutes les commodités: cuisine entièrement meublée avec comptoirs en granit, laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, quatre téléviseurs, 3 lecteurs DVD, iHome et accès gratuit à Internet haut débit.

Il y a une grande piscine extérieure, une piscine intérieure chauffée, un bain à remous, des bar-be-que-grill et un court de tennis éclairé. Il y a neuf terrains de golf exceptionnels dans la région, une excellente pêche dans le golfe et dans les mares, une excellente cuisine et des magasins fantastiques au centre commercial à proximité. Le jeu est à une heure et 45 minutes à Biloxi, Mississippi.

Beautiful condo

This condo had a great location and all the conveniences of home. Our property manager was great, security guards were so nice, and the beach was gorgeous.

Cool condo!

The condo was so cool (literally), all rooms had ceiling fans and small table fans. It is beautifully decorated and very equipped, even a step ladder. Plenty of seating on the balcony. Great location, it is close to stores and church. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Loved It!

Wonderful!!! Clean, neat, upgraded, great location, easy check in, easy to communicate with owner, there were 8 in our party with 4 adults and 4 kids, everyone had plenty of space to maneuver and was not crammed on top of each other, balcony was huge overlooking pool and beach, beautiful views, we hated to have to come back home, but will def be returning soon!

Wonderful girls getaway/family vacation!

We had an amazing time at Pelican Pointe 903!!! The room was perfect, the view was beautiful and the property was clean and well kept! We spent 2 weeks here, the first with the girls and the second with our whole family! It was perfect for both! Jennifer was so helpful when booking and everything was exactly as described. Easy check in, friendly security, all the comforts of home!!! Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us!!! We hope to come back soon!!!

Functional and comfy

We enjoyed our stay; however, with the overall cost, I expected a little more. Knowing there would be a minimum seven people staying, one roll of tp in each bathroom and zero paper towels was bothersome as we had to make a trip to the store just for those items. Also, the guest bathroom had toothpaste all over the wall and the guest bedroom with the queen bed didn't have clean sheets. It appeared as your clean up crew just threw the comforter over used sheets. We enjoyed our time at Orange Beach and the condo was functional and comfy and especially conveniently located. The amenities were good, we would just suggest a better housekeeping crew. We would definitely return if the housekeeping issues were corrected. Thanks for having us! We loved spring break at Orange Beach! Our family had tons of fun in the sun.

A family wedding at orange beach

We love the balcony on the ocean. We sat many hours on the balcony. Lovely condo, is everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Easy getting around. Son’s wedding is at the state park closed by. That was a plus. Beaches and pool was great. Hopefully we can rent it again. Thank you very much! Pat and Julie

Everything I needed was there. Anything that wasn't there was a short 2 minute drive away and any one of the stores. Condo is in a great location. The owner was 100% professional, and delivered on every promis

Beautiful Beach Condo

This condo is directly on the beach and has a great balcony! We had a great time. The kids loved the white sandy beach and the waves!! We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool and hot tub and even used the tennis court.

Great Location

This property is clean and stocked better than a lot of condos I've stayed in. The balcony is a big bonus, we took most meals out there. You cannot beat the location! Right on the beach!!! T Pelican Pointe is close to restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful trip.

We spent a week at this condo. It was right on the beach. The balcony was huge. We had everything we needed in the kitchen including an ice maker to fill up the cooler. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Property owner communicated with us very good.The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved the balcony accommodations and had several meals out there. This was the first time staying at the beach when there were plenty of towels and bath clothes. We would definitely stay again.

Girls Weekend

My friends and I rented this property for a long weekend getaway. There is still construction going on in the building but it wasn’t loud at all. The walk to the beach is very short. Overall great place to stay and would book again.

Wonderful Spring Break Location

My sister in law and I brought our 2 teenage daughters down for spring break week and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The location is perfect and views from the balcony are unbeatable. We chose Orange Beach in efforts to avoid a lot of crowds on the beach and I'm so thankful we did. We ventured down to Gulf Shores for one day and the difference in crowds was amazing. The condo is stocked with dishes and towels. We did have to buy more toilet paper and paper towel to get us through the week so I would recommend bringing some if you are staying more than a couple days. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. The outdoor pool area was nice and the girls enjoyed it at night. We did not use the indoor pool so cannot speak to that. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around and they are easily accessible. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we find our way back to Orange Beach in the future.

Great Deal

The property was conveniently located near stores and on the beach! The views were fantastic and access to the beach was amazing! The only thing that can be better is the cleanliness of the condo! We had to clean upon arrival where it seemed the staff may have not been as thorough as necessary especially during these COVID times. The carpets need to be cleaned . Overall great experience!
