Repeat visitors--we love this condo!

We have stayed with Andree several times and in this unit specifically at least twice. This is our favorite unit to stay in. We love the quiet and the layout. Some upgrades had been made since the last time we visited and they were excellent. We have plenty of space for our family to eat, relax and enjoy. The beach is amazing. We love staying with Andree at Blue Mountain Beach Condos.

EXCELLENT STAY

We just wrapped up our third stay with Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. The condo is incredible and a great location-beachside as well as close to many restaurants. The host is wonderful and responsive. I highly recommend staying with them!

The PERFECT spot on 30A

We have stayed here twice and look forward to coming back every Spring Break with our family. The accommodations are perfect for our family of 5, plenty of room and lots to do in and around the area. The private beach offers the calm, relaxing vibe we look forward to on a vacation. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous Condo and Beach!

This is one of the most well kept properties I've ever stayed in for vacation. The private beach is so nice, and we really enjoyed not having to lug beach chairs and umbrellas back and forth. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful property, great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the Blue Lupine. The location is perfect and away from the crowds. The unit itself is beautiful! Easy check-in and communication with host. We will be back.

Summer Getaway

Excellent Choice

Hidden Gem close to Seaside

We can’t wait to book again. The condo was beautiful & right on the beach. It was our first time in Blue Mountain Beach & it didn’t disappoint. It was quiet & less crowded but still convenient to restaurants, Publix, shops, etc. The owner, Andree' is super nice and helpful.

Amazing beach vacation!

Condo was clean, spacious and well equipped. Beach was gorgeous, and not overly crowded. Hostess, Andree’ is so nice and easy to work with and provides a ton of helpful information! Peter at the beach is a awesome too! If you want to spend a relaxing and fun week at the beach, this is a hidden gem! We loved so much, we already reserved for next year!

Love Blue Mountain Beach

We love staying in the Southern Hospitality condos in Blue Mountain Beach. The condo is always clean, well secured, and in great condition. Andree is also lovely to work with. This is our second time staying in a Southern Hospitality condo and third time staying in Blue Mountain Beach Condos and we prefer to stay in a Southern Hospitality condo!

Perfect vacation!

We highly recommend this rental condo. Andree communicated all necessary information very thoroughly and responded to our few specific questions by text, email and phone call almost immediately. The condo is right on the beach and offers many amenities as listed. All pictures and descriptions are accurate and the condo is spacious and beautiful. By far the best beach rental we have had and we would definitely stay here again!

We opened a management company called Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals. We are managing condos at Mainsail and the Majestic Sun in Miramar Beach along with condos in the Blue Mountain Beach area on 30a. We have been most fortunate to "hand pick" these properties and I think you will be pleased with our new additions.

We are not a large faceless corporation, marketing group or large impersonal rental agency. These are our second homes that we would like to share with you! Being frequent occupants as well as owners, we strive to make all the little details of our condos as home like and inviting as possible. Life goes at a slower pace and this is definitely a hidden gem. This complex (is only 48 condos) and is nestled among private homes and has the backdrop of a nature preserve. Best of all, a gorgeous private beach waiting for you.
