Location

We came for the Seafood Festival and it was the perfect location to walk to John’s Pass for the festival. The condo was clean and comfortable. We will definitely rent again.

Girl’s weekend

The condo was clean, quiet and had everything we needed for our girls weekend. We had a good view of the beach which is right across the street. We enjoyed the short walk to all the shops, bars and restaurants at John’s Pass. Would definitely stay again!

Very Nice!

Great location, easy access to the beach and the fun/food/shopping at St Johns Pass. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony. Nice TV’s and WiFi. Having a beach wagon with chairs and umbrella was very helpful.

A view from the Balcony

This property was well maintained and had everything we needed for a vacation! My family and I enjoyed the condo and the view from the Balcony was stellar! Communication with owners was excellent and they provided all information needed for the property. Beach gear (towels, wagon, chairs, sports balls) was so nice to have. Would stay here again!

Weekend getaway

Came here for a weekend getaway. Wonderful location close to John’s Pass and right across the street from the beach. The views from the balcony are incredible. Super clean and updated unit that made for a relaxing weekend. Val is a great host and was available to answer any questions I had. He provides a lot of things you need for your stay including beach chairs, beach umbrella, restaurant suggestions, and a few snacks.... the nuts were yummy! Definitely recommend Val’s place for a weekend getaway or any length of stay. Will certainly look to stay here again in the future.

Kimbler summer vacation 2023

The property was excellent!! Exactly what the property manager said it was!! Loved the big bed it was so comfortable!! It fit me and my wife and our 2 one year old perfectly! Everything was clean and even had a wagon for us to take all our stuff to the beach!! Property manager was great and got back to you quickly. There not enough good things i can say about the place. Thank you for letting us stay!!

Girls" Get-Away

We had a great time. The view from our condo was perfect -- almost on the beach and could see water -- no building restrictions in front of us. Our condo was very clean, beds were good, and plenty of bath towels and beach equipment (which we didn't use). I would recommend some other kitchen towels/washing cloths could be available. Check in /check out was a breeze because the condo is individually owned, not part of the Madeira Bay Resort system. A great trip.

AMAZING!

Great view, great price, great location! Beach supplies were SO appreciated and saved us so much room in the car. We appreciated all the extras, like dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, etc. It was nice not to need to purchase those. It was such an easy walk to the beach! Took no time at all. Very convenient. We also walked to Johns Pass and really enjoyed the proximity to that! Overall 10/10!

Great place and location

We loved staying here. The place was so cute and the view was great. We really like this condo location and have stayed in this building before. So easy to get to the beach. The unit could use just a small amount of TLC. The chair, couch, and pillows could use a cleaning. There is a board next to the dishwasher that is busted and the rod that holds the current back by the door is loose and will probably break off soon. Again, these were really minor things. There is a big tv and the furniture on the balcony was great!!

Great month due in part because of condo

Location is excellent! Beautiful view of the Gulf and sunsets; no buildings to obstruct the view. Walkable to many restaurants, attractions, post office, grocery store, even a nail salon! Condo was clean, linens were nice and washer & dryer was conveniently located in the condo! Beach wagon, umbrella and chairs were appreciated. We had a small issue with the shower door and the repair was completed in less than 24 hours. Communication with both owners was excellent! Stella was kind enough to mail our phone charger to us as we forgot it. Do not hesitate to rent this property!

Very frustrating to have your vehicle towed . Driver told Jamie we were legal with correct document

Overall excluding above. It was very clean and beautiful sunsets. The owner of condo very professional and eager to resolve any issues.

Great homey place with an amazing view

Very easy to check in and get to the place, great communication from the owner. The place is very lovely, it had everything we needed for a week's stay including beach items. Good location close to John's pass village. We spent more time in the pool than the beach. We also spent lots of time on the deck overlooking the gulf, it's breathtaking.
