Our Condo property is newly renovated. The pool and hot tub are ready for you! The beach is gorgeous! Our gulf front condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine on Florida's beautiful Madeira Beach with oceanfront views! Our newly renovated Sea Breeze unit 307 features an open layout and is a very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium with all the amenities and extras. All new furniture and beds with comfortable mattresses. All new kitchen appliances. Take in the beautiful sunsets from your private balcony facing the Gulf and white sand beach. You will be conveniently located near Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk featuring shops, restaurants and attractions. There are many opportunities for adventure with fishing, boating, jet skiing, pirate ship and sightseeing cruises nearby. There is a Suncoast Beach Trolley stop right out front that allows you to explore other beach towns nearby.
Our unit is owner managed and we provide convenient on site check in. We look forward to making your vacation the most memorable one!

Location! We loved being in Madeira Beach. It was close to everything we needed or wanted. Our host is fantastic. Quick to respond to any questions. Appreciate time away during the busy holiday time.

Hands Down Amazing

Some folks in our party have stayed at Madeira before (and at this condo building but different unit) and this is by far the nicest place. We were allowed early check in which was SO helpful with an infant. The place was incredibly clean and didn’t show any remnants of Helene. Fully stocked pool and beach items and incredibly friendly owners. Would 100000% recommend. We hope to return next year.

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was beautiful! Had everything we needed. Perfect location to walk down to John’s Pass! Also has a nice pool! Highly recommend! If we ever come back to Maderia Beach, Fl, we will definitely stay here!

Christmas Family Vacation

The condo was wonderful. The pictures are a realistic representation. Kitchen included a good selection of dishes making cooking and dining easy. Linens and bedding were also nice. The hosts were responsive and so thoughtful. Beautiful view. We saw dolphins on multiple occasions and walked the beach regularly. It was not overcrowded like some other areas. Easy walk to catch the trolley or to John’s Pass.

Nice location and great view.

Very nice place. The owner host is very responsive. Made a few suggestions and she was very happy to hear my opinions. Location is great. Beach and pool / spa is right there. Everything you need to cook and eat is available. Nice stay!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay! The elevator did mess up one day, but this condo is only on the third floor so steps were easy to use! Condo was clean and had your everyday necessities already there. Directly on the beach, and outlooking the pool made it super convenient.

Girls Trip

The condo was clean and the area beautiful. The bedrooms got pretty warm but the kitchen and living room were cool. The water pressure in the bathrooms was pretty bad. The rest of our stay was very nice and relaxing. We had a great time. The owner was very attentive. They answered our questions quickly. We spoke to some other guests that could not get theirs to answer. So we are very appreciative of the quick responses.

Amazing Property and Area

We really liked this vacation. We even watched two men catch a 12 ft tiger shark from the beach!! We saw dolphins and mantees from the beach as well. Not crowded and a close walk to John’s Pass and 7 Eleven. Great Condo. Clean property. Nice Pool. 5 Stars

Fun Family Vacation on a Great Beach!

Bright and beautiful!

Meticulously well kept, bright and beautiful condo! Very spacious! Has everything we could possibly need. Beds were heavenly. Owners are wonderful, great at communicating. Pool and hot tub are well kept and super clean. Condo is literally steps away from the sandy, beautiful beach. Walking distance to John’s Pass. Highly recommend!

Florida Trip

The property was presented as it exactly was. Very clean with a beautiful view of the gulf. Our host supplied us with numerous amenities including travel size toiletries. When we return to the gulf coast in the future we will certainly consider this property. Another added bonus is the property is in the center of numerous restaurants and bars.

Wonderful time at Madeira Beach

We had a great stay! We watched the sunset every night from our balcony. The condo has everything you will need. It’s beautifully decorated and ideally located. Our hosts could not be more accessible or kinder. We had a problem with one of the toilets. They came out that evening and fixed it. I can’t say enough good things about the host or the property.

Perfect getaway

The property is even nicer than the pictures! Tanya was wonderful and the fact that there was a Keurig AND a coffee pot made me smile. If we ever make it back to Maderia beach this is where we’ll head 😊

Very nice condo

This is a very nice condo, clearly recently updated, well maintained and very clean on arrival. About a 12-14 minute walk to John’s Pass for restaurants and entertainment. We didn’t have the issues others reported with the elevator; maybe we lucked out staying during a more quiet period.
