Escapade en eau claire du lac Sinclair.

Venez vous détendre, divertir et / ou skier à fond tout en profitant de cet endroit calme et isolé sur le lac Sinclair. Les couchers de soleil depuis le grand pont arrière couvert sont les meilleurs sur le lac. De plus, installez-vous au sommet du toit du hangar à bateaux de 1 000 pieds carrés et l’esthétique est tout simplement invaincue ailleurs sur le lac.

Cette maison est confortablement meublée et entièrement équipée. Gamme en acier inoxydable, réfrigérateur à double porte, lave-vaisselle et micro-ondes ainsi que laveuse et sécheuse.

Trois chambres avec un roi, une reine et deux jumeaux. Il y a deux salles de bain complètes. Canapé dans le salon a un lit queen.

Le salon propose une variété de jeux et de matériel de lecture.

Le pont super dimensionné a des sièges pour 12 et deux tables. Le coin salon comprend des lumières et des ventilateurs de plafond. Un grand barbecue à gaz est disponible pour tous vos besoins de divertissement.

La cour arrière a des zones à plusieurs niveaux pour jouer. Jouez le trou de maïs près de l'eau au niveau inférieur. Les lumières de la digue empêchent que le plaisir ne se termine après le coucher du soleil. Une balançoire confortable dans le coin est parfaite pour regarder le lac, jouer ou nager.

Nager! Le quai de natation est le plus grand sur le lac! Près de 1000 pieds carrés de quai de nage comprenant une lampe de quai, une lampe de pêche, des supports pour cannes à pêche, des cales à bateaux, une table et des chaises Apportez votre bateau et amarrez pour le week-end! Le débarcadère de Cosby est à seulement 5 minutes et le ruisseau Island est connu pour ses eaux les plus claires du lac Sinclair.

Il y a plus de 1000 pieds carrés d'espace sur le pont supérieur au-dessus de la remise à bateaux. Il y a des chaises longues pour bronzer et un coin salon pour profiter du coucher de soleil. Apportez votre sticker TV & roku / apple tv / fire et regardez votre équipe préférée au coucher du soleil. Le wifi est fort et atteint le «Party Pad» sans problème. Grill et foyer sont également à la pointe pour les grillades et s'mores.

My family and I had the best time during our spring break at Lake Sinclair Getaway !! Our host Mrs Mirocha was very prompt at answering any questions we might have had, check in was very easy!! This home had plenty of room and fully stocked for anything you could need!! The view from the back deck is absolutely beautiful!! My son caught some really nice fish and the girls loved the rooftop patio!! We will definitely be back !!

Property was as described, clean, had everything we needed. Traveled with pets and yard and water area was great for them. Home had plenty of space. Location on the lake was very good, very quiet and peaceful. Porch area was nice, plenty of space to relax and a large table for eating. We enjoyed our stay.

I have no major complaints about this property. We got it last minute and were thankful to have what we had; however, there were some smaller issues that should be noted:1) The TV in the living room was a mess. The TV has a blue hue to it that wasn’t correctable, and the remote only worked from about 6” away from the sensor. 2) The Roku only worked sporadically. 3) Internet went in and out during the stay. 4) We had to kill quite a few bugs inside.That being said, the outside was fantastic. If this is a home primarily being used for its location on the lake or as a gateway to Milledgeville, then it’s a solid setup.

⸻ Hi Joshua, We have a local handyman who could have come out to address any concerns during your stay if we had been made aware of them at the time. This is the first time we’ve heard about these issues from you or any guest. Thank you for bringing the TV, remote, and Roku to our attention, we will make sure those are repaired or replaced promptly. Regarding the WiFi, there was a broader outage in the area during your stay, so it was not isolated to our home. As for pests, we do have regular monthly pest control in place; however, in this environment, the occasional bug can still happen. I’m glad to hear you were able to enjoy the outdoor areas. In the future, we always encourage guests to reach out during their stay, as to resolve any issues in real time rather than after departure. Thank you for visiting! Miranda

Special spot

This property was perfect for our family. We were there for our nieces graduation. This was such a great spot, on the water, many special spits fir gathering together and in small groups (deck, patio, sitting rooms, etc). Five of us were guests and 2 more (locals) came for dinner etc.

Great Getaway

We have never stayed in the Sparta area usually Eatonton side of Lake Sinclair. We loved how quiet it was with less boat traffic. House was amazing and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Can't wait to stay again.

Great Family Lake House

This is a very nice getaway. We enjoyed staying on the lake for the wknd. The back porch was a relaxing place to grill, listen to music and enjoy the lake view. This lake house was well equipped, Very clean, comfy beds, and great parking for 2 boats and trucks :)

Best Vacation Ever!

The house was everything it was advertised to be and more. Beautifully decorated, amazingly stocked and perfectly located, our family enjoyed the the huge covered porch, the dock area and the boat house deck overlooking the lake. Lake toys rental was convenient. We had a great time.

Wonderful property! Covered porch, huge dock & roof top fire pit were fabulous. Nice little sand beach to walk into lake, fun kayaking fishing horse shoe & corn hole to boot. Home was cozy, beds were comfy & kitchen had all the amenities. Look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Stay

Our family had a perfect weekend at this lovely house. The property was even better than described and felt much larger than the photos appeared. Even with some wet weather we spent a great deal of time out on the covered back porch and the fishing off the dock was fantastic! Thank you again for sharing your wonderful home with us, we will definitely be back in the summer!

Perfect home for quick qetaway

We enjoyed everything at this home for our quick getaway to the lake to celebrate a 16th birthday. The host was very responsive and sent great advice ahead of time. The outdoor amenities were exactly as described and having access to the kayaks make for a perfect vacation. Thanks for a great vacation! We can’t wait to come back.

Weekend Getaway

The home was perfect and adorably decorated. Everything was clean and well stocked. The property was beautiful and included multiple decks to enjoy the incredible lake view. The cold nights were so enjoyable with the warm fire pit and clear night sky. We will definitely be back!

Family gathering at Lake Sinclair

We had a wonderful time on this trip! This house was perfect, with views of the lake from every bedroom. It also has a large covered porch overlooking the lake with lots of seating and dining space (and a grill). There are several docks for water access as well. This is a great place to get away from it all and unwind!
