Nouvelle inscription pour Belle, spacieuse et moderne maison

Nouvelle liste. Maison haut de gamme avec trois chambres, deux salles de bains, un espace ouvert comprenant la cuisine, le bar, le salon, la salle à manger et la famille. C'est vraiment un grand espace conçu pour divertir. Il a également un grand garage, un gazebo et une grande cour. C'est ma maison de vacances maintenant disponible pour que vous puissiez en profiter.

Il a de nouvelles unités de climatisation. Il y a la climatisation dans toutes les chambres. Il y a aussi Internet haut débit et télévision par câble.

En cas de panne de courant - la maison a une alimentation électrique de secours avec un système d'énergie renouvelable qui comprend l'énergie solaire et la batterie.

En cas de panne d'eau - Il dispose également d'un système de réservoir d'eau pour les situations d'urgence.

Il a été conçu pour un usage personnel et pour se divertir. Il a un appareil haut de gamme et des terminaisons. comptoirs en granit, éclairage LED dans toute la maison, planchers en bois et beaucoup d'espaces pour se divertir, les animaux, passent un bon moment. Mais n'oubliez pas qu'il est à cinq à dix minutes des plus belles plages et des meilleures plages de surf de l'île. Il y a beaucoup d'activités pour inclure les sports nautiques, l'équitation, les restaurants, les bars beaucoup plus.

Nice getaway from home

We enjoyed staying in Rays property. The house was big and spacious. Would definitely rent again! Washer and dryer very convenient and useful. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

The property was excellent! Very clean & supplied a lot of necessities that most don't, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of towels. Gated enrty with keyless entry. Excellent communication with Ray. Each room had a new air conditioning system with solar to cover in an event of power outages. Extremely hot water!!! Wifi inside & out, t.v's in both living rooms I loved the binder with details of all details needed for your stay. Close proximity to stores/beaches. Quite community. Ray was an excellent Host & response was quick with any questions. Definitely recommend booking if looking.

Woke up to a flood in the main bedroom because of the air conditioning

The communication with this guests was terrible. They arrived without sending any message at midnight before their check-in time. They communicated the issue of the AC after they left. The drain is the AC was clogged and it took me less that five minutes to resolve the issue by connecting the vacuum cleaner to the drain. The left all the bedding and the towel on the floor with a lot os stains. They did no follow the house rules at all.

It was a much needed ladies trip!! .

We like to cook and they only had 3 pots and 1 frying pan. They needed some Bowles. The house needed some updating! Only 1 TV in the whole house. No radio. There was only one exit other exit was locked with a master lock ( which we thought was a safety issue). There was a whole refrigerator in the living room that was broken ( Which I didn’t understand why they left it there because they have a two car garage)..... that was replaced with another one that barley worked, we had to put everything in the freezer so it can get cold. Not enough bath towels and yes, there was a washer and dryer but you don’t want to be doing the laundry daily, so we bought towels. Not enough sheets either. I’ve stayed in much better places for the same or better price.

I had a bad experience we the guests since the start. They did not read the messages and all the detailed information I provided. They did not do the due diligent to check the kitchen cabinets or the closet were the towels were. - I do provide multiples multiple cooking pots, bowls and several frying pans. - I provided two bath towels per person, a wash towels and a beach towels per person. - Each bed has a complete set of sheets and blankets. The problem is when the guests bring additional people no included in the reservation - The fridge old fridge got replaced by a new one. The old one was two heavy to remove it between the reservation. But now the fridge is not longer there. Most of my reviews are 5 stars. So this review it is really because the guests did not read the information provided, did not look in the cabinets or closet but did not asked really. It is a totally unfair.

We enjoyed our stay and Ray was very easy to communicate with and helpful.

We spent a week in n Ray’s house. It was clean and very comfortable. It is a neighborhood setting away from town which we enjoyed after a day of being out and about.
