The place is fully equipped. It has a pool/slide for the kids, top notch outdoor furniture/dining, wood pellet grill for amazing flavors, a full house generator (in case there is blackouts!) and the fastest Starlink satellite internet.

You’ll have access to the full property, which has two floors. The main floor includes a private grand entrance door, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, large fully renovated kitchen, dining room, 2 living rooms, laundry room, office, and a Master Bedroom balcony, and a wrap around balcony, both with stunning ocean views. The bottom floor includes its own private entrance, 2 bedrooms, living room space with a pool table, kitchenette, 1.5 bathrooms, and a balcony with ocean views.

Our main floor master bedroom has numerous windows and a private balcony with sweeping ocean views. This intentional design will give you the privacy to enjoy stargazing and experience the most unforgettable sunrises and sunsets.

Note: We have a security camera system with smart doorbell on the outside perimeters of the house for the safety and security of our guests. Cameras are in visible areas and cover the property exterior, including the pool area. There are NO cameras inside the property.
