Magnifique condo de niveau exécutif au 5ème étage avec vue sur les belles plages de Redington Shores.

Ce condo de plus de 1500 pieds carrés est entièrement carrelé dans toutes les pièces avec 3 chambres surdimensionnées, des salles de bain rénovées et une belle cuisine avec tous les extras que vous désirez. Appareils en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine avec de beaux comptoirs en granit. Beaucoup de sièges à la table à manger et des tabourets de bar supplémentaires au comptoir du petit-déjeuner pour un repas rapide ou une boisson.

Salon suffisamment grand pour que tout le groupe puisse se détendre et regarder les fabuleux couchers de soleil sur le golfe du Mexique ou profiter d'une télévision à écran plat de 55 pouces pour ces soirées se détendre à la maison en regardant votre émission de télévision préférée ou en streaming vos films Netflix préférés. Unité de coin avec des fenêtres sur le côté nord pour beaucoup d'éclairage supplémentaire pendant la journée.

King dans le maître avec un grand dressing et votre propre salle de bain privée. La chambre principale s'ouvre sur le grand balcon avec votre propre télévision à écran plat.

La deuxième chambre a également un lit king pour un deuxième couple avec leur propre télévision à écran plat et la troisième chambre est complète avec 2 lits queen size, une télévision à écran plat et un grand dressing.

Le grand balcon donnant sur la piscine en bord de plage a de nombreux sièges pour que tout le monde puisse regarder les dauphins nager. Le bain à remous est également en bord de mer, plus par le bâtiment nord et il y a une zone de grill avec une aire de pique-nique couverte.

Vous pouvez utiliser nos chaises de plage et parasol ou en louer sur la plage pour un tarif journalier.

This VRBO was beyond expectations. We golf every year and stay at different places. Not anymore. We’re just going to stay here. We had some late changes with flights and Sue and management were more than accommodating.Highly recommended

I loved this place. Beautiful condo, new kitchen, super comfy bed, bedroom and living room access to the balcony, high chairs so you can look over the gate, all the beach amenities you need including a brand new Tommy Bahama chair/umbrella. Steps from the ocean.

Lovely, spacious property

We all had a marvelous time staying at this lovely, spacious property right on the gulf! Views were amazing and the accommodations were perfect for our family of 6. We would definitely consider staying there again!

Over all stay was nice. Only thing was that the hot tub wasn’t operational.

Our stay was spectacular. Everything was super clean. The pool and hot tub are great. Bathroom access at the pool via code, not a key. Many beach chairs and accessories. The view is amazing. Unobstructed for sunsets. Can eat inside or out. Plenty of towels. Very comfortable and lots of room. My daughter was able to attend her college class. Fast and reliable Wifi. They do tell you, but note there is only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and no tissues. Also, there is a code needed for the TV to get into streaming services. We just had to email and ask. Very timely response by the rental company. Everything was five stars plus. Loved our stay. Will definitely be back. Thank you.

The condo was gorgeous with a beautiful view. It looked exactly like in all the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the pool and beach were wonderful as well. Would definitely stay there again.

Great family vacation

The condo was very spacious and we found everyone at the complex really friendly. Awesome view and within walking distance of most things. Must stagger showers to not run out of hot water but that was minor thing on a great stay with our family

Perfect Family Vacation Spot!

We had our first family vacation and this was the perfect condo! We loved the condo and it had everything we needed! We had tons of space for all of us to be together and also enjoy our own time. The whole complex was perfect with the pool, hot tub, and ocean and beach being so close! Would highly recommend!!!!

Birthday Get away!

Very nice comfortable place on the gulf beach! We saw dolphins every morning when we got up! It was a clean very accessible place to stay with our kids with a pool and a hot tub as if the beach was not enough! Thank you!

Nature at it's finest!

We stayed 5 weeks and enjoyed the ocean walks and foods. Seeing dolphin, octopus, sea stars, snails of all sorts. Such a great spot for relaxing.

This property was an excellent reprieve for our family. Stayed the week of college “move-in”. Enjoyed great family time. Condo is directly on beach. The 3 bedroom unit was spacious for our group of 5. The beach was beautiful. One morning we counted 20 plus dolphins. A manatee swam right past us and a small sea turtle was within 10’. Great location. Waverunners and paddle boards directly out front on beach, very convenient. Close to grocers, restaurants, ice cream, putt-putt, etc. No unit is perfect and there were several small things that could be easily remedied, but overall our family would give this condo a thumbs up and recommendation for its beach location and the “homey” feel.
