UPDATED UNIT - Spectacular beachfront gem

You will be in awe from the minute you walk into this welcoming unit with windows along the entire gulf side for a breathtaking panoramic view allowing sunlight to shine into the condo throughout the day. This 1,300 plus square foot condo is completely tiled throughout with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an updated fully equipped kitchen.
The spacious family room is perfect for your entire group to relax and watch the stunning sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy the flat screen smart TV for those evenings relaxing at home and streaming your favorite show. The private balcony is accessible from the family room offering the perfect spot to unwind, listen to the crashing waves, and possibly view dolphins frolicking in the gulf.
The master bedroom also opens up on to the balcony with a king sized bed, flat screen TV, large walk in closet, and private bathroom.
The second bedroom has two queen sized beds with a flat screen TV and the third bedroom is complete with two twin beds and a flat screen TV, as well.
Beach towels, bath towels, and bed linens are all included in the unit.
There are two parking spaces available to guests of the condo. Free cable, Wi-Fi, and full-sized washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
The unit sleeps up to 8.
The resort includes a large heated beachside pool, heated Jacuzzi spa, beach volleyball, tiki huts, and built in charcoal grills. Beach concessions offer cabana rentals, beach umbrellas, paddleboards, jet skis, sea kayaks, and more.
Hop aboard the Suncoast Beach Trolley at the trolley stop conveniently located steps away from the building to tour the Gulf Beaches stretching from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short ride to one particular beach, shopping area or restaurant. Walking is also an option to reach plenty of popular local restaurants.
Check in is at 4pm on Saturdays and check out is no later than 10am the following Saturday.

Great location. Great property.

Second time staying at this condo and hope to visit many more. Nice part of town plus a clean, well-appointed home-base for walks on the beach, swimming in the gulf and exploring local shopping and dining. Best of all, host is friendly, professional and responsive.

Great Vacation!

We had a wonderful time at this location. The condo was clean and the owner was amazing at troubleshooting. Any questions we had she responded almost immediately. The condo was located in walkable area to quite a few restaurants so it was convenient. It was great vacation for our family.

Great Property

This condo was perfect for our family Spring Break. Very clean and lots of extras in the room (sand toys, towels, boogie board, etc.). We love this area and all the amenities at the Ram Sea.

Obvious Choice

I have stayed at many vacation rentals and this one is definitely top notch. I just can't think of anything negative. It was a beautiful, clean place with a great view. We like to location and proximity to the things we like to do the most. The owner is very responsive and communicative. Having laundry within the condo was a huge bonus - most there do not from what I understand. It was well equipped for anything you may want during your stay. Parking passes, sand toys, beach towels, beach chairs, appliances, smart TVs, closet space, hangers, etc. We had a lovely time.

OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!

From start to finish, booking to checking out, the experience could not have been better. The location is perfect, right on the beach and far enough away from the more "touristy" areas yet close enough if you choose to participate. The condo is beautiful, even nicer than the pictures and Toyzanne has a closet filled with essentials for the beach, including toys for the kids, beach towels, beach chairs, etc. The furnishings are terrific and comfortable. The appliances are top notch. This was like home away from home! My wife and I as well as my daughter, her husband and their two young children were extremely pleased with everything. Our experience could not have been better. I would recommend this listing to anyone and Thanks to Toyzanne for all her communications throughout this vacation.

Nice condo - great location

This is a great location. Condo was furnished nicely. Two of the bedrooms were a good size. The room with the 2 twins is small. Fine for kids but tight for 2 adults. This condo is on the 3rd floor and overlooks the large hot tub. The living room and main bedroom opens to the balcony overlooking the Gulf. We had many beautiful sunsets!

Best condo ever on North Redington Beach!

Our family of seven stayed comfortly in this condo! Location to everything was great and beach was kept very clean! Toyzanne was so easy to work with and answered all of our questions before we arrived very quickly. WONDERFUL Condo

We traveled with 6 people and had a wonderful week in this BEAUTIFUL condo directly on the beach. LOTS of room in the condo for everyone as well as WONDERFULLY stocked with towels and beach toys. The condo had everything we needed and then some. The owner worked to get us in before the check in time since we were in the area earlier than expected which was MUCH appreciated as well as answered any questions and requests very quickly. Thank You for renting this GREAT cabin to our family!

Great Location and Condo!

You can’t beat the location of the Ram Sea complex. Right on the beach, nice pool, and amazing sunsets! The condo itself had nice beds, great patio furniture, and was well-equipped. Plenty of close restaurants as well to grab a meal!

Fabulous

This property is beautiful. Access to the beach, hot tub and pool is so easy! We had family with young children and it was great to just take them right up for naps and snacks! We loved the walking and biking onthe beach! There are many great restaurants within a 15 minute walk, as well as coffee, donut a convenient stores! There is a great nail spa across the street and a private wine and liquor store! Essentially any thing you need! But Publix and Winn Dixie are less than a 2 mile drive! We will definitely return for another winter retreat!

Beachfront Bliss

The unit is updated and well represented by pictures. The owners are very responsive and available before and during our stay. The 3rd floor unit is easily accessible to the beach. We appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, and toys that were provided. Many of the units do not have a washer and dryer which was another plus for this rental.
