Ce magnifique condo de deux étages est situé dans une rue calme dans un quartier recherché à distance de marche de la Plaza Santa Fe. Il est joliment meublé, avec cheminée, climatisation et deux balcons extérieurs. La maison vient d'être rénovée, améliorant la qualité raffinée que nos clients méritent:) Tous les beaux meubles sont neufs, y compris les bancs artisanaux et les œuvres d'art réalisées par des artistes locaux de Santa Fe. La maison est bien fournie avec de nombreux articles tels que des serviettes, des couvertures et des oreillers supplémentaires, du savon pour les mains, du shampoing, du revitalisant, du nettoyant pour le corps, du café, une crème, des thés, des huiles de cuisson, des épices, etc. Le bois de chauffage n'est pas fourni, mais il est disponible à proximité de l'épicerie.

This place was great and Lynn was awesome. Our first night there was a power outage in the area and we connected her to see if there were candles in the house and she sent a friend with great battery powered lights in no time. We highly recommended the place.

Casual walk to the Plaza

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and very nice. We loved that it was close to everything. NB: the master bedroom does not have a door that closes - it's a loft, so we ended up sleeping in the smaller downstairs bedroom for privacy.

This property is wonderful! It’s spacious, beautifully decorated, and well maintained.While we did not actually use the kitchen or laundry, both seemed to be modern and fully equipped. Ideally situated for easy access to the plaza, O’Keefe museum, many restaurants and other points of interest. The neighborhood is quiet. Excellent communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to any travelers.

We purchased this property for two main reasons; because of it's proximity to the Santa Fe Plaza, and all this wonderful city has to offer. We prefer to walk, rather than drive, so the location was very appealing. And, the house itself is very attractive and comfortable! We may very well retire in Santa Fe, and feel very lucky to have found this little gem to call our home away from it becomes our only home ; ) In the meantime we are delighted to share it with you, our guests!

We love the open feel of the home, the wonderful natural light, and the beautiful large wooden beams throughout. We added to the homes natural lightness by refinishing the walls with a clean stone color, and added accent walls in beautiful American Clay plasterwork. We purchased all of the wonderful furnishing right here in Santa Fe, and are really enjoying the traditional look and feel of the home and it's decor. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. Cheers!
