Adorable 2 bed 2 bath home in Downtown Santa Fe ....Near Downtown Plaza

This single level condo is located 6 blocks to the Plaza. The home offers privacy and convenience and features hardwood floors throughout, hand troweled plaster walls, one bedroom is an en-suite with it's own full bath, washer and dryer. All rooms have their own access to an outdoor patio for indoor/outdoor enjoyment. Private patios for outdoor dining or morning coffee. For hikers and mountain bikers, it's less than a 5 minute drive to the Dale Ball tail head which access most of the trails throughout the foothills and high altitude mountain trails. For the winter enthusiast, the home is only 2 blocks to Hyde Park Rd. which is a straight 20 minute up drive to the Santa Fe Ski Basin.

Michael’s place was perfect for our four day visit to Santa Fe. His home was extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. Michael was a pleasure to communicate with. Would definitely stay here on my next visit to Santa Fe.

We had a lovely weekend in Santa Fe and really enjoyed our little casita. It is a very easy walk to the square and I really loved that we were so closes to some amazing hiking trails. This is the perfect little house for a couple and maybe one other person. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for more than three people. If only because the living area is small - perfect for three loungers and maybe not for four!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael's. Michael's place is clean, well-equipped, and in a great location convenient to everything. In addition to dinnerware, glassware, cutlery, and ice maker, the kitchen has all of the basics including: oils, spices, some condiments, cleaning products, etc.There's a full laundry w/ detergent and plenty of linens. Trader Joe's and the downtown area are a quick 5-minute drive. Taos is just over an hour away.We will definitely look up Michael next time we are in Santa Fe!

This is an outstanding property! Clean, stylish, and truly well equipped. I stayed with my mom and sister and we had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend away. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is well stocked, and the outside areas (there are several!) are superb. We had the best stay and would be eager to return.

I would highly recommend this home. It is clean and nicely decorated, not cluttered. The kitchen is well-stocked, there are some nice outdoor spaces to drink coffee/hang out. The linens are probably the best I've had anywhere!And Michael, the propery manager, was very helpful and responsive.

This place was just terrific and all as described except that it's more like a 15-minute than a 5-minute walk to the Plaza. (Wouldn't have mattered to me at all except that I have to wear a walking boot because of a fractured ankle.)The place is beautifully decorated, the beds are great and the kitchen well-supplied. Michael was very helpful and stayed in touch by text. Absolutely no problems and if we're able to return to Santa Fe for another opera festival, we'd be delighted to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay and very much recommend this property! The owner was attentive, kind and courteous. The property was clean, up to date, and organized. My wife and I, along with the other couple we stayed with all very much loved the space and definitely want to stay here again on our next visit to Santa Fe. Our stay in Santa Fe was phenomenal. The home was beautifully maintained, thoughtfully prepared, and truly welcoming. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the host was incredibly attentive—checking in to ensure everything was going well and inviting us to reach out if we needed anything.The kitchen was impressively stocked with essentials like seasoning, oil, and other useful items, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Wi-Fi access was reliable throughout our stay, and the location couldn’t be better—just a pleasant 10-minute walk to downtown Santa Fe.We especially loved the private outdoor sitting areas, both in the front and back of the house. They offered peaceful spots to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we’re already looking forward to returning. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Santa Fe!

Gorgeous casita, perfect location

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect: easy walking distance to most sites (museums, the Plaza, etc.) but in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed both of the lovely private patio areas. The casita is beautifully and elegantly decorated, with tons of space for sitting in the DR and LR, plus two spacious bedrooms and bathrms. We loved this place and we will be back!

The unique features about this property is that if you are visiting during the warmer months, every room including the bedrooms have access to private outdoor spaces and you can walk everywhere from this location. If you are visiting during the winter months and enjoy skiing, it's two blocks from the Ski Basin Rd. which ends at the Santa Fe Ski basin parking lot. During the spring, summer and fall months, the same road takes you to to dozens of trail heads that offers over a hundred miles of hiking and mountain biking trails through the Sangre De Cristo Mountains.
