Où le bon temps coule…

Haus on the Rapids est niché directement sur les rives de la rivière Comal, entre les rapides et la dernière sortie publique. Profitez du calme sur le pont ombragé. Les escaliers qui descendent du pont vous permettront d’accéder directement à la rivière. La propriété peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 14 personnes. Les boutiques, les restaurants et la vie nocturne du centre-ville se trouvent à seulement 5 minutes à pied. Situé directement sur la rivière Comal de Schlitterbahn. Gruene est à 10 minutes en voiture. 5 minutes en voiture de l'I-35.

Haus:
La chambre principale a un lit King size et une douche à l'italienne. Le maître a une vue magnifique sur le pont et la rivière Comal. Les 2 chambres de taille Queen partagent un combo salle de bain / baignoire. Une des chambres Queen a une vue sur le pont et la rivière. Il y a aussi une chambre supplémentaire de la Reine de la maison principale. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit Queen dans le salon qui peut accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Il y a une chambre supplémentaire en bas qui dispose de 4 lits simples. L'énorme cuisine entièrement équipée avec des sièges de bar a tout le luxe de la maison. Salon a une télévision grand écran ainsi que la meilleure vue sur la rivière.

Plate-forme:
Le pont ombragé a beaucoup de sièges à l'extérieur pour profiter de votre café tôt le matin ou des boissons l'après-midi tout en écoutant la rivière. Faites griller quelque chose sur les deux grilles extérieures situées sur le pont. En outre, le patio couvert a 2 tables de pique-nique à ajouter à la terrasse.

Accès fluvial:
Profitez de votre accès privé à la rivière. L'accès par escalier mène directement à la rivière cristalline Comal.

The house right on the Comal was perfect for our family. We loved the patio overlooking the water and also the close distance to downtown.

Amazing location on the river!

We had an amazing vacation with the family. Group of 13 including lots of little kids and everyone had a blast. Location of the home is unbeatable, river access was perfect. The outdoor setting was perfect. Very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, and the communication with host was great. Highly recommend!

Nice place for girls weekend. Didn’t care much for the stairs inside the resident, but everything very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the deck around the fire pit just visiting. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great Escape

Although the weather did not cooperate, the stay was great! The property location is amazing! Safe to say that if we come back to New Braunfels, we’ll look up this property again. Great communication with property manager too!

Awesome location and amenities.

It was amazing. We are a large family and every year my three sisters and I take a three day river trip with our daughters. We are 35 years old to 71 and like fun but comfort at the same time. This had it all, excellent access, well stocked, clean and easy to arrange.

Great river house

The outside areas are great-seating right next to the river. Lots of bedrooms and plenty of space for a family. The extra refrigerator isn’t he laundry room was the best surprise. Lots of room for drinks! We had a great time and would love to come back to this house.

Beautiful home on the river

This beautiful home sits right on the river with a large deck and river access. It is right across from the New Schlitterbahn water park. Very clean and excellent response time and help from owners. Many amenities in the home to make your stay comfortable. Had a wonderful time and hope to be back next summer.

Construction mess next door

Rating would be 5 stars except for the construction work going on all around starting from 7 am til 7 pm and spiders in the room outside the main haus. We had a pleasant stay convenient for floating on the Comal river
