Bienvenue au Co-Z Beach Cottage, un condo confortable au rez-de-chaussée avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains. Ce condo peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La suite principale dispose d'un lit king-size et d'une télévision par cùble à écran plat de 107 cm. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux et une télévision par cùble à écran plat de 37 pouces. Le salon a une cheminée, 40 pouces TV par cùble à écran plat / magnétoscope / lecteur DVD et canapé-lit complet. Internet sans fil haut débit est fourni gratuitement. Cuisine entiÚrement fonctionnelle, draps, serviettes, équipement de plage sont fournis pour votre usage. Ceci est l'un des rares condos de notre complexe avec sa propre laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité. Profitez de votre propre terrasse arriÚre privée avec barbecue et jardin clos. Ceci est un grand condo chalet, idéal pour les familles avec enfants de tous ùges.

The unit was perfect! It was clean, spacious, and had everything you could ask for! The kitchen was stocked with pots, pans, and anything we needed.The beds were super comfortable, and the backyard space was amazing. We did not need beach gear, but there were chairs, towels, etc. The grounds make you feel like you are on a tropical island. The landscape is beautiful, and the amenities are wonderful! There is so much to do within walking distance, as well!We even contacted the owners of this fantastic unit with a question, and they were so kind! We will definitely be back!

The room was clean and had a great layout. Loved having the washer and dryer, especially since we were there for a month. The noise level was more than expected, as the unit was right by the street, and the train runs by often. So we couldn't keep any windows cracked at night because of that. But overall great stay and love the condo area with the pool and workout area. And so close to the beach!

Great Location / Would stay again

The location was wonderful. The only downside is the train. It didn't bother anyone else except me so if you are a light sleeper you might want a unit farther away. Unit had everything you needed. It could use a few kitchen upgrades as far as pots and pans go but we made it work. The management was very responsive to our needs and the kids loved the property. My only big wish would be to have a bbq but that wouldn't make or break it for me. Would definitely visit again!

Well appointed condo

The owners provided us a well appointed property, nice kitchen with plenty of cookware , new appliances, and washer dryer. The mattresses and sofa were very comfortable. Plenty of linens, beach chairs, etc. Impressed with rental agent-initial problem with cable & internet addressed quickly. Thank you for a wonderful stay in this tropical resort!

Enjoyed our Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is nice to be close to our vehicle and have everything we needed to go to the beach and have a relaxing time when we got home as well. The home was well stocked for cooking and cleaning up after ourselves. The remodel was great to see both inside and soon the outside. We look forward to coming back in the future. I only took one start off as the master shower and window blinds could use an update as well.

Beautiful Place

Was a beautiful place to stay near the beach. The host was very easy to work with. We needed a high chair and they delivered one to us. My only complaint would be it’s a little noisy because of a train that passes near by.

Enjoyed the Complex

The condo complex was great - lots of things to do, the pool and spa were a big hit with the kids. The unit itself was fairly far back on the property, so of all the units it was the longest walk to beach access etc. It was also VERY close to the road and train tracks which were fairly noisy at night. The back yard in the pictures is nice, but it's open/accessible to the other units in that block, so it's not quite as private as we would have liked. The unit was well stocked. We used the kitchen for most meals and had all the utensils etc. that we needed. The in-unit laundry was extremely nice to have as we were constantly cleaning wet clothes after coming back from the pool or beach. Overall a good place to stay with kids. There were restaurants and an ice cream shop within walking distance, so really no reason to get back in the car.

Great Quick Family Vacay

Everything went well. The toaster was broken when we checked in. When they messaged to ask how everything was we let them know and it was replaced within an hour! Great communication. Only problem is there is no AC so you need to make use of the fans (there are plenty) but at night if you want air flow from outside then you get the noise from the road and the train which is very close. Plus with it being on the first floor, I didn't want to leave the back door open to help vent so it got pretty warm the first couple nights when the temperature was in the 80's. Awesome beach equipment so we didn't have to bring all our own. Plenty of kitchen gear. Very clean.

Beautiful property

The condo was very nice and clean and close to the parking garage, a great trade off for being so close to the railroad tracks and street. The noise was noticeable but not bothersome. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained.

Fun stay

Rental and check in were easy. The managers gave great instructions prior to check in and were responsive while we were there. North Coast Village is a beautiful condo complex and seems well maintained. Tons of beautiful vegetation. Parking is really close to this condo so that was nice. There was some street and train noise but once we closed our windows at night we couldn't hear it and slept fine. Beds were really comfortable. I liked that they had a full and twin in the 2nd bedroom. There was a resident who would go out and smoke frequently. She wasn't technically on the property since she was outside the gates but close enough that we could smell it every time. Overall happy with our stay and happy with the lower price than some of the other condos.

Fantastic location. Perfect for family.

We got in way late, technically the next day and the security guard was able to check us in. The king size bed was perfect for us. The full and twin was a great fit for the kids. We had mostly everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. We packed lunches for our outings. The beach toy closet was well stocked. We cleaned out a lot of the sand from it, but since sand is beach glitter we just did the best we could. Since this unit is in the back corner, it is ideal for walking to the harbor, around to the beach, everywhere. Right next to the garage, which was great for bringing in luggage, groceries, etc. We used the recommended surf lessons for our oldest son and he had a blast. We also used a lot of the restaurant coupons that were on the board. The pool was great for kids, with two shallow ends. We loved having the washer and dryer in the unit. The grounds were kept really nice and tropical. The kids loved the koi fish. We would definitely stay here again as a family. Thank you for a great vacation!

Very Good

We stayed in this lovely condo for over months. It felt like home. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the utensils and small appliances to make meals. Plenty of hot water and close to the beach, the harbor and many restaurants. Especially nice was the washer/dryer in the unit which made life much easier. The sound from the train tracks nearby is evident, however, did not really distract from our appreciation of this condo.

Everything about the property was true to the online description. Close to the beach & very walkable to area restaurants. One suggestion would be to include an additional parking spot in the garage assigned to the unit. I definitely would recommend this property to family & friends.

Third stay, first time in G7

Condo was as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable and place was clean. Great location at the back of the complex, so very easy in and out. The complex can be kind of a maze, but this location was easy to find and good for quick in and out. Nice little “backyard area” so didn’t bother us not to have an ocean view. Loved having washer and dryer in the unit. It was well equipped overall.

Well stocked condo

Everything was great but I believe the coffee pot (not the maker) needs replaced. Every time you pour it leaks but makes great coffee. Also, there were no hot pads to remove hot things from the oven. Overall the unit was fantastic and suited our needs perfectly.

Great combination of privacy, resort amenities and ocean front

Our family of 5 had a lovely week stay. Everyone loved the easy walking access to a great beach, and easy drive to everything else needed. Condo unit was perfect for us. Well equipped kitchen and very nice to have beach toys/boogie boards etc. Enjoyed being on the ground floor with a little garden. We enjoyed the resort hot tub and pool, although there were some issues with overcrowding of hot tub by a large daycare group. We would have stayed longer if we could!!
