JULY 2022: This unit just had an extensive, high-end remodel done including the kitchen, both bathrooms, new flooring, doors, windows, and new electrical throughout, and all brand new mid-century. West Elm furniture.
THE VIEW: Wonderful ocean and harbor views
KITCHEN AND DINING: Fully stocked remodeled kitchen and enough seating for 6
LIVING AREA: Plenty of comfortable sitting arrangements for 6. Flatscreen Smart TV with Cable
BATHROOM: 2-bath unit. Walk-in shower in the master, and a tub/shower combo in the guest bath.
SLEEPING: Sleeps 6. King in the Master, Queen with twin trundle in the guest bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in the living room.
EXTRAS: High-Speed Internet, PacknPlay Travel Crib, one assigned parking space, beach equipment, putters and golf balls for putting green, all included
THE VIEW
This is a corner, high-rise unit, on the first level above the garage in the G building, ideal for couples and families looking for a special Oceanside beach vacation! Enjoy wonderful harbor and ocean views from several windows and both balconies and bedrooms! The living room balcony has bar top seating for 4. With these northwest views get ready for cool ocean breezes and amazing sunsets!
KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen was just remodeled in July 2022 and features quartz countertops, and custom cabinetry, and comes stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining area has seating for 4-6 people.
LIVING AREAS
The living area is comfortably furnished with brand new furniture that provides enough seating for 6 with a comfortable queen sofa sleeper and accent chairs. There is also a large 60-inch flat-screen Smart TV in the living room that you can use to log in and stream your favorite shows. The TV is also equipped with a cable package with 250+ channels. The fireplace has been beautifully remodeled with shell tile and a floating mantle and is fully functional and available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.
The condo has 2 bathrooms, both of which have been beautifully updated and remodeled with new vanities, flooring, lighting, and features. The master bath features a large, custom-tiled, walk-in shower with a rain shower head and the guest bath has a combination tub/shower.
SLEEPING
G115 comfortably sleeps 6. The master suite has a comfortable King size bed with a new Coppertek cooling hybrid mattress as well as a 46-inch Smart TV, a custom-built closet, and a private balcony with stunning harbor and ocean views. The second bedroom also has a flat-screen Smart TV and features a queen bed with a twin trundle built-in to fit a variety of sleeping arrangements without sacrificing space. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a top-of-the-line queen sofa sleeper.
EXTRAS
-This unit comes with one assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building
-A Pack 'n Play Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.
-Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge.
-Putters and golf balls for the putting green (normally have to be rented through security)
-G115 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment plus extras to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (5), a sand board (1), beach towels (6), sand toys, a beach umbrella (1), a cooler (1), and beach chairs. (6).
**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

G115 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.
If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrally located so you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!
Our perfect location right in the middle of San Diego and Orange County also makes it easy to visit all the great attractions of Southern California. Walk time to Beach (on the beach, 0 min), Oceanside Harbor Shops and Restaurants (5 min), Oceanside Pier Restaurants (5 min), Downtown Restaurants, Shops, Movie Theaters, Playhouse, and Museums (10 min). Miles to: Legoland, (9 miles) San Diego Zoo Safari Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Old Town, Gaslamp District (36 miles), Temecula Wine Country (32 miles), Disneyland, California Adventure (58 miles), Knotts Berry Farm (64 miles).
