Ce charmant cottage de plage turquoise est situé à deux pâtés de maisons de la plage avec un passage pour piétons pratique sur Beach Blvd. Profitez de votre café du matin ou de votre cocktail en soirée sur la terrasse spacieuse à l'avant de la maison ou sur la terrasse arrière de la buanderie donnant sur la piscine. C’est vrai, DEUX PLATEAUX ET UNE PISCINE !!!

L'espace de vie principal de ce charmant cottage est spacieux et doté d'un mobilier coloré et chic, notamment d'un canapé-lit queen-size et d'une chaise confortable. Vous trouverez également un coin repas avec une table à manger pour 4 personnes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils ménagers, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles de cuisine, assiettes et verrerie dont vous aurez besoin pour vous rendre à la maison pendant vos vacances à Gulf Shores.

La chambre principale a un lit Queen, HDTV et un beau mur de navire-lap. La chambre d'amis à l'étage a un lit Queen. Les chambres à l'étage partagent une salle de bain Jack-and-Jill récemment rénovée avec une combinaison de douche en carrelage sur mesure.

En bas se trouve une chambre avec lits superposés pour 6 personnes. La chambre est équipée de deux lits superposés, d'un évier de cuisine avec bloc de boucher, d'un four micro-ondes, d'une télévision haute définition montée et d'une salle de bains privée.

“You get what you pay for… apparently not toilet paper.”To be fair, we only paid about 200 per person for the entire stay, so we weren’t expecting a five-star resort with a butler waiting at the door. That being said, there’s a difference between “reasonably priced beach house” and “did anyone check on this place before we arrived?”The house just did not feel clean. There was rust on several metal pieces inside, and the overall condition made it seem like cleaning and maintenance had been put on the back burner for a while.The shower door leaked a ridiculous amount, so every shower basically turned the bathroom floor into a small indoor swimming pool. Nothing like paying for a beach house and then getting an additional water feature inside.The wooden deck and steps were also in pretty rough condition and could definitely use some maintenance. Going down the stairs felt like there should’ve been a waiver involved.There was also a strong sewage smell outside the house. Nothing says “good morning at the beach” quite like walking outside and immediately wondering if the sewer system is having a bad day.Would I stay here again? Probably not—unless the next trip comes with unlimited toilet paper and a complimentary hazmat suit.

What an ideal location…… 5 minute walk to beach so no need to find parking. Perfect for families with teens. They have their own area on lower level…… We especially enjoyed pool, early June and warm water. Highly recommended

The third bedroom was outside under the main house. Upon arrival, that bedroom nor bathroom had been cleaned in awhile as cobwebs were everywhere. When I called, they arranged for it to be cleaned when it was convenient for us. It also smelled like a closed up house- musty. The top of the fridge had not been cleaned in awhile either.

Great location and pool is nice.

The house was nice and the pool was great. The location is amazing. Only complaints I have is there isn’t a table by the pool like the pictures showed, the downstairs is detached so you have to go outside to get there and the house was constantly hot.

The table in the pictures was painted and made of rod iron. It quickly began to rust and deteriorate in the salty climate. We had to remove it so that it wouldn't be a hazard for upcoming guests. We had a professional HVAC contractor go check the property and everything was working property and cooling efficiently. We have not had any complaints since this guest about the cooling system.

Overall a Great Trip Love Gulf Shores Just wish we would have set more time for it. GrandBabies loved the sand at the beach and extra bonus to have our own pool to enjoy at the house.

Spring Break 2025

A friend group of 8 stayed here for spring break! The house was clean and fit us comfortably! Great communication with property managers! Only problems were the WiFi didn’t work and the bunk beds in the bunk room were wobbly other than that we had a great stay!

Quiet pet friendly getaway

We were very happy with the location of the property. It was a quiet area, but close to the beach and places to eat and shop. The house was great, with the exception being the operation of the tv in the living room. There were 4 remotes and still not quite sure which one you were supposed to use.

We enjoyed our stay. There was some frustration at the beginning with the check in code and learning the description wasn’t accurate with the extra space downstairs. Once we got in, we were happy. It’s a short walk to the beach and close to everything. Very clean and a great shower!

Beach Ball is the greatest rental company in Orange Beach and Guld Shores. Their staff is awesome. Anything we needed they took care of it right away. I will be back next year.
