À seulement un pĂątĂ© de maison de la promenade de Seaside Heights, cet endroit a tout ce que vous voulez pour une escapade estivale avec amusement et divertissement locaux tout autour de vous. À une courte distance de marche de votre atterrissage, vous vous retrouverez aux cĂ©lĂšbres manĂšges et jeux du Casino Pier, au parc aquatique Breakwater Beach ou au karting de Smuggler's Cove.

L'appartement est un espace convivial propre Ă  la famille, Ă  deux pas de la promenade et de la plage. Cette unitĂ© climatisĂ©e a deux chambres, une salle de bain complĂšte et une cuisine complĂšte, ainsi qu'un bel espace de vie pour sortir ou regarder la tĂ©lĂ©vision. Une chambre comprend un lit queen size, la deuxiĂšme chambre a des lits jumeaux gigognes et le canapĂ© situĂ© dans l'espace de vie a une reine refuge. Draps, serviettes de bain et serviettes de plage sont fournis dans l'appartement. Tous les meubles et appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers sont en bon Ă©tat et en bon Ă©tat de fonctionnement, notamment une cafetiĂšre, un grille-pain, un four micro-ondes, une cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz et un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. Les armoires sont garnies de plats, de verres Ă  vin / ordinaires et d’argenterie.

     6 badges de plage seront également disponibles pour votre plaisir des plages de Seaside Heights. Des chaises de plage, des planches de boogie et un parasol sont également disponibles. Un ensemble de patio avec parasol et barbecue est situé sur la propriété afin que vous puissiez profiter de griller avec la famille et les amis. Le plaisir peut continuer avec une poignée de jeux également disponibles pour votre divertissement dans l'appartement.

Malheureusement, nous ne pouvons pas accepter les animaux de compagnie ou fumer dans notre appartement. Nous exigeons Ă©galement qu'un locataire soit un adulte ĂągĂ© d'au moins 28 ans. Close to everything

This apartment has it all. Close to boardwalk, restaurants, Jersey Shore House all within walking distance. Even has beach chairs, coolers and umbrellas for beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Lisa's home was just as promised. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. Lisa was very accessible if we needed to speak with her. Her home was the perfect place to have a quiet week at the beach. Everything was walkable or a very short drive. This was a hteat place to stay.

Great beach apartment!

Place is great, extremely clean, has everything you could need for a beach stay and 1.5 blocks to boardwalk and beach. There is boogie boards, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Lisa is so nice, quick to respond and her homemade wine is so good!

Perfect Vacation Spot

Very cozy Seaside Heights apartment to stay in. Parking could not have been more convenient. Hosts were there every step of the way if they were needed. Would come back again.

Can’t wait to return!

This is our second time staying here, and it won’t be the last! The location is perfect, walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, and all kinds of stuff to do. The outdoor area is so nice, and the place is the perfect fit for our family of 4! Plus the kids (ages 6 and 4) love the trundle beds. The beach tags and the two parking spaces are the icing on the cake! We’re already looking forward to our return!

Perfect 4th of July getaway

Lisa’s place was the perfect place to rest after long days at the beach . She supplied beach towels , chairs , an umbrella and it was a quick short walk to the board walk . The grill was perfect for our group and everything in the apartment was kept clean . I’d definitely recommend it . Also her home made wine was delicioussss .

Family Vacation with Kids

Some of my favorite childhood memories were all at the Jersey Shore. This was our first trip to Seaside with our two kids (ages 3 and 5) and this property was a perfect stay for us! Everything was so neat, clean, and easy! Lisa was so helpful, kind, and attentive to making sure everything was exactly as we needed for our stay - thank you so much!! In the words of our 5 year old - “It was awesome! I want to go back!” And we sure will :)

Cute apartment close to the boardwalk

I would like to thank Lisa for being a great host. We don't drink wine but she left 2 bottles of her homemade wine. We left them for the next guests. The apt is bright, airy and comfy. New soft towels, everything you would need. The 6 beach badges, beach towels and beach toys, all available. The outdoor space was nice. That's where we'd sit in the evenings and play games and enjoy each others company. The boardwalk was an easy 10 min walk. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely book it again should we be in the area. THANKS Lisa!!!!

Beware of Property Manager

The establishment was very nice and for the most part our stay was very pleasant, however the good parts were overshadowed by poor ownership. Despite my party purchasing $1500 worth of insurance, the owner, Lisa, took it upon herself to charge my account $500. The insurance was taken out for the sole purpose of accidental protection, because accident do in fact happen. A few cheap cushions were stained and a black mark was on the wall, all of which were accidental. We communicated this to the owner and informed her about the insurance, but within hours my account was charged. The damages were around $50-$100 maximum, so this amount was absurd . Throughout our stay we had no problems with the neighbors and we treated everybody around us with respect; this made it that much more shocking when we were treated with the blatant disrespect by Lisa. We tried multiple times to reason with the property owner, to no avail. All in all our stay was okay, but if you are looking to book a house under this owner, be aware that she may overreact and attempt to cause problems.

Fun Family Getaway

Cute little Shore cottage

My son and I were here so I could bring him to my hometown to experience a little bit of what my summers were like growing up. Lisa and Brian have an absolutely ADORABLE little cottage that is super close walking distance to the boards. It has private parking, which is a huge plus, and is SO SO CLEAN. Thank you Lisa for coming by to make sure we were all set and to drop off the bottle of wine. Great hospitality, great place. WILL return!

Fun late summer getaway

Property was immaculate , nice outdoor space /grill. Kitchen well equipped and decor sunny and bright. Neighborhood a bit noisy- but hey it’s Seaside. Good location to boards, walkable to convenience store and pharmacy for incidentals. Lisa was a gracious communicative and responsive host. Make sure to check out Drifters- great new restaurant down the street.

Very clean Space

It was a very clean apartment. About 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk. The shower was very narrow. Communication could have been better but overall, we enjoyed our stay. The fees (cleaning and processing fees) at VRBO are high for this property.
