River Strand Golf & Country Club - 4 chambres, 3 salles de bain, 2032 pieds carrés, presque nouvelle maison unifamiliale. L’adhésion à la communauté River Strand peut être transférée moyennant des frais de 250 $ (à payer par vous à votre arrivée) qui vous donneront droit à un accès complet à la piscine, au bain à remous et au centre de remise en forme de la subdivision "Sanctuary" littéralement de l’autre côté de la rue si c'est le vôtre!), la piscine principale du clubhouse, le centre de remise en forme, le bain à remous, le bar Tiki, le restaurant, tous les courts de tennis, tous les courts de pickleball et, du 1er avril au 31 décembre, le magnifique parcours de golf de River Strand. Les propriétaires sont des golfeurs qui jouent également sur des terrains magnifiques situés à proximité de River Strand, notamment à Legacy (Lakewood Ranch), à Waterlefe (Bradenton), à University Park (Sarasota), à Esplanade (Lakewood Ranch) et à Heritage Harbour / StoneyBrook (Bradenton). La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et ensoleillée, elle est joliment décorée et comprend un câble et un enregistreur vidéo numérique gratuits (dans la pièce principale et la tanière) et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Deux chambres sont équipées d'une salle de bains privative. Master a un lit king-size, une deuxième chambre en suite et la chambre trois avec des lits queen size et la chambre quatre avec un lit double gigogne. Il y a des ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre. River Strand est le développement le plus proche de l'I-75 avec un accès rapide aux plages de renommée mondiale, Sarasota, Bradenton, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Lakewood Ranch et Anna Maria Island. En outre, à proximité de Disney World, Universal Studios et d'autres attractions d'Orlando, Busch Gardens et de tout ce que la Floride a à offrir.

The house had everything we needed for our month long stay. It is in a great location in Bradenton, very easy access to 75 and 64. Great access to Target and Costco as well. The neighborhood is very friendly and offers great amenities. We weren't home to use the pool facilities but took advantage of the pickleball courts and walked the neighborhood and lake. The house was well stocked and offered everything we needed. The host was great and provided all the info we needed for check in and check out. I highly recommend this home for your next stay!

The perfect house and host

Fantastic house with everything we needed and more. House is very clean and spacious. The lanai is huge en perfect for dinning and chilling outside. The host is very helpful and can easily be contacted. For us it was the perfect stay.

Spacious and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Large screened in lanai with plenty of space to dine. Great location with the pool and pickleball courts just two houses down. The checkin was easy. Loved having the bicycles available to explore the neighborhood. The grill and clubhouse food was really good. We highly recommend this rental.

Great place, neighborhood and overall location!

This property is fabulous! Delightfully decorated, well appointed and environmentally relaxing inside and out. We enjoyed everything about this property. The lanai looks into a beautiful green backyard where you can relax and enjoy the sunset. I love well decorated homes that are comfortable and luxurious. It has all the things you need for an extended stay away from your home. The community is just as beautiful with wonderful walking paths and across the street (literally) from the pool and exercise center. Also you are close to convenience shopping and eating. A short hop from an upscale mall. Did I mention the beach is close, accessible and clean. You could not find a better property or hosts. The hosts care is evident in the property and reflected in their helpfulness. Stay here—- you will love it!

Beautiful, quiet, friendly neighborhood yet close to tons of attractions. House was spacious and clean, with everything you could possibly need. Owners were very easy to get a hold of, answered any questions or concerns quickly and were very accommodating. Highly recommend for a family getaway.

Easy commute to everywhere!

Excellent property. It had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Due to Covid-19 my family spent a lot of time together inside. This house has everything, even a few puzzles if you're inclined. Owners were accommodating and easy to reach when needed.

Perfect home for a family or large group!

Perfect Week

Spent the week in this spacious four bedroom home. Beautifully decorated and fully appointed/equipped. The hosts were generous and helpful. Will look to book this home again when next traveling to Sarasota/Bradenton/Lakewood Ranch.
