Cabuya CR Beautiful Beach Front avec Central AC

Cette belle maison est située directement sur la plage de Cabuya sur la péninsule de Nicoya. Cabuya est également à seulement 10 minutes de la ville animée de Montezuma, connue pour sa culture artistique florissante, son surf, ses activités d'aventure et ses restaurants de classe mondiale.

La péninsule de Nicoya est une destination touristique préférée des touristes étrangers et locaux. Cette zone est magnifique, pas trop développée avec un ensoleillement garanti de décembre à avril. La région devient de plus en plus populaire auprÚs des migrants d'outre-mer ainsi que des habitants des régions montagneuses attirés par cette communauté en croissance rapide et trÚs variée.

Cabuya est la porte d'entrée de la magnifique réserve de Cabo Blanco, qui est la premiÚre réserve naturelle du Costa Rica et à seulement 5 minutes. Niché le long de la cÎte bordée de jungle avec un fond de montagnes, Cabuya est une base idéale pour la randonnée, le beachcombing et l'observation des oiseaux et tous ces amoureux de la nature à la recherche d'un endroit hors des sentiers battus.

À marĂ©e haute, la baignade est sĂ»re au large de la cĂŽte de Cabuya et il y a quelques Ă©tendues de plage de sable. La marĂ©e basse expose des formations rocheuses spectaculaires et des marĂ©es. À environ 2 km au nord de Rio Lajas, il y a une agrĂ©able plage de sable de Los Cedros qui est populaire auprĂšs des surfeurs.
Cabuya est le seul village du Costa Rica à avoir le cimetiÚre de la ville situé sur une ßle autrement inhabitée. L'ßle de Cabuya est reliée au continent par un large sentier pierreux qui est complÚtement submergé à marée haute. Ses cÎtes rocheuses offrent une excellente plongée en apnée.

Endroit paradisiaque

La propriété est parfaite et la vue sur la mer également. Il faut avoir un véhicule, car c'est un endroit reculé, parfait pour décrocher!

Cabuya is a lovely little fishing town with a surprising number of good little restaurants. The house was very well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The AC was perfect throughout. While it is not really a swimming beach walking the shore was great. Walking to Cemetery Island and a boat with Douglas at Los Piratas De Cabuya were highlights.

If you are looking for some peace and quiet at the end of the world in a beautiful home, this property is for you. The places to eat in Cabuya have great food and proximity to Montezuma will leave you plenty to do. The rocky shoreline and its tides are mezmerizing. The house is very well kept with a beautiful kitchen. The hammock will allow you great afternoon naps in the breeze. Neil is a great host and Jenny (local house manager) is very attentive with anything you may need.

Quiet and Beautiful

We stayed 5 nights (2 adults and 3 kids - 12, 10, and 8). The property was beautiful and the house well taken care of. Lots of wildlife each day (the most we saw our entire trip was right out front). We were sad to leave and hope to return again in the future.

Beach hideaway

This area of Costa Rica is a hidden gem. I don’t want to tell you how wonderful it is because I would love for it to stay that way! Staying in Cabuya/Montezuma was an adventure. Montezuma and Santa Teresa are close by. We enjoyed the area restaurants and beaches. If you want to be off the grid, this is the place for you. The house was clea, has everything you need and the beds were comfy! The upstairs is more of a loft area with a tv area, so there is not a closed door. It was just fine for us. At low tide you can walk down the beach a good ways and there are surf spots nearby. Would definitely rent again!

Restful stay in Cabuya

Neil’s place is a great place to stay. The waterfront is gorgeous and great for swimming during high tide. Very calm water. Should have water shoes since it is rocky, small rocks. The house is very well air conditioned and spacious. Kitchen is well stocked with any utensil or pan you may need. Ice cube maker in large fridge was a God send. Make some cubes and store in the ice bucket in the freezer because the cube making takes some time. Also appreciated the filtered water from the fridge. Comfortable extra large beds and much appreciated having two bathrooms. The best thing was the washer/dryer. After having travelled for quite a few days it was wonderful to do an actual laundry wash, not just a sink rinse. Location is convenient. Quiet and enough isolated for privacy but easy walk into the village or to Cemetery Island. The island is an interesting site to walk to during low tide. Road into Cabuya from Montezuma is a dirt road but in pretty good shape. We were there during dry season so not sure what it would be like in rainy months. Would highly recommend for a family or two couples.

Slice of heaven

This property was perfect for our family to enjoy Cabuya and Montezuma for week! The front yard view can’t be beat. Waking up and walking to the hammock to watch the sunrise was a highlight and a beautiful way to start each day. I was very happy with the flexible and responsive communication I had with Neil upon booking and leading up to our stay. When we arrived in Cabuya, we connected with the house manager Jenny who was so helpful and told us everything we needed to know about the house. The house is well appointed with everything we needed to cook. Beds were comfy. There were plenty of towels and the washer and dryer was a huge plus so we could pack light. A highlight of our trip was booking a tour to tortuga and getting some fishing in with 2 local fishermen who Jenny connected us with. Cabuya is a great little town and I highly recommend this home if you’re coming to the area!

I felt at home! Neil's house is beautiful, very cozy, you will not need anything when staying in it !!! We couldn't bathe in the sea, there was a lot of stone, floating tree trunks and a lot of garbage. It would be nice if the house had a pool, there isn't much to have fun in the area so a pool would be nice.

My Version of Utopia

I could not have been more pleased! The location was just what I was hoping for... Beachfront, big trees with howler monkeys, along a neat road with a little soda right around the corner. The house was within walking distance to the cemetery island, and the best part: white faced cupuchin monkeys down the beach, away from everyone. Inside, the house had something very unique... Excellent AC with three split units. It was a wonderfully designed interior, and the beds were supremely comfortable, down to the pillows. I also loved swimming in the rain right there at the house. If I had known how perfect this place was, I would have booked more time. Thank you so much!

Wonderful stay

Great time in Cabuya. The property manager was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We enjoyed the home inside and outside. We plan to return in the future. We enjoyed the animals, the beach and the location.

Found my Zen

We loved our stay here. The house was exactly as shown. We enjoyed being greeted by the Howler monkeys in the mornings, and also all the birds we saw frequently around the property. The yard was beautiful, and well taken care of. Also loved all the drift wood, and shell art work that was there to enjoy. The Adirondack chairs, and hammock rounded out the ambience of the yard and beach view made the whole experience amazing! I could have been happy never leaving the VRBO.

A comfortable home in a beautiful place.

We really enjoyed our two weeks in Cabuya. Check-in was a breeze, and Jenny, the property manager was great. She gave us a very thorough orientation to the house when we arrived, and was always available to answer questions, etc. The house was spacious, with wonderful views of the ocean, and well equipped with every thing we needed. Watching the monkeys scamper around the trees while drinking out morning coffee was a special treat. We will definitely return.

Hidden paradise!

Our stay in Cabuya was exactly as we hoped! We wanted an out of the way, off the beaten path place that had all the comforts of home. We got that and more! The home was beautiful, the interior was impeccable
. Think Tommy Bahama decor
. And the outside is incredible! Right on the ocean, beautiful gardens & walking distance to a few restaurants & stores. We loved our stay at “Neil’s place”. And will be back for sure!! Reading some reviews prior to our visit made us question
. But you will not be disappointed!! This place is amazing!! There were 3 TV’s but honestly we never even tried to turn one on. It was really nice to have use of the washer & dryer. And to have access to Jenny If we needed anything was wonderful. Thank you for allowing us the pleasure. Jim & Theresa

Beautiful property with sunrise views.

We loved our stay in Neil's home away from home. Jenny, the property manager a wealth of information about the place. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sunrises were lovely and pelicans treated us to air shows daily and landscaping just right. Would plan another stay if we are lucky enough to return to Costa Rica.
