Loft 2 chambres dans une communauté fermée. Super endroit! Magnifique appartement!

Loft 2 chambres dans une communauté fermée. Idéalement situé juste à côté de la route principale. Magasins, épiceries, restaurants et plage sont tous à distance de marche, donc pas besoin de voiture.

En haut des escaliers, le loft dispose d'un lit king-size, d'un placard et d'une salle de bains privative. À l'étage principal, le salon aéré a un canapé et une télévision. Une cuisine entièrement équipée et un coin repas complètent la pièce principale.

À l'arrière, une deuxième chambre avec un lit queen-size et un placard. Une deuxième salle de bain complète est là aussi.

La terrasse a un canapé, une table et des chaises et mène à la petite piscine, un endroit idéal pour se détendre le soir et se rafraîchir au fil des jours.

Le bâtiment est entièrement climatisé et comporte des ventilateurs de plafond.

Banana Beach Restaurant est juste en face de la rue! C'est moins de 2 minutes à pied de la plage. Le marché bio est juste à côté. Assurez-vous de vérifier les magasins dans Peace Loft. Dégustez des glaces à La Glida, rendez-vous dans les boutiques de vêtements et de bijoux personnalisés, ainsi que dans la galerie d'art.

This place was just perfect. Beautiful and close to everything. 2 minutes to the beach. Near great restaurants and shops. Having the little pool and shower was sooo nice to cool off when we got home. Very spacious and clean and the air conditioner was very nice when it got hot. Would stay there again and would recommend to friends.

Great loft in convenient location

First time is Santa Teresa. Heard mixed reviews. But, found the town and surrounding area to be fantastic for a short get away. Loft had everything necessary for enjoyable stay. And, the location was a short distance from excellent restaraunts and places to enjoy a cocktail.

Santa Teresa little oasis

Overall the unit was great. It is in a perfect location for access to the beach, restaurants, shopping, ATV rentals etc. The unit was very clean and had all amenities needed for our short stay. We were a bit worried about noise at night with the proximity to the main strip and other adjacent units however the bedroom was very quiet and we slept well. I highly recommend the Peace Lofts.

Santa Teresa is a beautiful beach community on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, with fabulous food, bars, and major surf/beach. This unit is new, clean and has all the amenities one could want, in the middle of the tourist area. Staff are gracious and helpful. Outdoor cool pool is fantastic, after being in the hot sun all day.

Cosy - Private - Modern

The apartments are very cosy and comfortable, all the spaces are very modern and everything works great. The place is secure and you can leave your car at the parking space and just walk to the beach. I would totally make the yard 100% private, as there are spaces on the fences that allow to look inside of it, so, you cannot relax all the way. Other than that, go for it !

Perfect property for two couples. Multiple amazing cafes, resturants, and access to the beach. Genisis was very responsive using WhatsApp and answered all our questions.

Most amazing accommodation

The first word that comes to mind when I think about peace loft is- WOW!!! The loft was unbelievable! Everything I hoped for and MORE. The people treated me as if I was their family. My two friends and I stayed for a weekend and wished we stayed for another week (or maybe even 2 or 3). We will 100% be back in the near future!!!

Perfect location. So close to the beach and all amenities. The loft is stunning. Great use of space, loved the outdoor area and the decoration was spot on. Great place across the street from Banana Beach

We enjoyed our stay in this modern apartment. As pictured, very clean, well stocked kitchen, nice place. We walked across the road and walked to the beach and enjoyed 4 days of beaches.

Beautiful place

When I decided to go back to Santa Teresa with my family, we were thinking in the same place we stayed last time, but it was full for our trip dates, so we started looking for a different place. I found Peace Loft, and we were very lucky. The place is great, very separated rooms so our little baby doing noice during the night didnt disturb my parents in law that were with us. The place is very confortable and fully equipped. My only concern is that the parking lot is not confortable, but how cares the car sleeping bad. Something important and that could be confusing is that the place says it has "private pool" so you could think it is a place were you can swing, actually you can't. Private pool in this case means you have a jacuzzi in your apartment yard. Out of that, it was more than we expected. My family was super happy. It is very easy to arrive to the beach.

This place is very special because of the incredible location in front of the most beautiful beach, the superbly comfortable rooms perfect for romance or time with your kids, the wonderful delicious food and drinks at the restaurant but more than those things combined, Emília the host was Amazing she took care of anything we ask. this place is not to be missed because of the amazing, kind and lovely people that care for you while you stay.
