Absolutly a wonderful vacation we had at Pierce di Sant Ippolito. The host family is very friendly and are ready to help and recommend trips and places. Perfect for Four persons. The small privat ovned Church is old and very nice. Would very much like to come back.

Wonderfull appartement with lots of things to do in the area around it for our children (3 9 years): basket ball, table tennis, trampoline, swing, slide and of course the nice and big pool with springboard. Very clean house and full equiped kitchen with dish washer and also a washing machine is available. Starting in Asciano you can reach by car Pisa (2,5h), San Marino (3h), Florenz (90min), Siena (45min), Saturnia thermal bath (2h) and even Rome by train (1h) from Chiusi train station (45min from appartement by car). The hosts are very friendly and kind as well as helpfull.

Ce fut un très agréable séjour tout d abord grâce à cette location qui est top pour une famille, grâce aussi à sa situation qui permet de découvrir largement la Toscane et grâce aux propriétaires qui sont d une gentillesse sans limite.

Linda nous a réservé un accueil plus que chaleureux lors de notre arrivée avec la visite pour la découverte de leur magnifique résidence. Un véritable petit paradis où les aménagements pour notre bien-être ne manquent pas. Durant notre séjour d'une semaine Linda a toujours été présente et attentive à nos besoins, savoir si nous allions bien, si elle pouvait nous conseiller pour des visites. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de cette semaine tant nous avons été choyés. Et si l'avenir le veut bien à l'occasion d'une futur escapade en Toscane c'est chez Linda que nous retournerons sans hésiter. Ce sera des retrouvailles qui feront chaud au cœur.

Deze vakantiewoning is een echte aanrader. Het huisje is zeer net & voorzien van alle comfort. Onze kinderen hebben zich heel erg geamuseerd in het prachtige zwembad. De eigenaars zijn heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeer centrale ligging, alles op ca. 30min bereikbaar. Pluspunt: elektrische laadpaal in de omgeving van de vakantiewoning.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Toskana! Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und gemütlich, der Pool fantastisch und Asciano ist ideal gelegen, um die Toskana zu erkunden (Florenz, Siena, Arezzo, Pienza, Val d‘Orcia). Linda und ihre Familie sind super nett und waren immer ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Reinkommen und wohlfühlen, auch nach jedem Ausflug in die Umgebung

Auf der Suche nach einer Unterkunft mit Pool in der Toskana fanden wir den ausgebauten Nebenbau zur Kirche des Sant Ippolito und der außergewöhnliche Pool, der Mal nicht nur rechteckig in der Sonne steht, fiel sofort positiv auf. Auch der Kinderspielplatz für unsere Töchter (3+9 Jahre) überzeugt. Asciano als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Pisa, Florenz, Montemerano, Pitigliano, San Marino, Schwefelthermen und sogar per Zug nach Rom ist machbar. Zurück am Pool dann die absolute Idylle und alles ist sauber und die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super verblijft gehad . Prachtige locatie en erg blij met de airco. Vriendelijk ontvangst en mooie uitvalbasis voor Siena Arezzo Pienza Montepulciano etc. . Dorpje dichtbij ( 10-15 minuten lopen ) met een goede bakker en een paar goede koffie tentjes restaurants en een goede gelateria. Het zwembad is perfect en wordt goed onderhouden . Op het ruime terrein heeft veel speel mogelijkheden . Top tijd gehad . Ook wandelmogelijkheden in de buurt.

Very nice house in Tuscany’s Crete Senesi

Nice house suitable for a family of 3-4. Two bed rooms, one with a double bed. Living room and well equipped kitchen. Very cozy property a kilometer or so from the town center. The host family lives in another house on the same property, and are very nice and hospitable, while not being intruding in any way. The private church on the property is worth a visit, it was built in 710 a.d. and has frescos from the 1500s inside. The pool is very nice, and there is a nice playground for children. We would happily stay here again.

Sehr schönes Häuschen auf einem tollen Grundstück, exklusive Situation, da keine keine anderen Mieter. Super nette Vermieterin, spricht englisch, sehr hilfsbereit. Toller Pool! Nah an Siena, Montepulciano, auch Florenz gut erreichbar. Nette Altstadt. Nur zu empfehlen! We have just returned from spending one week in Tuscany, Italy and stayed at Pieve Di Sant Ippolito and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had everything we needed to have a great holiday here and the hosts of this property were outstanding. The hosts were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Just wonderful

We stayed here last week (Mum, Dad and two sons). What a wonderful place! Very clean and tidy and all equipment in kitchen and outside bbq you would need. Bedrooms well sized and outside area with plenty of sun bathing areas, games for the kids included table tennis, basketball and football. But the star of this week was the massive and very warm swimming pool with diving board and jacuzzi!! So nice even at night when the lights are on in the pool and it’s still very warm in or out. Linda our host spoke great English and was very helpful - she even gave us a going away present 🎁 this morning. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful but plenty to do or not do location. Eating out is good - can not go wrong with Italian food! Thank you Linda x

We had a great week at Pieve di Sant'Ippolito, it's a splendid and quiet location, the huge pool and outdoor area are really fantastic. We enjoyed the lovely garden with plenty of sun loungers and shady corners There were plenty of options for where to sit and enjoy eating outside depending on the time of day. We also appreciated the pleasant rooms and the comfortable equipment. The kitchen has everything you need ,big fridge to chill the delicious Italian wines and a dishwasher to keep everything clean and tidy. The owners were very helpful , they immediately installed an extra sunscreen when we asked for more shade on our terrace. The house is ideally located, 3 minutes by car from the supermarket , restaurants and other shops are also close by in the town of Asciano. We are definitely looking to stay there again!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, Anreisebescheibung, Schlüsselübergabe, sowie Check-in und out reibungslos abgelaufen. Das Ferienhaus an sich modern eingerichtet. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten, Bad, voll ausgestattete Küche, Wohnbereich mit Sat- TV, DVD Player und Audio Anlage. Schnelles und stabiles WLAN ebenso kostenfrei verfügbar. Schöne Terasse im Grünen mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten, Pool, und auch ein Grill mit Pizzaofen. PKW Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden, abgesichert durch ein elektrisches Tor, das über eine Fernbedienung geöffnet wird. Sehr angenehm. Kleine Kritikpunkte: lediglich 1 deutsches TV Programm (ZDF) vorhanden, abends , bei schlechtem Wetter oder bei Urlaub mit Kindern nicht optimal. DVD Player noch kein Blue Ray fähiges Gerät. Dazu empfinde ich eine Endreinigung in Höhe von 60.-€ im Verhältnis zum doch recht hohen Mietpreis unangebracht, da besonders in der Küche (Backofen, Toaster, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle) von uns nachgereinigt wurde. Ebenfalls fehlt im Wohnzimmer eine zweite bequeme Sitzgelegenheit am Abend. Zwar sind ein zweier Sofa, sowie ein Sessel vorhanden, diese sind aber nicht besonders bequem, eine zweite Couch wäre hier ratsam. Platz ist vorhanden. Daher das eine Häuschen Abzug. Zur Lage: das Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Alleinlage, angefahren über einen Schotterweg am Ortseingang in Asciano. Das Zentrum der Kleinstadt erreicht man zu Fuß nur, wenn man entlang der Straße geht, die teilweise ohne Bürgersteig ist. Nicht sehr angenehm. Daher empfehlen wir einen kurzem Umweg durch das Wohngebiet zu gehen, wenn man zu Fuß in die Stadt möchte.

Beautiful terrace in the countryside with additional seating in the garden, pool, and also a barbecue with pizza oven. Car parking space directly in front of the house, secured by an electric gate, which is opened via a remote control. Very pleasant.
