Cet appartement offre à nos clients de rester dans un contexte de valeur, styles architecturaux qui se mélangent pour créer un environnement unique, capable d'animer l'esprit.
L'appartement se compose de deux chambres doubles, loués ensemble décorées avec des éléments de conception et de haute qualité. TV, zone wi-fi, ipad sont que quelques-uns de nos services. Dans les deux chambres, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour, linge de lit et les serviettes. Il ya deux salles de bains entièrement indépendants avec une grande douche et sèche-cheveux. Salon avec poêle à bois, cuisine équipée et de la place extérieure privée sont les éléments principaux qui caractérisent cet appartement. Le petit déjeuner est servi sur demande.

Highly recommend staying in Francesco's villa! Spacious accommodations, easy parking a short walk away, close for day trips throughout Tuscany, and a friendly and accommodating host. We loved exploring the tiny town of Monticchiello, eating in local restaurants, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets!

Beautiful scenic hidden gem located on a small hilltop village. Sunsets are amazing! Francesco was a 10/10 host. Always willing to assist at anytime, a fountain of local knowledge and he actually helped us setup a cooking class in the village. He also makes the best breakfasts! The apartment was perfectly equipped, we were here 3 weeks, so we did a lot of cooking, lots of towels and housekeeping was twice a week. Beds were comfortable the shower was great! We enjoyed its central location to all the to Tuscany tourist towns in the area, groceries and fuel. There are 4 fantastic restaurants in the village some Michelin Star, recommend them all. Highly recommend a stay with Francesco!

Wonderful town

The property is well kept and comfortable. Montichiello is such a lovely village and not overrun by tourists. Francesco was a gracious host. The view from the front of town in fantastic!

Beautiful Location

My wife and I stayed for four nights, which was perfect. The Villa is in excellent condition and is nicely decorated. Francisco was a great host and went out of his way to make sure our needs were met. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. I recommend staying here if you are looking for a relaxing location away from the larger cities. Everything is a close drive, and the views are spectacular.

Francesco makes your trip to Italy just perfect. The apt is exactly as described. His breakfast each morning is wonderful! His scrambled eggs really are the best. Francesco shares info on restaurants, places to go etc.,Monticchiello is a very small sleepy village, just perfect to get away from the touristy crowds . 10-15 min from Pienza, Montepulciano etc., the views from town are spectacular. I hope we get to come back

This place is amazing. Apartment and town is charming and very Tuscan. Sunsets were jaw dropping. Perfect spot to use as homebase for exploring country side.

The reviews say it all and more!!! I’ve been to Tuscany a few times before and This place is a find!!! Perfectly located between Pienza and Montepulciano! Quiet walked town. And the food!!! La Porta restaurant!!! And Francesco’s breakfasts - Wonderful!

Perfect villa with a wonderful host

The luxury villa in Montichiello was beautiful and Francesco was a very gracious and helpful host. This was our first time in Tuscany and Francesco assisted us in plannning each days adventures. The villa itself is immaculate and was perfect for 2 couples. Montichiello is a very tiny village and an excellent home base to explore all the sights of Tuscany and Florence.

Pleasantly Delicious

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was in a great location, in a great little village. The apartment had everything we needed. Francesco and Serena are wonderful hosts and very accessible. The best part for a foodie like us is that there are 5 restaurants literally steps from the door. Which was great for us, as I wasn’t too keen on driving at night.

La CoCCa Monticchiello

Francesco was waiting for us when we arrived and helped us move luggage from the car to the accommodation! He was very kind and helpful, and the home was immaculate and modern in a building that probably dated back to 1100! His wife Serena has a restaurant in town that we loved, and the food was delicious! She was also a wonderful person!

Wow! This place was magical!Francesscos comunication was impeckable.To the moment we arrived,his wonderful cousin Guido greeted us in front to make sure we did not get lost.He was so nice and gave us everything we needed to know.Going to breakfast next door was one of our highlights of our trip.Simon not only can cook,he became my favorite person on my two week trip.What an amazing host and person.And how could I not mention Victoria.So sweet and gave us the best service!Happy Birthday Victoria!It was really hard to leave the village.We saw 4 sunsets and 3 sunrises right outside our door!Some of the best ones Ive ever seen.We will be bachk for sure!Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!Love Ruby and Ryan!

Better than expected.

Francesco was an amazing host. The photos on line do not do the apartment justice. Everything was clean, modern and comfortable. Francesco was extremely helpful with the check in and giving us recommendations for our dining options which were in walking distance from the apartment. The breakfast was more than expected. The village is set in an area that was convenient to Pienza and Montepulciano.

Mi chiamo Francesco e vivo a Monticchiello da 30 anni. Amo la Val d'Orcia, i suoi paesaggi e lo stile di vita che mi permette di fare.
Mi ritengo molto fortunato ad essere nato qui, con il mio lavoro quotidiano cerco di trasmettere ai miei ospiti, almeno per qualche giorno, le setesse sensazioni che provo, ed ho sempre provato, nel vivere in questo angolo di paradiso.
