Early morning kayaking in the lake, easy strolls to the most beautiful beach, and night swimming in the pool. The location offers easy access by bike or golf cart to all of the Grayton area musts (and Seaside/Watercolor). The concierge was always prompt to respond - and made it a breeze to rent bikes, beach chairs/umbrellas, and a golf cart. . We’ll definitely be back.

The house meets all the needs of our extended family which includes 6 adults and 3 children under 5 and was in great condition when we arrived. We loved having the lake and pool close by and used a rented golf cart to carry all of our gear to the beach. The house comes with four bikes and we used those several times. We plan to come back next year!

Each bedroom has its own en-suite, which is great for several families. The pool area was never busy, was very well maintained, and has gorgeous views! It was a short walk to the beach. We ordered takeout several nights from Chiringo and had pizza delivered from Bruno’s. It does have an amazing kitchen, for the nights we did cook. We really enjoyed this private neighborhood with a great location in Grayton Beach! Not to mention, Royal Destinations is always fantastic to rent from! We highly recommend this property!

They are of eastern Indian descent and have always been world travelers. My mother-in-law suffered a level 5 aneurysm in September of 2019. It has been a challenging year with her rehab and then covid. Royal Destinations could not have been more accommodating to our unique situation. The house was phenomenal. To see my in-laws in the ocean was the miracle. The staff of Royal Destination was responsive to our every need. The vacationers and security staff of Grayton Beach were so kind to my in-laws. We are already planning another trip for the spring and we will be booking through Royal Destinations. Thank you Royal Destinations for your kindness.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is very nice but there are some things that could be improved. First, the location is amazing, the views over the lake are incredible and the quiet neighborhood is extremely relaxing. The walk to the beach is manageable even with kids though the walk back for a bathroom if needed can be a concern with little ones. The house is newer construction and still has the builder grade paint (flat) which makes every handprint/dirt stick out pretty badly, it could use a fresh coat of paint with a quality eggshell/semi gloss. You can hear every conversation above/below your room due to no insulation in the floors/ceiling which is typical but for the price of the home, spray foam insulation just makes sense here. Our friends who stayed with us were above the master br and we could hear every footstep when they were awake, also the screened-in porch is directly below the master and if using that room, those trying to sleep in the master will have a hard time doing so.Kids did not complain about the beds though the 3rd FL BR with the king bed was a complaint for the couple who slept there, the master BR king size was ok, but again not great considering the age of the unit. The house was clean, with plenty of silverware/dishes but the dishwasher was extremely loud and the built-in ice maker didn't really do much.A fridge/icemaker in the porch area would really be convenient for filling coolers with beverages.The 5pm check-in time was later than we have experienced at any other property in the area and was a slight inconvenience that we made work.Communication with mgt company was excellent, had no issues during our stay.

1. Instructions lacking accuracy: A. Key lockbox: how to open; not close. B. Upon arrival: trapped in elevator for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Followed instructions provided. Many calls for help. told we were "just the renters". Maintenance came. confirmed instruction inaccurate: lock box and elevator (no blue light). 2. Dishwasher door: Faulty door dropped to floor when open for first time. Broke wife's toe. Her sister(30 year nurse) treated. 3. Upon move-in, dead bugs throughout the house. 4. Upon moving in: dried orange peel in screened porch sink. 5. Gas Grill was nasty and flavor bar is rusted out, dangerous. Asked for help lighting pool grill. Told, HOA responsibility. They could not help. Happened to see HOA maintenance working on the gate. He helped. We had 20 family and friends for a cookout as part of son's wedding. It went off well, no thanks to management company. 6. Shared these concerns with VRBO rep last evening. Told I must talk with Property Manager. I call the number provided. No PM on duty. Received call back this AM. Told not allowed to speak with PM only Res. Mgr. Not available. Will call me. 3 hours later no call. We will not use a Royal Destinations property again. Condescending, unreliable instructions, dirty property, faulty grill and dishwasher door. We've used VRBO for years and always satisfied until now.
