Un chalet de plage magnifiquement mis à jour avec le charme Old Florida, une piscine privée, une véranda, et à quelques pas des plages de sucre blanc de South Walton. Il est situé dans une rue calme, à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons du cœur de Grayton Beach.
Le premier étage de Shenanigans dispose de 2 chambres, chacune avec un lit queen size. Il y a aussi deux salles de bains à ce niveau et un couloir bordé de 4 lits superposés. Le repaire en bas a des portes françaises menant au patio et à la piscine dans la cour arrière clôturée.
Au deuxième niveau, vous trouverez 3 autres chambres et 2 autres salles de bains. Un salon de détente à l’étage mène à une salle à manger et à une table pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Il y a des sièges supplémentaires au bar et une autre table à manger pour six personnes sur le porche de la salle à manger. La cuisine est mise à jour et entièrement équipée avec des appareils, de la vaisselle et des ustensiles.

5 Stars — Amazing Host! We had an incredible stay this week, and Mindy was truly the best host we’ve ever had on VRBO. She went above and beyond in every way to make sure our beach trip was perfect. When we mentioned we were preparing a big Thanksgiving feast, she personally brought over extra cookware—something she absolutely didn’t have to do, but it made all the difference for our family.The home was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly stocked, and Mindy was always easy to reach and genuinely cared about our experience. You can tell she takes pride in hosting.Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Vacation

Wonderful spot in Grayton Beach
This is an awesome house with great amenities, a large pool and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Mindy was super responsive and available for any help needed! Appreciated the multiple living spaces for a 2 family trip with kids and the front screened in porch was perfect for hanging out. We would stay again for sure!

Great Family Vacation
We loved staying at this house. It was close to the beach and restaurants. Mindy was very responsive to anything we needed. We loved having the pool in the backyard, Very impressed!

Grayton Beach Getaway
This place was perfect for a large group! Very close to the beach access and shops/restaurants nearby. It is a very quiet area too which was a plus! House was very clean as well. Would stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for our family with extra space. Our first time in Grayton Beach. Less than 2 miles from Seaside and perfect location to restaurants. Had everything you needed for the beach….wagon, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. It was a short 2-3 min walk to the beach. Beach was not crowded like other beaches on 30A. We went the week after July 4th. Also loved the pool after a long day at the beach.

Great house and location!
Our family loved our stay at this house! The location being a short walk to the beach is great! We also loved having a pool at the house. The owners are very responsive and ready to help with anything needed during the stay.

Perfect week at Grayton Beach!
This house is a great location, the pool is wonderful, and the house itself is nice, comfortable, well stocked and great for a vacation with two families. I would pick it again next year!
