Un chalet de plage magnifiquement mis à jour avec le charme Old Florida, une piscine privée, une véranda, et à quelques pas des plages de sucre blanc de South Walton. Il est situé dans une rue calme, à seulement quelques pâtés de maisons du cœur de Grayton Beach.

Le premier étage de Shenanigans dispose de 2 chambres, chacune avec un lit queen size. Il y a aussi deux salles de bains à ce niveau et un couloir bordé de 4 lits superposés. Le repaire en bas a des portes françaises menant au patio et à la piscine dans la cour arrière clôturée.

Au deuxième niveau, vous trouverez 3 autres chambres et 2 autres salles de bains. Un salon de détente à l’étage mène à une salle à manger et à une table pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Il y a des sièges supplémentaires au bar et une autre table à manger pour six personnes sur le porche de la salle à manger. La cuisine est mise à jour et entièrement équipée avec des appareils, de la vaisselle et des ustensiles.

The house is just as described and clean. You can’t beat the location. Lots of beach items are already at the house. The screened in porch was nice for younger kids to play in.

We had a wonderful stay and a great overall experience! The home was exactly as pictured, clean, well-stocked, and had plenty of space for everyone. The host was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and even allowed us to check in a little early and check out a little later, which we really appreciated.One of the biggest surprises was the abundance of beach supplies. There were far more chairs, toys, and beach items than we expected, making our trips to the beach so easy and enjoyable.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property!

Our family - 2 grandparents, 4 adults and 5 kids ages 3-8 - really enjoyed our stay. Great location (quiet street, easy access to the beach). Spacious layout. Large pool. Very well apportioned kitchen and home. Comfortable and very clean. Amazing responsiveness and an extremely high degree of customer service really took this property from great to excellent. 10/10. We will absolutely seek out this property when we come back to Grayton Beach in the future!

We had an incredible stay! Two families shared the home, and it was the perfect setup—spacious, comfortable, and in an ideal location. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed the charm of the small community. The kids especially had a blast biking everywhere.Mindy was wonderful to work with—so helpful and easy throughout the entire process.For the price point, it would have been a nice added touch if bikes or a golf cart were included, but overall it didn’t take away from a fantastic experience. This was our first trip to Grayton Beach, and it definitely won’t be our last. We made so many special memories!

Great house, and great location in Grayton beach, short walk, 100 yards to beach walkover for this part of the neighborhood. Great home layout, accomodations, and appointments. Felt like a nice home, not a dingy rental. 3 bedrooms and large open format upstairs, and 2 more bedrooms downstairs- with access to pool and backyard- with a grill. At first i didn't realize you couldn't walk to the Grayton village center, and was dissapointed, but i soon realized, that kept the masses that access the public beach here on busy weekends seperated. This side of the small village is much quieter and the beach access and beach itself not crowded, even on 4th of July it was pretty easy to walk over and grab a spot, which ended up being nice. There really is no parking or golf cart parking anywhere anymore, FYI, which was also a learning curve. But we rented a golf cart and had a good time, over 4th of July participating in the Parade. Great small charm to this little gem, and would love to come back with our small kids. Note, the bunk beds are not exactly a bunk room they are located directly on the hallway.

Grayton Beach Getaway

This place was perfect for a large group! Very close to the beach access and shops/restaurants nearby. It is a very quiet area too which was a plus! House was very clean as well. Would stay here again!

Great house and location!

Our family loved our stay at this house! The location being a short walk to the beach is great! We also loved having a pool at the house. The owners are very responsive and ready to help with anything needed during the stay.
