La villa Belize Cottage rappelle une villa de style mĂ©diterranĂ©en avec des murs et des plafonds en plĂątre blanc au-dessus de poutres apparentes. La cheminĂ©e toscane est le point central du spacieux rez-de-chaussĂ©e: les coins salon, salle Ă  manger et cuisine se rejoignent et peuvent accueillir plusieurs groupes de conversation simultanĂ©ment. L'espace s'Ă©tend Ă  l'extĂ©rieur sur une salle Ă  manger couverte, qui donne sur une terrasse de la fontaine, elle-mĂȘme entourĂ©e d'un jardin tropical. Un balcon couvert de la chambre principale Ă  l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur s'Ă©tend sur toute la largeur de la maison et offre une vue sur la promenade bordĂ©e d'arbres menant Ă  Eastern Green. A beautiful home - very clean and comfortable and multiple places to hang out! It was perfect for myself and my four friends for our girls trip to Rosemary Beach. The home is a very short walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. I highly recommend!

The beds were very comfortable, the house was very clean and its close proximity to the pool and the beach was perfect. We loved walking to get coffee every morning and dinner in the evening. We were there at such a quiet time of year so the beach was empty and the restaurants didn’t have a wait. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone! The rental company was great to work with as well!

I loved how it was so close to the beach walkovers, literally steps from Coquina pool, and a leisurely stroll to the town square for dinner and shopping. The kitchen is fully appointed and there was enough dish soap and laundry detergent provided for the whole week. I brought my own, but it wasn’t needed until the last day. The large porch was used most days for meals and to use the porch swing while drinking our evening tea. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Our Rosemary Beach Respite

The trip was perfect! The April weather cooperated nicely, & the grounds are breathtaking. The people were very friendly. The unit was beautiful, comfortable, & fully equipped. We especially enjoyed the large open porch, complete with a swing.

Main complaint would be how THIN the walls are and that the bedrooms are all in a row so you can hear every single sound from every room which makes it feel like there’s no privacy as a couple. If you don’t mind that, then it’s a decent house for a small family. The pullout sofa is worn and not comfortable to sleep on, so I wouldn’t rent if you have more than 6.

Magical !

Surrounded by trees and Lined by patinated antique copper gas lanterns and a large outdoor porch with a dining table , this is the house you want to be at. The inside is filled with high end , carefully curated furniture creating the most cozy ambiance . The location is perfect - close enough to town to walk/bike to the Main Street, but just enough away so that it feels peaceful. Easy beach access from the house. Our favorite house in Rosemary !

Beautiful house! Everyone had plenty of space and the open kitchen and living area brought everyone together. Warm colors gave it a timeless and home-like feel. Hope to be back to this one.

Elegantly decorated with only a 3 minute walk to the beach and steps away from Coquina Pool. A 3 minute walk to the Rosemary village though just far enough to enjoy quiet solitude. Great service from the 30A Luxury Vacations staff with easy check-in/out. We will be back to Belize Cottage in future years.

Absolutely dreamy

Best stay ever! House is gorgeous - stocked well. The pool is steps away - the beach is 2 blocks - a play ground is 4 blocks the other way . Easy to walk for kids but loved scootering around . I can’t say enough how magical the place is! Will definitely stay again
