Serenty cabin

Always love staying in this cabin. Peaceful area with beautiful surroundings. The cabin is beautiful and well kept. From making the reservation to checking out the property managers are great.

Great Property!

Perfect getaway..plenty of space and all you need for a large group. Very clean and nice quiet location not too far from toen. Communication was excellent, in fact the best I have had with VRBO property.

Everything you want

This cabin was fantastic! It had everything you could want, large patio with swing, multiple charging stations, deer walking through the property, places for the kids to explore. We will definitely stay again!

Cozy cabin in the woods!

Just had a wonderful last minute experience up in Prescott at this cabin with our family. Beautiful property with lots of deer roaming! Close to town and the lake! Will be back!

Great Getaway

Had a wonderful time. Very large and comfortable house. Had a plumbing issue when we checked in and the property manager jumped on it right away and got it fixed. Even late on a Saturday. Great stay, would definitely stay again.

Spring break fun

This is our second stay at Serenity cabin. The cabin is beautiful, the host is responsive and so very nice. There are games, books and TV's in every room for your enjoyment. The property has a nice area in the front to enjoy and the porch is wonderful. We will definitely be returning.

Amazing stay!

The property was perfectly located up in the mountain. The cabin was perfect and clean! There was room for all 6 of us with a separate room upstairs and bunk beds. Our family enjoyed the quiet, but also being able to go in to Prescott and enjoy the city during the day. We also enjoyed being so close to Goldwater Lake. It was a sweet, peaceful and fun getaway weekend. Thanks for the great cabin!

Great time

Very pleasant stay, happy with everything. Great area would definitely recommend. Could use update on mattresses but hey I came to forest and not expecting luxurious bedding. Overall would gladly book again.

Nice Cabin!

Very pretty cabin. We enjoyed the roominess and the spare rooms upstairs. Visited during the monsoon season, so there was rain most of the time. Didn't matter to us as we had plans and events to attend. Missed having wash cloths and face towels, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, shampoo, and those little items. My husband did a shopping trip and bought what we needed.

Absolutely wonderful place

Overall the cabin is wonderful. Few things we would have appreciated to improve our stay is better cookware and utensils. The quality and quantity of kitchen supplies is subpar at best! The pots and pans are warped with peeling nonstick!!!☠️ The only coffee provided was a near empty jar of instant!!! Even the worst hotel I’ve ever been in provided decent coffee! On a high note and more importantly, the toys and games provided for the grandkids was unbelievable! We would stay again for sure!

It’s a very cute cabin. The only suggestion is that the dishes need to be checked and cleaned as they were not appealing to even use maybe update them. The rug in the bathroom was dirty. It looked like it hadn’t been washed in a long time. The bed downstairs was horrible. Every time you moved it it made huge amount of noise. It just didn’t smell fresh. It smelt like animals have been in there. I feel the owners have a gold mind if they just updated a few things like the pots and pans the knives, the silverware may be a few more glasses in the cupboard the dishes were not clean, so we did run them through the dishwasher before using them

Decent stay… Trip was ruined due to miscommunication with PMI

I have no comment. I was misguided and incurred damages on my trailer due to the incompetence of a PMI Property Manager. . I will not say names because I want to stay professional Other than that the cabin was fine… Please take more pictures of the driveway. Thank you

Thank you for your review! The property has a sufficient driveway for large vehicles and most trailers, the right hand side of the home has a driveway leading to a carport although this is a slight incline which will be paved in the future. The driveway up to the property offers a round about that passes in front of the garage with ponderosa trees and a small retaining wall. We do not suggest you use the roundabout to turn your trailer in but as far as pulling up to the property and backing up, most experienced drivers should have no issues with the driveway. Per our listing description we recommend AWD and/or 4 wheel drive during the winter due to snow at the property and in the neighborhood as this property requires guests to drive on a dirt road for a short period.

Great Weekend

The photos do not do this place justice! We spent the entire weekend on the deck outside, it is bigger than the photos lead you to believe. Everything was great with the property, other than not receiving the check in instructions until multiple phone calls and messages left while we were sitting at the property for 25 minutes. Once we got through to someone, they were very helpful. The only other complaint was the noise in the house. The beds are all VERY noisy just rolling over in them, and the upstairs bathroom is right next to the head of the bed in the loft, so very uncomfortable to use the restroom when someone is laying in the bed on the other side of the wall.

Looks better than the pictures

We really enjoyed this place. The house looked much better in person than it did in the pictures. We would definitely stay here again. There were a few missing items listed, laundry soap, extra paper towels and tp, property manager didn’t text beck when asked.

Abandoned cabin without water or lights

The cabin was winterized and it had no running water for two days. To my surprise my dog would find food hidden in the furniture. The cabin was filthy and covered in cob webs. The sheets were dirty and the bathroom rugs disgusting. I had to clean the cabin . The owner needs to clean that cabin and consider that Covid requires hygiene.

TLC needed

We reserved for 2 weeks, but, left after 4 days. Ants swarmed the food we sat on counters, we found decaying food chunk in the dishwasher, and the grill was a greasy mess. The beds were lumpy and squeaky, but, sheets were clean. The front porch was nice, however, had not been swept of leaves, sticks and dust. The planters out front contained faded plastic flowers and stumps of neglected weeds. After the manager delivered ant killing traps, we swept the porch, watched deer, javalinas, and birds. This place could be charming if it had some TLC. ( and new beds♤)

I understand The frustration with the ants. Our rainy "monsoon" season brings them out especially in the forest. The property is sprayed regularly for pests but it's difficult to keep those ants at bay during this time. The location up in the forest with the amount of pine trees that shed their needles along with the oak tree leaves and high winds from the monsoon contributes the leaves and pollen "dust" on the porch. During your stay, the area was in a fire restriction stage that prohibited the use of the grill which you were sent an email regarding that. As for the Plastic flowers; you seen that the wildlife is abundant and they're out looking for food. Plastic flowers provide a bit of color without the wildlife eating them. This place is charming but just might not be right for you.

Ponderosa Pine Paradise

A beautifully-appointed comfortable cabin with a deck shared with squirels and birds as deer walk unafraid through the sleepy little neighborhood. We will definitely rebook this property. Please take care of it.

Gorgeous cabin with land to roam on!

This cabin was so beautiful, roomy, very comfortable inside and tons to do outside! I don’t think the photos did this place justice. If you’re looking to be close to downtown…this is not the place. But if you’re looking for an amazing cabin out in the woods…book this!
