Magnifique domaine en bord de mer situĂ© Ă  la fin de la promenade de Rehoboth Beach. Vous entrerez dans votre escapade privĂ©e par la porte en fer sur un beau mur d'intimitĂ© en brique. Les voitures peuvent ĂȘtre garĂ©es dans le port couvert, le garage pour 2 voitures ou la cour pavĂ©e. Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e a 2 salles de bain complĂštes (idĂ©ales pour rincer aprĂšs une journĂ©e Ă  la plage), un bar / cuisine de la piscine qui s'ouvre sur la piscine, le bain Ă  remous et le patio. La propriĂ©tĂ© dispose d'un cottage sĂ©parĂ© avec un coin salon, une kitchenette, une chambre et une salle de bains complĂšte.

À l'Ă©tage supĂ©rieur, vous trouverez une vaste cuisine de chef avec des rĂ©frigĂ©rateurs Ă  double sous-zĂ©ro, des fours Ă  double paroi et une cuisiniĂšre Ă  gaz Ă  six brĂ»leurs. La Master Suite dispose d'un salon et d'une terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur l'ocĂ©an Atlantique. Il y a 2 chambres supplĂ©mentaires avec lits Queen et des salles de bain complĂštes sont Ă  ce niveau.

Le loft du 4Ăšme Ă©tage est accessible par un escalier en colimaçon. Le loft est ouvert avec 2 lits Queen et une salle de bain complĂšte avec douche. The home was billed as a luxury rental when there were in fact deferred maintenance problems; some we had to fix ourselves. The VRBO rep dragged us along for 4months after I respectfully shared our concerns and the major inconveniences that we experienced during our vacation week. Three toilets didn't flush; had to fix myself. Bedroom ceiling actively leaked - ceilings in several rooms had water staining. Screen door torn and hanging. On a basic level, the prep cleaning was not done properly for our arrival which of course they charged a hefty upfront fee. The wall paper was peeling and bathrooms had clear and visible mildew and mold. There was an active ceiling leak in bedroom which dripped all week! The back cottage was mildewed and had a profound odor. Given the state of the home, we requested a small refund. The VBRO rep Dylan agreed the state of the home indicated a refund.He assured me he would discus with supervisor, and then he ghosted us. I e-mailed and texted him on the order of 20 times. No response. While the location was ideal, the home had major problems sadly. I refrained from leaving this review, hoping VRBO would act in good faith. Enough time has passed now that it’s clear they hoped I would just drop it. This home was so not worth the rental cost.

Spacious beautiful house right on the beach. Walking distance to Funland and restaurants. Poolwas larger than expected and really nice. Loft area with queen beds was spacious and great for the kids.

Massive House / Fantastic Pool / Great Location

This house is massive with many functional options not found in central Rehoboth Beach. We had 6 adults and 4 children and we had plenty of bedroom space. The first floor was large but had tired/outdated furniture. The kitchen was great but the freezers (there were two) were hard to open/close. The pool was large and the outdoor area must be one of the best in RB. The hot tub was great as well.The third floor was great for the kids.Gated entrance is great and parking area is super large and high quality. All in all we loved the place and the location despite its dated appearance and various wear and tear.

Wonderful3 generations enjoyed this amazing house. Room for everyone. Teens enjoyed the “loft suite”. What can I say 
 the pool, the hot tub , and especially the location was perfect. We walked into town every morning on the boardwalk for breakfast. Comfortable seating areas . There is so much to this house we forgot to use the small gym in the pool cabana. The guest house suite was a nice addition . Internet was strong in areas. ( one of us still working remotely) Checking in was easy. Dylan , the manager , was very helpful , pleasant , and easy to work with. Parking was very generous , since we all came in separate cars and Even brought a jet ski. The house is well stocked , smart tvs . There is a toy room with all kinds of pool floats etc, Beach chairs , umbrellas .,,,One last note, the house has a huge yard Beautifully landscaped .

The property manager, Karen, did a fabulous job communicating with us prior to our stay, during and after while handling anything that arose in a timely and professional fashion. Despite the foregoing, there were very little issues, and the home was fabulous as well the location and I would highly recommend to anyone.

Best family vacation ever!

What an amazing house and location! We vacationed with our adult children and one year old grandson. The house was spectacular. So much room to spread out and many outdoor areas to enjoy the views. The private pool was big enough to swim laps in! Right on the beach—we could go easily from the pool to the ocean. Karen—the manager—was fantastic! The first day she came over with a new keurig machine (we just wanted to let her know it wasn’t working properly—there were other types of coffee makers in the kitchen we could use). She rushed over with a new one. Everything about this property is breathtaking. We can’t wait to come back.

Fun Family Getaway

We had a wonderful week catching with family from grandparents to toddlers and there was something for everyone. The property was beautifully located - easy walk to downtown Rehoboth and the beach. We loved the pool and hot tub. Plenty of room to cook dinner or enjoy delivery. Great spaces for playing games and relaxing under the shady trees. Quiet location but close to everything we wanted on vacation. Loved the fast hot water! Laundry facilities made it stress free. Lots of comfortable seating everywhere. The two fridges were a huge help. Having bathrooms off of every bedroom was such a relief (haha) for everyone. The cottage was perfect for older family members who didn't want to go up and down stairs. The loft was a great space for our teens to have some privacy but also plenty of space. We laughed at how hard it was to learn all the light switches but that is not a complaint! We loved it. I honestly can't think of anything that we didn't like.

Great Location, Tired House

Karen was a pleasure to work with. What came as a surprise given the cost of the house, was how tired it is. Amongst other things a kitchen cabinet door was broken off its hinge, 2 out of 3 lights were out over the stove, the dishwasher barely worked, the screening on the porch was so ripped bugs easily joined us for dinner. The TV entertainment system is outdated. Maybe this is all due to our renting at the end of the summer when the wear and tear on the house is at its worst. If location is your sole requirement, this house fits your need.

Excellent experience- very easy to rent, spectacular home in a spectacular location. After a day at the beach the pool and hot tub were welcome!
