The property was exactly as pictured and was spacious and suited our group perfectly!Located in the beautiful Sea Pines community it feels safe and is surrounded by amazing biking paths, gold courses and a short walk to an amazing stretch of beach.The communication from the owner leading up to our stay provided us with all the information we needed to know and helpful in providing recommendations.we would definitely stay here again!

Place was gorgeous! Right on the beach! Paid for the pool and spa to be electricity warmed up but they never got warm enough for us to get in! Very disappointing!

Awesome Villa

Our group of 17 fit perfectly into 12 Royal Tern - the villa was spacious, very well appointed, and so comfortable for our large group. We got exceptional service from the Vacation Company. We were very happy.

Everything was incredible

This property, service and amenities were everything and more we could have hoped for. The pool and outdoor area was the perfect spot to relax and commune, while the rooms, beds, and baths were incredibly comfortable. The high end amenities (appliances, Sonos speakers, tv, ) were all top end. And the location was more than ideal. Cannot wait to come back!

This property was perfect for our family trip. My husband & I booked the house for us& 5 of our adult children families 8”+ a nanny. The house accommodated us very comfortably. The management was responsive to answer any questions.

Great Experience

We had a wonderful stay with four families, all with young adult children. The location is fantastic and I don’t think you can beat being in Sea Pines. The layout of the house is a little funky but it works really well for large groups with areas in the house that can be separated off if some in your group need a little more privacy. The Vacation Company were wonderful property managers and very quick to respond to any questions that we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this location.

The house great for a family reunion. Well located near the beach with great bike trails, places to eat, golf etc. There were a few maintenance issues with the home that I had to report to the property manager which probably should have been discovered prior to check in. Clogged shower pan drains, broken toilet seat, running toilet and coffee maker that did not work. That said, the property manager responded promptly and corrected these issues to our satisfaction. The biggest issue was the pool and hot tub. We paid a high premium to have both heated properly and the system did not work. When the the hot tub heater was turned on, the pool heated up to the hot tub temperature. The instructions for operation were also a bit confusing but confirmed we were doing everything right. Again, when we reported this to property manager, they were very responsive. Unfortunately, they could not come up with a fix. To their credit, they refunded the pool heating cost. I know this review is a bit critical but honest. The house is very nice and we had a great time despite a few inconveniences.

Perfect location

This was perfect for our family event. We had plenty of space, location was amazing(just off the beach) and the house was big without feeling overwhelming. Staff was helpful with all our questions. Check in and check out was probably the easiest and fastest process I have seen yet. Would definitely rent here again!
