Élégante maison sur la rivière Gallatin, à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Bozeman

Bienvenue au River House, situé à quelques minutes du centre-ville de Bozeman et de certaines des destinations préférées d'été et d'hiver du Montana. La rivière Gallatin (présentée dans le film River Runs Through It) n'est qu'à quelques pas de la porte arrière. En fait, il n'y a pas de maison plus proche de Bozeman avec un accès direct à la rivière Gallatin.

La maison de 4 chambres (avec 5ème chambre en option sur demande) a 4 1/2 salles de bains et 8 couchages. Il dispose d'un grand coin salon avec table de billard, d'un coin salon et d'un bar avec évier. Le patio et le balcon de la cour arrière donnent sur un petit ruisseau qui coule parallèlement à la plus grande rivière au-delà.

La maison est idéalement située à moins d'une heure de dizaines de destinations touristiques et de loisirs. Il y a plusieurs restaurants à proximité, des magasins de pêche à la mouche et des points de vente au détail.

Our group of 8 loved this home! Plenty of space for everyone, and everything we needed other than food was already there and ready for us. We will definitely rent this home again. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and super friendly and accommodating!

We spent a week at this home and genuinely appreciated the setting on the greenbelt surrounding the Glatin River. The yard opens up to a beautiful pathway that winds around the river and its offshoots. Our host - Shelly was very helpful before and during our check in to assure we had everything we needed. The fully equiped kitchen allowed us to enjoy our own meals, though we did enjoy several meals out as well.This is a great home if you are going to stay in the Four Corners area.

Very nice home, Lots of room to spread out. Large kitchen with plenty of utensils, plates, pots, pans. Shelly was very helpful and easy to deal with. We would come back here if the opportunity arises. The running water and trout stream behind the home is an added bonus.

Perfect spot for a family wanting privacy, nature, but a short drive from all of the great spots in Bozeman. Check-in. Seamless, received an email with the code and was met by the host for a brief tour. Super welcoming and friendly. Inside Property: Great for gathering. We made dinners each night and ate around the huge table. Kitchen has all of the appliances, dishes, etc. Master is huge with great views. Second main floor bedroom has screened door, allowed us to hear the creek in the evening. Upstairs is super fun, our kids played a lot of pool. We slept 8 with plenty of room. Property was clean. Outside property: Lots of different gathering spaces. Upstairs deck provide views of the mountains, great spot for the evening. The downstairs patio provides shade and a comfortable sitting area. The creek super close, you can hear it through open windows and the back yard. Beyond that you can get to the Galitan. Neighborhood is super quiet with walkable paved roads. Getting to Bozeman is super easy, 10 minute drive and you are on Main street. Hosts: Great with communication, attentive with the few minor things we had asked them about. We would certainly stay again.

Perfect!!

Beautiful house on a lovely stream and close to downtown Bozeman, not far from the airport yet quiet and secluded. Clean and comfortable. Would have liked twin beds in at least one room, but other than that, it is the best VRBO that I have ever experienced. Kitchen is well-stocked with what you need.

Glorious and Gracious

We had a fabulous Fall getaway in glorious Bozeman. We enjoyed the home thoroughly and the location to downtown was just right. The backyard and river access is a major plus. It is where we spent much of our time when we weren’t inside having our coffee and sitting by the charming fireplace. The hosts, Dave and Shelley, were gracious and kind. They made us feel right a home and were very responsive when communicating. We especially loved our time learning to fly fish on the river with Dave. It was a dream come true! Highly recommend booking this lovely home.

Wonderful house on the Gallatin River

The River House was a great home base for our trip to Bozeman and the surrounding area. The house is exactly as advertised in the photos and description. The location is tremendous, with the property including a grassy lawn that goes up to a channel of the Gallatin River. We spent a lot of time on the Adirondack chairs by the fire pit reading and enjoying the sound of the stream 20 feet away. The living room and kitchen were very comfortable and attractive for cooking meals at "home" and watching the Olympics on tv. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also very comfortable and well appointed. A bonus was the pool table in the activity room on the second floor which became the scene of dozens of family matches. The house is about 20 minutes from Bozeman, which is a good base for visiting Yellowstone, Paradise Valley, Livingston and other area attractions. Bozeman also has great restaurants and shops. We particularly enjoyed the Blackbird Italian restaurant. The host, Shelley, was always available and helpful, giving us recommendations for activities and checking in to make sure things were going smoothly. All in all, a great mountain vacation home.

Wonderful stay on the Gallatin River

We loved our time at this beautiful house!! This house had everything we needed. Itsy so nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom. We stayed in the master bedroom which was awesome! Very comfy bed and pillows. And we spent a lot of time on the beautiful patio! This home comes highly recommended from us!! The Rothsteins

Boseman Best

Shelley was wonderful. She meet us at the property and showed us the home. She also provided us with things “to do” in and around Boseman. We especially liked the quiet neighborhood. The pool table was used nightly and one grandson played the piano. There were 7 of us and everyone had their own space.

Beautiful views, beautiful space!

This property was perfect for bringing together extended family from near and far. There were so many great spaces for long talks, board games, lots of seating outside surrounded by gorgeous views. Beautiful home right on the Gallatin!

We visited Bozeman for a wedding and loved our stay at the house. Right on the river, easy access to Bozeman, plenty of space. Shelley was very helpful and always quick to respond. I highly recommend this house!
