Vient de figurer premiÚre location de vacances! Maison front de mer entiÚrement rénovée 2018 à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Nagez, faites du kayak, du paddle-board ou détendez-vous tout simplement de la plage de votre jardin Restaurants, café, marinas sont une promenade courte. Il existe de nombreux itinéraires de marche, de course à pied et de vélo le long du littoral. Plusieurs terrains de golf, courts de tennis publics, Newport Polo et Wine Vineyards sont à 5-15 minutes en voiture. Ou vous pouvez vous asseoir à l'ombre et regarder les bateaux passer. House est à moins de 1,6 km de l'autoroute 24, Newport et Bristol sont rapidement accessibles.

Excellent place to stay in Portsmouth

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it was excellent! Working with the property manager was easy and he was very accommodating. The scenery never gets old and you can spend all day in the screened in porch and back deck watching the boats go by!

Great Find!

Home was exactly as advised and more! The views of were breathtaking and having a private beach and large backyard to relax was great for everyone. Host had lots of activities, books and toys for the kids. Home was clean, comfortable and in an accwssible location with grocery stores nearby. The restuarant within walking diatance was an added bonus for a night out. Overall we were very impressed.

Great stay!

You can't beat the waterfront location! Easy access to Newport and Little Compton. The house is fully renovated and really well done! The beds are super comfy. Host was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

The property manager Tyler was very helpful

The house is functional and flowed over one floor with relaxing views of the water. It was convenient to a local coffee shop, restaurants and golf courses. The owner and her son, Tyler were helpful and responsive.

Great Spot for a Nice Family Vacay!

Four adults and one pre-teen enjoyed a week long stay as this gem of a cottage! We enjoyed the sun shining on the water first in the morning for coffee on the deck. And there were always nice breezes in the afternoon. Easy to get to/from Providence, Newport, and Narragansett Bay to enjoy all of the area attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home, just perfect!

We rented the house for a long weekend - 2 couples - and had an amazing time! Every room of the house is gorgeous - very tastefully decorated. Kitchen had everything we needed beyond the food we brought to prepare. The pictures are accurate (but water is actually closer than pictures show); the views were so so pretty, comfy beds, etc. We loved it! (And thank you for the wine - that was a nice touch!)

Perfect rental! It’s better in person than pictures could ever show!

This place was perfect! Stayed here with my husband and our 2 college kids for 3 nights. House was spotless and fully stocked! Property is gorgeous with great views. We spent a day in Newport and the rest of the time local. Love that you can walk to restaurants and bars in minutes. Lots of choices! Watched the sunset from the bridge

Absolutely beautiful!

Yep, it's as pretty as it is in the pictures. We loved spending time gazing at the water from the deck, the sunroom, and even the picnic table on the lawn. Clean & stylish, excellent host, well stocked, and convenient to all that's in the area.

Exceeded our expectations

We had such an amazing July 4th weekend here. The house was immaculate and the setting was beautiful. We had a great time hanging out in the house, yard, and on the kayak. And day trips to Newport and Narragansett were easy from the house. Claudia and Tyler were easy to communicate with before and during the stay answering any questions we had about the house and area. I'd highly recommend staying with them. Thank you both for a perfect weekend!

Awesome time in Portsmouth

We really enjoyed staying at Claudia's house! The house was newly renovated and was very comfortable. It had all the amenities and great central air conditioning. The view in the backyard was priceless! I highly recommend Claudia's house for a great stay! A++

Family Visit

We booked this rental because its proximity to our grandchildren. The cottage was clean, comfortable, well stocked and very pretty. the views were terrific and location great for walking to coffee shop and restaurants. Grandsons enjoyed the beach and backyard. Tyler was very responsive and thoughtful. Would love to stay here again.

Best VRBO and best location

My husband and I have been staying at VRBOs for several years, and it was the best renovated property with very creative solutions to have lots of space in each room. We. loved the backyard and being on the ocean in Portsmouth. Like always, we treated the VRBO like it was our very own home. I highly recommend staying there, and the location is also excellent as we were traveling to Newport Rhode Island, Mystic, Connecticut, Boston and Plymouth. Each location we visited was about an hour or less away from our VRBO..

The place was magnificent, the view gorgeous , house was what we expected and more. just missing propane tank for barbecue so couldn’t grill our steaks , and 10:30am checkout little early, but overall place is was great

Beautiful and comfortable home

This home in Portsmouth is well located, beautifully decorated and comfortable for our family of four. We were able to both relax on site with a great view of the water, and easily get to our destinations in RI and Mass. As an additional bonus, we all had fun walking to breakfast/coffee and dinner. Owners easy to communicate with and were very thoughtful hosts.

Amazing Stay!

The owners were so responsive to all of my questions. The house was so tastefully decorated/updated and the location in Portsmouth, RI was perfect. Not touristy at all, but in a mile radius, I think we counted nine restaurants/coffee shop/bars/ice cream shop, etc. We used the two person kayak, brought our own rafts and rope - we tied them up so we didn’t float away. 10 minutes away there were a ton of supermarkets to choose from in Fall River, MA. We were here the week of July 4, saw fireworks from the yard one night. Loved that we had multiple outdoor options for seating. Thanks Claudia and Tyler - we had a relaxing stay!

Fantastic Rhode Island getaway

We stayed at the property with our toddler. Our baby loved the ducks and bunnies that frequently visited the backyard lawn. This house is a jewel: beautiful, clean, has a great view and a five star hotel feel to it. There are multiple great restaurants within a walking distance. Can’t recommend enough!

Our Portsmouth rental felt like staying at a luxurious friend's house

We had a wonderful 3-night getaway in Portsmouth with our adult son. Everything about this house has been completely renovated to the highest standards. From the FULLY stocked kitchen (there wasn't a spice or a gadget we couldn't find) with its enormous island that we all cooked around, to the luxury bed linens and copious fluffy white bath towels in the marble bathrooms....this house felt like visiting a friend with a really luxe home. The views from the decks were so beautiful and restful. The owners (Claudia and son Tyler) were prompt in communication and follow-up. We walked down the street to the ice cream stand after dinner each night, and enjoyed our cones looking out over the water. It was a perfect summer getaway. We definitely plan to go back!

My husband and I were fortunate to have raised our family here in Portsmouth and have been residents for over 35 years. We currently reside in Fl in the winter months and summer in Portsmouth, enjoying Aquidneck Island, great friends and community.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Already living in the wonderful town of Portsmouth and because of the homes beautiful backyard on the water along with our families love of beaches and boating, we decided to purchase the property as an investment. We also thought it would be a lovely future home to downsize in retirement. In the years we rented the property full time, because of its desirable location, we had only 4 families and renters. Once here they did not want to leave.

You can be as busy or relaxed as you like. Enjoying pristine mornings, water activities and beautiful views from your deck or backyard. With so much to do on Aquidneck Island, there is just nothing like it!
