We had a lovely stay here to relax and catch up with family. We were in walking distance to some great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. The bike path was just at the end of the street and was great for morning runs. Jonathon was very responsive to our messages during our stay. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Jonathan was great to work with. One thing to note is there is no central air conditioning. However, there are window AC units, so everything was still cool. We would stay again.

We had a great stay! Recently renovated so everything was new, updated, and clean. Backyard for kids to play and grill. Owner was responsive. Plenty of room for 6 of us. As mentioned, on a dead end street perfect for hopping on the East Bay Bike Path, short walk to cafes, shops, and restaurants. Our favorites were Tracy's Cream and Sugar for breakfast and Trafford Restaurant & Bar for dinner.

This rental was a pleasant surprise. We had to book at the last minute when our first rental was cancelled due to weather damage. Jonathan was very responsive to my inquiries, and we were able to check in with no issues. When first entering, we noted the sparseness in the living and dining rooms. We found this as well in the bedrooms. No dressers, no decorative pieces -- everything in this home serves a purpose. And in the end, that was all we needed.The beds are very comfortable. There were plenty of blankets and pillows, as well as bath towels. The home is well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels. The kitchen is stocked with what looks like new dishes, pots and pans, and silverware. The appliances also look new.Each bedroom had a TV. The temperature in the home was comfortable, with a programmable thermostat upstairs and downstairs, and window units in the bedrooms. The layout of the home is a little odd, with a full bath upstairs and a full bath downstairs just off the kitchen, but it worked out well for us. The stairs are a little narrow, and we felt we had to be careful going up and down, but all of us 50 women made it just fine.The basement is where the laundry room is located. A little spooky down there, but the dryer was useful when our jackets got soaked from the rain.Overall, this was a really great deal for a home about 20 minutes outside of downtown Providence. Warren is a lovely little town with shops and restaurants. I would stay here again!

Jonathan was an outstanding host and responsive to all requests. His communication through all steps of the process was excellent and helped to make our visit enjoyable. The property was a perfect location for exploring the Warren village and visiting the Warren Beach area.

The property was clean and everything had been upgraded so everything was nice and new. There were three bedrooms and two bathrooms close by two places to eat or do other activities. The host was outstanding and very flexible.
