Amazing ocean view

Great condo in a great location in town. The view from the lanai is amazing. Very easy walk over to the beach. Very easy check in and check out process. Samara has everything you need for a great beach getaway.

Beautiful condo! Very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our 5 nights in Samara. We would have enjoyed the pool, but it wasn't very well maintained. The quick walk down the steps into town was good as there is plenty of shops and the ocean nearby!! Pura Vida

Fantastic stay in Sámara!

Excellent condo, stunning ocean view, walkable location. The pool only had 2 chairs and we noticed some residents carrying their own cdown the stairs to use at the pool.

Good Stay

Great location walk to beach and town. Beautiful deck with great view. Air conditioning is great in the heat. Joannie is great very responsive. The minor negative - 1 key for 2 couples was a bit of a challenge - likely fixed by the time you go!

Great view, living space, and location

We loved Costa Rica, Samara, and this condo unit. The location is ideal; high enough to get a great view yet very close to town and the beach. The unit was updated, spacious, and modern. But we especially loved the covered patio, we spent hours there. Joannie was fantastic, she had so much knowledge and provided such great local insight about the area. Will be back!

Beautiful view, excellent location!

We enjoyed an amazing 4 days at Samara beach while travelling Costa Rica. The condo is newly updated, easy to find and a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The view from our balcony was amazing! The condo was clean, modern and fully equipped. The photos are exactly what you see when you get there. Tina was there to check us in and available to answer any questions. Thank you!!

Great apartment.

I stayed 5 weeks in this apartment while attending the language school. Easy walking to the beach and many restaurants. I didn't have a car and was able to walk everywhere I needed to go. The walk up and down the hill to go into town is worth it as you have great views from the apartment. The outdoor patio is spacious and the apartment had plenty of room for 4. The Saturday feria is awesome and just down the hill from this apartment. If you are looking for great views and in town, this is the place.

Excellent!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Samara and at your condo! It had everything we needed and more. The patio space and the views were incredible. We had 1-2 days of being sick while there but having this place didn't make me feel like I was missing out being "stuck" in the condo since I could still enjoy the space and the views. Lots of storage to put our belongings so we didn't have to live out of our suitcase. Little details like the binoculars and ice machine were nice. If we make our way back to Samara we will definitely stay in your condo again. Thank you!

Beau condo avec une vue exceptionnelle

Grand condo, bien équipé, avec une superbe terrasse. Parfait pour 4 adultes. Le condo est à quelques minutes de marche du centre-ville et de ses services, et de la plage. L’accueil de Joanie et ses nombreuses recommandations ont été très appréciés. Les désagréments pour nous ont été les bruits de construction et le manque de pression d’eau et d’eau chaude à quelques reprises. Une fois la construction terminée, ceci devrait être réglé. La proximité de la ville veut aussi dire que vous entendrez le bruit des vagues, mais aussi les motos et autres bruits de circulation.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit sensationeller Aussicht. Super Kommunikation mit Joannie und reibungsloser Check in / Check out. Der Pool war leider unbrauchbar- aber der soll nun renoviert werden.Schade,dass auf dem wundervollen Balkon keine richtigen Sonnenliegen stehen.Fahrstuhl vorhanden,aber nicht funktionsfähig- Taschen nach oben zu schleppen war etwas anstrengend.Tipp: Am Fuße des Berges steht ein großer Mangobaum- im März kann man dort die Mangos sammeln . Manchmal sitzen Brüllaffen im Baum und frühstücken

Perfect location, beautiful condo!

We stayed at the condo for 9 days in April, 2022. The condo is in the perfect location, walking distance to town with a beautiful view. The unit itself is well stocked. If I could offer any recommendation, I would suggest that the unit provide a few lawn chairs for beach use. Both Joannie & Jen from J&J Properties were very helpful answering any questions, arranging tours and transport from and to airport. We are definitely hoping to re-book next year. Pura Vida!

Lovely beach town

Samara is a lovely small beach town. Unit is really nice with great view from terrific balcony. Pool nice and there is an elevator. Be warned there is no microwave but we hope the owner changes this as you can’t heat up your cold coffee etc. Good air conditioning and ceiling fans. Very up to date.
