Condo élégant, très bien situé! 2 minutes à pied de la plage

Plaza Samara est un beau bâtiment w / parc spacieux. A deux minutes à pied de la plage, au coeur de la ville, mais privé.
Confortablement décoré, wifi connecté, laveuse et sécheuse, 4 climatiseurs et très proche du marché, et des restaurants.

Dr. Freddy, le médecin de la ville, possède l'unité de pierre angulaire face à la rue pour son cabinet privé.

Complet avec son propre large de l'île de rivage, Samara est l'un des plus beaux, noix de coco bordée plage, je ai jamais vu. Il est douces vagues qui font le jeu de l'océan approprié pour la famille et les surfeurs débutants.

Have stayed at this place 3 times over the last 15 years. After a little issue with the water supply, the stay was great. Property manager was responsive. Great location! The TV could be a little bigger and add one in the master bedroom would be nice.

Great condo

We had a great stay here. It is just a few blocks to the beach and within walking distance of everything. Very spacious place, has everything you need. We found the beds comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied and the communication with the host was very quick and eay. Would love to stay here again.

Great stay

Amazing condo with perfect location. Both shower heads are partially clogged and need replacement. It would be nice to have chairs on the balcony to sit outside.

MK: Glad you had a great visit! I let my condo manager know about the showerheads. The water is very hard in Samara and reside buildup happens fast. Regarding chairs on the balcony, it is not a good idea to leave anything removeable outside, but better just to bring a chair out to use when you want to sit on the porch then bring it back inside when done.

Downtown Samara

The property was exactly as described. The unit was in the heart of downtown Samara. East walk to all the restaurants and the beach. You don't need a car if you plan on staying in Samara.

Thank you. It's a good location, but it is a party town certain times of the year like Xmas & Easter break. Generally, a quiet village and a tourist pit stop. The view alone is worth the trip.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property right in the heart of the town. It was clean, spacious and well equipped with everything we needed! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Great communication with the owner and property manager.

It was perfect location. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants

It felt like home. All conveniences we’re close by. Property Well taken care of. Property Manager was there if you need them. Stay there again in a minute.

Perfect perfect perfect!

This property is perfectly located in Samara. Close to everything! Shopping, groceries, beach and nightlife. Lovely three bedroom property with all the amenities you need after spending a day at the most beautiful beach! Selfishly I don’t want to oversell it because I want it to be available next time we come!! 5 ⭐️!

Central Location

We had a great stay. There is a market next door and it is surrounded by restaurants and stores. It's a short walk to the beach. We were there for language school, and it's a 7 or 8 minute walk to the school. There are quieter locations, but if you like being in town, this is a great home. The pool was very nice for cooling off and relaxing. We had pretty visiting horses in he field, and friendly iguanas too!

Good location. Can be noisy on the weekends but during the week was great. It is dark In side and could use more lamps. It has new air conditioning and roof.

Erin: Glad you enjoyed Samara. About the darkness, our ceiling is high and apparently a couple of light bulbs had blown out. With all the electrical high voltage storms of Samara, it can be hard on electronics too. Because you let me know about it I've gotten it fixed. Pura Vida. Carla

Great Location

Nice location and nice accommodation s. We had a nice stay although we had a hard time contacting the property manager via the phone number provided. I noticed a message on what’s app after we left. I didn’t know to look there or I would have checked earlier. The showers were very slippery. Perhaps no skid can be added to the floor or maybe a hand bar? Also the power went off for 9 hours so no a/c or water. I believe the whole town was without power.

A little piece of heaven

It was our first time to Costa Rica and we spent 6 nights at Carla's condo in Samara. This town is something special and the condo was the perfect place to unwind. The location to the beach was fantastic and it was simple to walk to everything we needed, restaurants, groceries, pharmacy etc. It was well appointed with linens and towels, well stocked kitchen and it was nice having the washer/ dryer. It was also nice being able to turn on AC to cool rooms before bed! The pool might not look like much on arrival but it was great to spend time at as well. The property was well kept and we enjoyed our stay very much. How to be back one day!

Cheerful Samara Condo

I had the opportunity to stay at this cheerful & bright condo on a visit to Samara in July of 2010. The condo is one of the nicest one's in Playa Samara and is very well located: walking distance to the beach, restaurants, markets and shopping. It had all the amenities of home; A/C, washer & dryer, Tv, stereo, full kitchen and dinning area. It easily could sleep 6 people. It is very well maintained, freshly painted, clean and nothing broken. The furnishings are nice, not fussy. There was a small wading pool, perfect after a day at the beach for a quick soak! The owner was a delight to work with and was very helpful in suggestions for around town. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

Secure, central location: convenience of a home, freedom of a vacation.

Carla is an absolute dear to deal with, the support team is also prompt and friendly. If you have any questions, they're quick to help and give thorough information to get you going. The condo is right in the center, but you enter from the back for general protection and privacy. There's also an enclosed walkway that faces the main street and keeps the noise away. It's surprisingly quiet and private yet steps away from all the amenities. Costa Rica has some hills and I've read many "2 minutes from town" descriptors, this condo is an easy 1-2 minute walk from the grocery store and restaurants. Less than 5 to the beach. Each room has a fan and air conditioner options. Note there's no cable, so if you vacation to watch movies, bring your Netflix/Crave/etc logins and sit back and enjoy. The entertainment system has connections for all your auxiliary devices as well. Plenty to do in and around the condo. The little pool outside has a cabana where you can sit and enjoy a beverage or have a relaxing picnic. Indeed, with amazing restaurant food in every direction, we did not picnic often. The food in Samara stands out. Make sure you check out the Outback a block away (beside the Outback tours), you'll go back daily. Exceptional staff and food, all meals, all days, music to end the good ones. The Flying taco, young and SO FUN, and El Tortuga or something like that (we left a flyer) wood fire grill a few blocks away. Don't miss that one - it's the best date meal for many miles, but it's a little hidden. If you get lost on your way - stop for French food and try again another day. Pura Vida

Great Condo close to everything

Our family of four stayed in Carla's Condo for a few nights in late December. Everything was as described and we had a wonderful time in Samara. Carla answered all our our initial questions and Nick, her new property manager was very good - contacted me beforehand to introduce himself, sent plenty of directions and helped get us settled in. He also helped arrange transportation and a place to store our bags when we were leaving. We had an issue with the one air conditioning unit, but Nick had it repaired and working promptly the next day. The condo itself is in a great location, right in the middle of town, with many stores just steps away. The beach is a mere 5 minute walk down the road. Everything was clean and the layout worked well for our family with the kids staying in their own room in single beds and my wife and I in the master. The third bedroom was small with a single bed but no window coverings, so very bright in the mornings. Wireless Internet worked well and they have a TV, DVD player and HiFi but there is no cable or radio stations available. They have a few DVD's but bring your own CD's or USB stick with music if you want to use the HiFi. We managed to get Netflix working via the DVD player, so the kids were entertained. The shared pool area downstairs was a nice change to the sandy beach and great for a quick dip or to lounge in the hammock. If we had stayed longer, I would have certainly used the supplied wood fired bbq. There are some wonderful restaurants in Samara - an excellent bakery just round the corner and up the road - Roots Bakery and Cafe (cinnamon rolls, fresh bread, etc). Mama Gui - a new Italian restaurant down the road with the best pizzas and pastas, and El Lagarto a little further on and around the corner offering fantastic steaks (if a bit pricey). We didn't have a car and certainly didn't need it to get around Samara but I would highly recommend taking a trip down the road to Playa Corrilla, an even more beautiful beach without the touristy and commercial addons. Its about 5 km away and you can get there via public bus or taxi. Just remember to pack a lunch and water. Unfortunately our stay in Samara was much too short but we would definitely revisit and stay at Carla's Condo again!

Condo in Samara Beach

This condo is on the second floor on the Main Street in Samara Beach. Less than a 3 minute walk to the beach and surf. Great restaurants nearby. We did not use our car at all as the location was fantastic. The condo was spacious and clean but would benefit from new bedding. There are only sheets so having matching bedding would vastly improve it and the pillows should be replaced too. The pool is tiny but we did not use it because the beach is so close. Overall we recommend it.

Stay in Samara

The actual place, condo, was better than expected...well supplied and very spacious. Nick the true agent was good in sending info and instructions about the condo etc but another manager was in charge of check in and was to help with our transport which was a bit vague and scattered. However she did meet us at the condo upon check in etc so all was well....

Good location. Clean. Check-in was excellent. The condo could use a full length mirror and a couple of portable fans. Otherwise no complaints.

Great place to stay in Samara!

We can't say enough about this condo! We stayed in Samara for a month while at language school and could not have asked for a more clean, safe, well appointed place to live while we were there. The location was perfect - easy walk to grocery, all of the restaurants, the language school and most importantly, the beach. Carla, the owner, was very helpful and great to work with and Nick, the property manager, was very friendly and attentive during our stay. The pool was nice, the high speed internet worked perfectly, the beds were comfortable, the tank-less inline water heater made plenty of hot water for us all and the A/C worked great. Really can't think of anything bad to report about this place. We would definitely stay here if we are ever in Samara again.

When we arrived at Samara Beach it was love at first sight. The town and beach was everything we ever dreamed of in a tropical beach paradise. We bought the property before it was built, just a vacant lot w/ a blueprint and a prayer. We are grateful that the project completed and the property is now thriving. We are planning to be spending more time here. In between those times, we like to rent to appreciative guests.
