Perfect Family Condo mètres de la base de la montagne et de la piscine. Assez grand pour 3 familles, ce condo est un condo spacieux et idéal pour profiter des pentes. Avec seulement un immeuble en copropriété en face de celui-ci, sautez et sautez au pied de l'ascenseur de Boyneland. Il y a un parking juste devant le condo pour faciliter le chargement et le déchargement des bagages et de l'équipement. Tous les magasins, restaurants et activités de Boyne Mountain sont accessibles à pied depuis ce condo.

Ce condo offre trois chambres, chacune avec deux lits queen avec de nouveaux matelas et suffisamment d’espace supplémentaire pour accueillir un matelas gonflable ou un matelas gonflable. Il y a aussi trois salles de bain complètes, dont deux sont en suite. Le salon comprend une cheminée, un canapé-lit et deux tables à manger. Boyne Falls Condo

We loved our stay at this condo. It was super clean and big enough for 12, the beds were comfy and all kids were happy. They loved swimming in the pool, and the boyne city public beach is close by. We would stay here again!

Family Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the renovated, clean space and location to activities. Bedrooms nice size. Host responsive for questions. Would recommend privacy for bedroom windows due to "gap" in blinds or a simple window treatment to use at night. Need light above kitchen sink. (under cabinet light not working) Need to disclose kitchen essentials (flour, sugar, oil, etc) and cookware not available so guest do not have to purchase. Second night we found old pans, strainer, roaster in a closet. However cast iron skillet had rust on it. We prefer to cook breakfast. Pantry needs updated shelves or remove old paper. Cooking supplies could have easily been stored here. Over all we enjoyed stay. Would be nice to have a map of the Ski resort and restaurants with menus in the Guest Binder.

Boyne Vacation

We stayed here for a few days after Christmas. The skiing was not great, due to rainy weather, but the property and location were great. The only hitch was that our microwave did not work. I called the manager who promptly responded and we had a new microwave first thing in the morning. Had a great time!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From our very first inquiry, we had nothing but an exceptionally professional and positive stay. Nancy talked with me about the various properties and helped me choose one that was exactly right for my family. She answered all of my questions, and, Was very patient when I asked her silly ones as well! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated, and the beds felt new – they were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is a small condo kitchen, but we didn’t expect it to be large, nor we doing a lot of cooking. So that was absolutely fine. Nancy was also able to work with the cleaning crew to accommodate our need for an earlier check-in. Very responsive and helpful! We would return to Boyne and definitely work with Timber North again. Highly recommend!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First bedroom on the left heater when set on Auto and the heat comes on sounds like popcorn popping. Even woke a 2 yr old all night long. Pilot light is out again on the fireplace. Only 1 garbage bag did not get us through the weekend. Wood dining chairs are loose & wiggle when sat upon. Living room leather deco chair dumped my daughter on the floor when she leaned forward. Oven temperature does not read accurately - too low for setting. Disappointing for the price of the condo.

A wonderful condo for a ski weekend

The bedrooms are very spacious and three bathrooms were perfect for our group of 6. The kitchenette and living area are small, but large enough for the 6 of us. Small refrigerator so just plan accordingly...we’ll be back!

Our Up North Experience for a party of 10

Reviewer Comments: We had a party of 10 and rented a condo which was advertised as sleeping 14.Pros: close to the ski slopes and amenities of the facility. 3 separate bedrooms with queen beds in each. 3 bathrooms, 2 connected to bedrooms.First floor location.Cute decor.Close to area breweries which we enjoyed.Since it was cold outside (December) we placed things outside for refrigeration. Cons: worlds tiniest kitchen & appliances. Fridge (one ice cube tray in freezer) & stove are apartment sized; single small sink with oversized faucet which likes to squirt onto the floor. Very little counter space. Table seats 8, not enough room for everyone to dine together.We planned to cook meals & dine together, this was quite challenging. If the sofa bed is used, it takes up the entire living room area which is also impeding use of the kitchen. The livingroom/kitchen area is very small and not comfortable for more than about 6 people to sit together. The bedroom furniture is very large, footboards stick out and I have many bruises because there is minimal space to move about. The room I was in had zero room to move beside the bed due to how the footboard sticks out and bed is very close heating/ cooling unit.The light switches are hard to figure out and control the wall outlets, we kept turning things off by mistake. Wall outlet not convenient for CPAP unit required for sleep.Although we were a party who wanted to vacation together, this was far too cramped. The location to skiing and Avalanche Bay is great. This would be nice for a smaller party (6 to 8 max) but is not big enough for anything more.

Nice property for our group (5 adults, 2 kids). Bedrooms are spacious and three bathrooms are great. The living area is a bit small but the kids used the bedroom for gaming and watching tv. The kitchen is small but we only needed it for breakfast and making snacks. We had everything we needed in the way of utensils and pans. The resort has restaurants we enjoyed.

The only suggestions I would make are that the server was in a strange place difficult to access and there needs to be more lighting inside the rooms.
