Prenez une tasse de café dans votre cuisine pleine de granit / acier inoxydable et savourez votre café dans le salon donnant sur le paysage verdoyant, ou dirigez-vous vers votre patio personnel en bord de mer pour profiter du golfe du Mexique. Le reste de la journée est consacré à la piscine, à la plage ou emmenez les enfants au parc aquatique Schlitterbahn, aux jardins Moody, à la jetée de plaisance historique ou au quartier historique du centre-ville. Nam's place was just as I expected from the description. The check in process was easy, and the condo was right across the street from the beach. It was very clean, and had all the comforts of home. I would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location

Perfect location. Stayed for a month. Close to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. and, of course, right across the street from the Gulf waters. Ground floor unit with very close secured parking. Although slightly dated, this property was spacious and very comfortable. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

We ❤️ Galveston!

Have been to Galveston several times, love it. First time staying at the Dawn. The unit was everything it promised to be. Clean, well appointed, comfortable and spacious. Nam and DJ were excellent hosts. Quick to answer any questions. Went out of their way to be sure our stay was all we were hoping for. We look forward to staying here again.

Nice size for a couple and great location

Nam does a very nice job making sure you are comfortable. Keyless entry is a nice amenity. The bed was perfectly comfortable for us. This is important for a long stay. We stayed almost all of January and had to leave because of medical issues. Went to UTMB right there on the island. If you need to have medical attention I highly recommend this hospital. Water view is great however street noise isn't an asset. We knew that when we rented so no problem. Thanks Nam we will return if possible.

The Condo was in excellent condition and everything as shown. We had a little issue with the internet dropping and the host resolved that with the provider, just some updates needed in the router. The grounds of the resort were well kept and the hot tub and pool were good. The fitness center had one of the treadmills broke down for our entire stay of 30 days.

Awesome location and perfect place to stay

The location is perfect, on the less busy side of Galveston. Still close enough to everything you can take a short drive to anything you'd want to do. 2 pools on location and a fitness center with 2 treadmills, elliptical, stationary bike, free weights...the room itself was nice, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again

Nice space for short stay

Had a competition at the convention center which was a pleasant 15 min walk down the road. Wish the bed had been bigger- felt like a double. My daughter ended up sleeping on couch though which was surprisingly comfortable. Great pool and easy access to ocean.

Beautiful gulf view

We absolutely enjoyed our visit to Galveston. The condo was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. Waking up to the view of the gulf each morning was fantastic. Nam is a great host and was kind and thoughtful in all communications.

Great Place to Stay

Enjoyed this place a lot! Nothing bad to say. Room was clean and well stocked. We brought a fan and didn’t need it. 2 were provided. Even though it’s a bottom floor balcony we had a great view of the beach and the moon at night. Kitchen was ready with dishes if you wanted to cook. Conveniently located across the street from Walmart, but not in the center of all the hustle and bustle. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Great location. Nice pool and hot tub.

Directions to condo and check in was detailed and easy. Great location, walking distance to shopping and the beach. We took Uber to The Strand for more shopping and great food. Utilized for fans to keep the space cool on warm days. Loved sitting on the patio and watching the wave. The pools and hot tub spaces were nice as well.
