This was a great house for our group of 6 older couples. We each had our own space and could come together when we wanted. Andy and his property manager were very easy to deal with. They were very quick to respond to any questions or issues. The kitchen was well equipped and had what we needed. The house was well organized and very clean. It was nice to have sufficient towels in the bathrooms and for the pool. The location of the house is very close to anything you might need: restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. I would definitely stay here again. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is due to some maintenance issues that they were not able to fix during our stay. Thanks Andy. You have a great house.

Amazing property! We had so much to do and barely left because the kids were having such a great time! Loved the location- super close to a bunch of places to eat and grocery stores.

This place was the perfect home for my group of 8 that included our adult children and their partners. There was a lot of privacy for the couples in the group and it worked out just perfectly. I have to admit I got lost a few times and I had to pull up the layout to find where the casita was located lol. There are a few things that could be upgraded but to me it was 5 stars across the board!

This home was an oasis! So much room for my group of 12, everyone had their own space although we spent most time together outside by the amazing pool area or in the kitchen! Host was so great with communications and checking in. All the extras were awesome. I absolutely hope to get to return to spend more time at this home!

Brought 3 generations (9 adults, 2 Toddlers and 2 infants) There was plenty of community SPS e and privacy for all. Some commented it was better than a resort because we were all together with everyone doing as they pleased House was well appointed, appliances, dinnerware, etc easy to find an use. We were a group of 6 couples and this was a perfect property for us. Each bedroom seemed private and the pool was the favorite gathering space It sits on a beautiful piece of property that seems secluded but is a 9 minute walk from Trader Joe’s. We could also walk to the Indian Wells tennis tournament (25 minutes). Owner was incredibly responsive and answered all of our concerns immediately.

Terrific accommodations and prompt responsiveness from the management team to meet our needs. Our group was thrilled with this home and all that it offered. Proximity to all the fun golf courses in the area, well kept grounds with amazing grapefruit and lime trees, and such a spacious comfortable overall setup. Hope to return someday, thanks!

We had a great time! The house is in a beautiful location and there was plenty of space for 11 adults to hang out and have their own space at the same time. Its also close to grocery stores which is always a plus!

Annual golf trip

The house was perfect for our trip! It was large enough for us each to have our own room and be able to all stay on one property. The pool and hot tub were great along with all the space to hang out. I highly recommend this property.

This property was wonderful! It is a beautiful home and grounds - clean, well maintained, upscale but comfortable decor, and centrally located. There are a couple of grocery stores within walking distance, which was very handy.Once you are in the gated, well landscaped grounds, it is so relaxing/peaceful to enjoy the pool, sauna, cabana, ping pong, putting green, etc. The well-equipped kitchen was our gathering spot for morning coffee and planning the day’s activities. All of the bedrooms had comfortable beds and linens with ample bath and beach towels. Andy, our property contact, was very helpful and responsive both while booking the property and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we are in this area. Thank you!
