Love this place!

Such a happy place to stay - amazing views of the bay, perfect sunsets, very clean, responsive owner, close to all Beach Haven restaurants, and 2 blocks from beach. We've stayed 2 years in a row!

Amazing stay!

House was amazing - very clean, new floors, every bed had a towel and bath products ready for us on arrival, bedrooms were roomy with good closets, 3 blocks from beach, 1/2 block from bay, but my favorite was the amazing views of sunset from the roofdeck and the 3rd floor/kitchen. Will definitely stay here again!

Amazingly relaxing vacation! Great location!

We had an amazing vacation at this property. It was super clean and was in a great location. Clean towels and sheets were provided which was a huge help in having to pack less. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful rooftop!

This beautiful house was perfect for our family. The location was ideal for walking to the beach and heading to the bay for sunsets. There was so much space and everyone was very comfortable. We loved the upstairs deck morning, noon, and night. It was a perfectly quiet neighborhood, yet a short drive to town. The ACME was so convenient as well. Thank you Ana!!

5 Stars – Beautiful Beach Getaway!We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The highlight was definitely the stunning bay view—especially during sunset, which we enjoyed every evening from the comfort of the roof deck. The house was spotless and very well-maintained, with a bright, open floor plan that made it feel even more spacious and relaxing.We really appreciated that linens were included, which made packing much easier. There was also plenty of parking, which was super convenient for our group. Overall, a perfect spot for a peaceful and scenic getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great Stay!

Loved this clean, spacious house with unbelievable view of sunsets over the bay from the rooftop. Owner responds immediately and this was my families best vacation in LBI. Highly recommended.

The house was lovely! Clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and great views of the bay. The only thing I felt was missing was a clothesline. I brought my own, and it is so helpful with wet, sandy towels and bathing suits. There were plenty of shower towels, but I would suggest bringing your own towels for the beach. Lots of chairs, bookie boards, and an umbrella for the beach

Amazing Family Vacation

Amazing stay!

We had the best week stay at the house! It is perfectly located down the street from the bay (with beautiful views from the roof) and short walk to the beach. The house was perfect for us. The owner was also extremely responsive for any questions we had leading up to and during our Stay. We can’t wait to go back for our next LBI trip!

Bayview beach house

Beautiful sunsets seen from every window, spacious rooftop deck, garage, outdoor showers, large family room, great breakfast room/office, Wonderful master bedroom and bath. Many "hotel type" amenities included, very clean and comfortable. Truly a gem.

Sunsets!!

Sunsets and dinner on the rooftop were amazing!! Also got to enjoy the moonrise over the ocean. The home was very nice, and easy to live in & enjoy. Quiet neighborhood, with an amazing view of the bay, the boat traffic, the far-off horizon, and of course the sunsets/night sky. We had 6 adults and had plenty of space for gatherings, and quiet time.

Fun trip to the beach

We had a wonderful time at this bay/beach house. The home is clean, the kitchen is well-stocked and modern, the furnishings and beds are comfortable and the location is excellent. The home is six houses in from the bay and three short blocks to the ocean. The neighborhood is quiet and about a mile or so from the action of beach haven. We enjoyed the roof top for barbques and take-out from Pinky's seafood. The sunsets were lovely. Our host, Ana, was friendly and responded very quickly to our questions. We will surely look to book the property again the next time we vacation on LBI.

Great LBI House!

This property was perfect for our family (6 adults)! It was very comfortable, clean and spacious, it has a well-appointed kitchen and the updated decor is beautiful! We enjoyed cooking and cocktails on the roof deck while watching the sunset over the bay. It was a bit too windy during our week to use the deck umbrellas for a break from midday sun at the beach, but enjoying early morning coffee and evening lounging on the roof was a welcome option. Our adult children and we had no issues crossing the main boulevard to get to the beach - three short blocks in total. A beach buggy did the heavy lifting for our beach gear. A traffic light with a generous crosswalk signal is only one block over - very helpful during busy times. I’ve been coming to LBI on and off since I was a teenager and this is among the best houses and has THE best outside shower/dressing room combo. Within one-two blocks of the house is Pinky Shrimp’s Takeout - very good! - and Acme Rental where we got our bikes. We used them every day. Of course, the Acme market being so close meant frequent but very quick trips. Lastly, we had only one minor question for our host about how to adjust the AC. I got an immediate response through the VRBO app/email with clear directions. Easy! From my first interaction with Ana inquiring about the house through our parting communications, she was responsive and personable. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning.

Family Getaway

A beautiful property in a good location. Some of the controls (cooling, lighting) were a little tricky but all worked well. The owner is friendly and easy to communicate with. It’s a big, new house convenient to the beaches, restaurants and stores. An excellent place for a family vacation, all-around. The upstairs deck is a relaxing place to have a meal.

Christmas Vacation

We rented this property the week after Christmas and were very happy with the cleanliness of the home. The view from the family room of the bay and the views of the ocean and bay from the rooftop deck were amazing… all of the linens and bedding were top of the line. It was nice being on vacation in a comfortable home with a lot of upgrades! The owner was easy to reach with questions and our Labrador Retriever, Winnie, enjoyed herself at the beach every morning! Was a nice getaway.
