Il s'agit d'une maison de ville haut de gamme de 2 900 mÂČ. La propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e directement sur la plage et dispose d'une multitude de commoditĂ©s. Sortez du grand patio avec une piscine privĂ©e et sur la plage.
Au premier Ă©tage de la maison de ville se trouve: chambre # 1 (lit Ă  baldaquin queen et un lit de repos avec lit gigogne double-2 lits jumeaux ou peut ĂȘtre converti en lit king) et salle de bain attenante. Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec comptoir pĂ©ninsule pouvant accueillir 3 personnes, salon et salle Ă  manger (table pour 12 personnes) avec systĂšme de divertissement complet et 1/2 salle de bain.
Au 2Ăšme Ă©tage de la Casa Familiar se trouve: chambre principale (bdrm # 2) avec un lit king size, salle de bain complĂšte, dressing et balcon; chambre # 3 chambre avec lit queen et lits superposĂ©s, et lit gigogne double et salle de bain complĂšte; # 4 chambre avec lit queen, berceau pleine grandeur et salle de bain complĂšte; . Également situĂ© au 2e Ă©tage: laveuse et sĂ©cheuse, salle de jeux avec lg. Ă©cran plat et grand salon extĂ©rieur donnant sur la plage. L'espace soleil / observatoire du troisiĂšme Ă©tage est accessible depuis un escalier en colimaçon sur la terrasse extĂ©rieure du 2Ăšme Ă©tage.

I’m sorry but as of 4-1-2019 VRBO decided to charge only the 6% state portion of the 17% hotel tax and is omitting charge of the other 11%.
I WILL HAVE TO AMEND PAYMENT AND ADD THE REMAINING 11% HOTEL TAX. You will see it as “maintenance fee” bc tax is not an option under rigid template.
Rental of 2-stories has max. 13 persons & 3 stories has max. 18 persons. NO SPRING BREAKERS...only families during spring break.

Excellent family house to make memories with family

It was a great choice we take on renting this marvelous house. It is huge and every space in the house makes you feel welcome. We are a big family and all of us had enough room to enjoy. I highly recommend people to stay here.

Wow, there were quite a few issues with this house. The ceiling fan did not work. There was no power to the third floor and when we contacted the maintenance person, he did not show up to fix the issue. The home was not as clean as it should be. The vent in the bathroom was disgusting. We had to buy paper towel and dishwasher tabs. The pool lights were not working, but now the owner is claiming we broke the lights. We were kind in reporting the issues to her and not asking for a credit. This was our first VRBO and she has made the experience a bad one.

Absolutely Perfect!

The house and property are simply perfect! Plenty of space for our large group to spread out when we wanted, coupled with great spaces for being together.It is a very quick walk to the beach. The hosts are generous with the use of beach toys, so you don’t need to bring any for the littles.

Wonderful stay

We thoroughly loved our stay here. The ocean location and view cannot be beat. There were 8 of us (siblings and spouses), and we found the house was so spacious: there are multiple places places to sit and talk. The decor is lovely and the kitchen very well equipped.

Perfect Location

Beautiful property directly on the beach. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out with 3 living areas. The YouTube TV was also a huge plus for this sports loving family. All rooms very clean and comfortable. Would have liked better cookware and serving dishes but otherwise kitchen was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was beautiful and wonderfully furnished. Enough space in the driveway for our 4 cars!! Kitchen was well supplied and big enough to fit several cooks at one time. The ocean view was spectacular. We had a great time.

Great place to connect with family

Patricia and Timothy were excellent hosts! There was great communication and the property was well stocked for all the amenities that were needed for our 5 day stay. The beach was super nice and very accessible and the pool helped when the day got hot and we needed some shade. All in all we had a 5 star experience.

There’s peace and tranquil at the beach


Gathering place was wonderful for our family of 11 adults/2 children. More than enough kitchen items. Don’t need to take a thing except yourself, family, food and clothes. Enjoy!

Relaxing and Beautiful

My family and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home. Sunrise on the 2nd home patio was amazing and home had everything we needed. Home was in a great location and right on the beach. Owner had awesome communication and very accommodating. Would definitely come and stay again. :)

Great home! En suite bathrooms were a plus. Great location! Clean, well maintained, great outdoor spaces. Things to know, thermostat controlled by owner, pool not heated, a/c outside main floor is a little loud, grill was not usable. Overall highly recommend!

Home Away from Home

Our family just finished our 4th stay at Cass Familiar. It is truly, for us, like coming home. Our family of 10 fits so comfortably in this beautiful house it makes our stay effortless. Amazing business retreat!

We got this house for our business retreat, and it was amazing! Even though it was raining all weekend, the fact that we had two covered balconies-- still allowed us to have meals and meetings outside with the sound of the waves and the cool breeze. Also the home owner was super accommodating, and the house manager was responsive to all our requests in a timely manner. Overall, an amazing home for our retreat! Everyone loved it! 😍

Great Family Week!

What a great week with family! We had stayed at Casa Familiar several years ago and were so pleased with the accommodations but had outgrown one house and decided to stay elsewhere...what a mistake! Needless to say we are now renting both properties and love the beautifully appointed updates exquisitely done! I really love the fact each bedroom has its own bathroom and the boardwalk that takes us directly to the beach. When we're not at the beach, we can enjoy the patio and pool as well as the lulling Gulf breeze. We will definitely go back.

Presently, I'm a LCSW & a psychiatric APRN but when we purchased Casa Familiar, I was a stay-at-home mom of 9 children, 2 with special needs and foster children. Managing a rental business was a great way to stay at home and work. Technology has made working from anyplace possible.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

During Thanksgiving week, 1999, my husband & I loaded up our Suburban with our kids and drove for the first time to a beach directly straight south of Kansas City...arriving in South Padre Island 17 hrs. later. After vacationing in Marco Island, FL, the previous year, we found that SPI was much more family friendly. We all fell in love with it. We were able to find a rundown townhouse, which sat directly on the beach and had been on the market for over a yr. so got a great price, renovated it, & named it Casa Familiar. Since then, we've been renting to some wonderful families for as many as 20 years and others who have stayed several times.
Now that our children are getting married and having children, we've expanded by adding a 3rd floor

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There's nothing like real beachfront living...unfortunately, many property owners claim beachfront but are located across the street or even blocks away. The end of the patio is the seawall & the boardwalk takes you to the beach. You can prepare lunch in the kitchen while watching the kids play on the beach and be within shouting distance when they need to come in.
