We are the Smith's and big fans of the Smoky Mountain area! We have been vacationing in TN for over 30 years. In 2011 we purchased a cabin to rent out so we could provide guests the most of what we have enjoyed in vacation homes. We had great success in renting that cabin, however our family has grown so we sold that cabin and purchased a house to accommodate our growing family! It has enough room to sleep everyone under the same roof and enough room to spread out and give each other space! We have grown so much that we have purchased a second spot as well just down the road so let us know if you need more room for your family! We have another listing with VRBO for that property! We chose this property because of its seclusion but also because we enjoy this side of town. We like our privacy while relaxing on the deck and just being in nature! We enjoy watching for wildlife and listening to the music of the cicada's at night! Because of it's location we are just a few minutes to the hustle of the activities of all the area has to offer! Dollywood is close by to access communal pool activities for cooling off on a hot day! We love to also go there and walk around and enjoy the beautiful landscape and the food is fantastic! This is a neighborhood that is friendly as well. We love to hear the parrot noises coming from Parrot Mountain and the Dollywood train whistle and the sounds of fireworks in the summertime.
