Southern Falls is a 4,000-square-foot Smoky Mountain stunner in The Summit on Bluff Mountain! Start with beautiful wood, log, and shingle exteriors that give you that lodge-like feel. All around, large windows let in lots of natural light and showcase the beautiful wooded views. Inside, find a beautiful private indoor pool room with more of those windows for a bright and open space. This 5 star Pigeon Forge cabin gives any group getaway an upgrade!

The cabin has a long list of amenities, including 4 king suites, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, TVs in all the bedrooms, rocking chairs, a gas grill, an inviting electric fireplace, DVD and Blu-ray players, a fully equipped kitchen, and a pool table! It also features an outdoor hot tub, big screen TVs, a flat and paved driveway, and futons and a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. With space for 12, this group getaway is great for small reunions, couples' retreats, big family vacations, and weekends away with friends. Also located just 2.1 miles from The Trillium Venue ~ a luxurious mountain wedding venue located in the heart of the Smoky Mountains.

Living Room
Step into the beautiful living room, featuring an elevated ceiling with a raindrop chandelier, a stacked-stone (electric and heated) fireplace, multi-toned hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the Smokies closer to YOU. Rest in the armchairs with a good book or fun magazine, plop on the sofa (doubles as a queen sleeper) for movie night on the big screen TV with DVD and Blu-ray players, or sip wine with your spouse on the loveseat. This bright, open space is perfect for gathering the gang for morning chats or evening entertainment. Plus, you can keep an eye on the kids while they play games in the open loft upstairs. ~ Indoor fireplaces are active late September to April 1st

Kitchen
Following the home's open concept, the fully equipped kitchen is more than ready for bountiful breakfasts, scrumptious lunches, afternoon snacks, homemade dinners, and sweet midnight treats. Say hello to stainless steel appliances, plenty of counterspace, and a large island with bar seating for 3, making meal prep and serving dishes easy-peasy. Pop your favorite K-cup into the Keurig or whip up a pot of joe with the coffeemaker. Cook soup on the stove with bread in the oven, store leftovers in the fridge, and pop everyone's movie night favorite in the microwave. The best part? There's a dishwasher to handle the dirty work for you!

Dining Area
Mere feet from the kitchen awaits the nice dining area with a wall of windows framing tree-studded views and a chic farm table for 12. Everyone can dine, chat, and play games from home together here. This space is also great for crafting with the kiddos, propping open your laptop for a bit, and journaling about the day's adventures.

Rec Room
Ready to play? Head to the rec loft for rousing rounds of pool, fun arcade games, and entertainment on another big screen TV! The space continues with the stylish two-toned ceiling showcasing exposed beams and providing a ceiling fan for heated matches. And there's seating for those waiting for their next turn or needing a little break from all the excitement.

Private Indoor Pool
Ah, there's nothing like relaxing poolside indoors as fall fades into winter or spring jumps into summer. At Southern Falls, you can enjoy the refreshing waters any time of year in the private indoor pool — featuring a spa area with waterfall and kiddy pool and a wall of windows letting in the lovely trees. Teach your littlest to swim in the morning, float around for a bit in the afternoon, and enjoy evening dips as the underwater lights showcase a rainbow of color. At its longest - it is 21ft and at the widest it is 10ft. It has steps leading into a 3ft deep section...then moves to 4ft and at its deepest is 5ft. There are stairs at both ends into the 3ft and 5ft sections. There's also an entertainment space with a table for 6 and a mounted big screen TV, so you can keep an eye on the fish of the family in comfort.

Bedrooms
Harboring 1 on the entry level and 3 on the second floor, the king suites at Southern Falls are stylish and comfortable. Each has a flatscreen TV, a plush king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The primary suite even boasts direct deck access to reconnect with nature and a garden tub for spa nights. Plus, 2 bedrooms (including the master) have a futon for extra guests. Combined with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room and 6 bathrooms in the home, you'll have accommodations for 12 guests here.

Outdoor Spaces
Soak in the great outdoors and tranquil wooded views at Southern Falls, boasting a steamy hot tub, outdoor dining area, lounge and cushioned seating, plus a large stone firepit. Soothe tired muscles, enjoy meals with nature, relax with morning coffee and tuneful songbirds, and swap stories with friends and family by the dazzling fire. And when you're ready to paint the town red, head down 3 steps to the flat, paved driveway with parking for 5 vehicles, making arrivals and departures smooth.
