Bienvenue au paradis Folly Field! Ce joyau, 28 Moonshell, est situé à l'extrémité nord de l'île.

Dormir 8 et parfait pour les escapades en famille. Lorsque vous entrez dans la maison, vous êtes accueilli par un grand salon à concept ouvert. La cuisine et le bar sont à gauche de la pièce à vivre. À gauche immédiate se trouve une cage d'ascenseur qui donne accès à ce niveau et au sous-sol pour votre commodité. En vous promenant dans le salon, vous vous dirigez vers le porche lumineux et spacieux. Idéal pour votre café du matin ou votre dernier verre. La salle à manger peut accueillir tout l’équipage, ce qui la rend parfaite pour les repas en famille.

Le maître est situé au niveau principal, avec sa propre salle de bain complète privée et écran plat. Le lit king confortable et la décoration moderne font revivre le temps des îles! Il y a un accès au porche arrière et à la piscine.

Le deuxième étage a sa propre tanière équipée d'un canapé et d'une télévision à écran plat. Des jeux de société et une table à cartes sont à votre disposition! N'hésitez pas à utiliser le bar bien situé!

Cet espace vous amène à la deuxième chambre principale et troisième. Le deuxième maître a un lit king, télévision à écran plat, balcon privé et salle de bain complète! La troisième et dernière chambre a deux ensembles de lits superposés, parfaits pour les enfants. Il y a une salle de bain complète partagée située juste à côté de la tanière pour les amis superposés.

La cour est magnifique manucuré et nouvelle marque! La piscine a été mise en place au printemps 2019. Venez faire partie des premiers à plonger dans cet endroit rafraîchissant. La douche extérieure est parfaite pour revenir après la plage. Le gril est disponible avec du propane pour vos besoins de cuisson!

Great home and location!

This house was wonderful for our vacation! We picked it for location as it was only a few minutes walk to the beach. The house was clean and had all the items we needed for our stay. We were very pleased with our choice of this house for our vacation!

Great house close to the beach

Wonderful home, very clean and great amenities. Appliances, pots/pans and knives were very good for a vacation rental. Very close to the beach and easy to get to without paying the toll. Would stay here again.

Look No Further!

This house was perfect! Our young family of five had the best time here and felt right at home. The house was super clean and came with so many amenities. The beach was a short five minute walk that our little legged kiddos had no trouble walking to. The beach was peaceful and uncrowded. We highly recommend this house and look forward to visiting again soon! This will be our go to for our Hilton head vacation.

Vacation of our dreams

This place was AMAZING! We came here with our three year olds and one year old and it was absolutely perfect for our family. The house was so well decorated and very clean and the pool was a dream!! The house had everything we needed and was very kid friendly with a playroom and kids games throughout. The walk to the beach was also very easy. We loved the private beach access and the quieter neighborhood. We are already talking about coming back to the very same house. Highly recommend!

Lovely home, would stay there again.

The home was lovely. Tastefully furnished, decorated and clean. Screened in porch, patios, pool, nice yard. Comfortable beds and furniture. Good TV's. Garage was available for us to keep our bikes and chairs in. Was about a 5-minute walk to the beach and a few minute walk to Jamiaca Joe'z beach bar & grill for lunch. We ate dinner out every night. Highly recommend Okko Japanese (Thai and Chinese, too) and The Jazz Corner. Outstanding food and great live entertainment 7 nights a week.

Awesome place

We came here for a short family vacation that was walking distance to the beach. This was definitely the place. The walk was not even 5 minutes away. Check in was easy. There was plenty of towels to use, along with dishes. No spices or aluminum foil so if you plan on doing any cooking, you might want to bring some along. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and the neighbors that we met were very friendly. Would stay here again in the future. The second day we were there the resort called just to make sure everything was good and that we didn't need anything.

Wonderful stay -- highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic time staying at 28 Moonshell Road! The home is absolutely beautiful, well decorated, very clean and very comfortable - from the couches to the beds. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit - both much larger than they appear in the photos. There were quite a few floats and pool noodles; we didn't end up having to buy any. I have two large teenagers, plus myself and husband and there was plenty of room, and the pool heat was incredible. The home is well appointed, plenty of the starter essentials, cooking tools, and tons of space. The walk to the beach is quick - maybe 5 minutes max (bring your own chairs). The kids loved the upstairs where they had their own rooms, little kitchen, TV/couch etc. We would absolutely recommend this home to other travelers. It is also worth noting that Beachside Getaway is a fantastic company to work with. We have rented a lot of homes over the past 10 years and they were by far the best to work with - very responsive, excellent communication, very helpful and extremely nice. This is a great rental - exactly as advertised :-)

Very clean. Great location. Watch out for the cockroaches!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed this house once we bought a few cans of Raid. Being from the midwest we were not used to the Palmeto bugs (which is a fancy name for cockroaches.) The night we arrived there were 6 in the garage and 4 up in the childrens room. We are not sure if this is 'normal' or if maybe the house really needs an exterminator. We bought a few cans of Raid, sprayed, and only had a handful pop up in the house the rest of the week. Other than that the house it beautiful! Very clean. Very quiet neighborhood. You can tell this is more of a family home rather than a party rental house. It is well taken care of. It has just about everything you need. It already had pool floats which we didn't know about, so we had brought our own. A very short walk to the beach (one block) and the beach part for Folly Field was not as populated as other spots. A suggestion I might have for the owners is to have a guest book to sign which is always fun to see where people are from and maybe reccomend a few of their favorite spots around the island.

Thank you for the review Grant. When we called during your stay we did not get a mention of the Palmetto Bug situation. They are different than roaches as they are not a sign of infestation as they nest outside and wonder inside during inclement weather. Either way, we have had the exterminator over in the meantime to make sure the home has a fresh barrier in place. Thank you for staying with us and come back anytime! - Beachside Getaway

Hilton Head Perfection

This home is lovely and perfect for a family getaway. The home is stunning and the privacy of the pool made relaxing easy. The private neighborhood path to the beach made it easy to enjoy. We were able to have lots of room when on the beach to play.

Lovely home made for wonderful vacation

I can’t say enough great things about this home. It was extremely clean and updated. The elevator was wonderful to have. The pool was plenty big for family of 5 and very private. The walk to beach is short-1 block. Biggest hurdle is long path over sand dunes so bring wagon or something to help with gear. The beach area is not crowded since condos are not near the community access. It is not in a gated community which we liked because it was easy to get in and out. Screened porch is large and comfortable. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. I would highly recommend this home!
