Welcome to your perfect getaway in Palmetto Dunes, where this spacious two-story villa offers comfort, luxury, and stunning panoramic lagoon views. With room to sleep up to ten guests, this home is ideal for families or small groups seeking both relaxation and adventure. Just a short walk to the beach and the neighborhood’s pool complex—which includes a large pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub—you’ll also have easy access to miles of scenic bike paths, kayaking through the lagoon system, and the beachfront Dunes House bar and grill. Plus, enjoy free transportation on the Dunes Buggy, offering quick rides to Shelter Cove for waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and entertainment.

Inside, the open-concept main floor is designed for comfort and connection, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the living area with natural light and showcase the tranquil lagoon views. The gourmet kitchen opens to the living and dining space, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Step out to the screened-in porch with a ceiling fan for shaded lounging, or soak up the sun on the open deck. This level includes two bedrooms—one with a King bed, private ensuite, and jacuzzi tub, and another with a queen bed. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a laundry room round out the first floor.

Upstairs, a cozy loft with seating and more lagoon views leads to two additional bedrooms: a king suite with its own ensuite bath, and a twin bedroom with another private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: WE had a great 5 week stay at this villa. Upon arrival it was immaculately clean. The villa has gorgeous views of the lagoon from all rooms, is beautifully decorated and has large bedrooms with comfortable beds and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The location was great. A few minor issues were dealt with immediately by the property manager. They were very helpful and responsive. it was so peaceful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this villa!

Check in was easy, to get parking passes you must go to the Islands Rentals of Hilton Head not the parking pass station at Palmetto Dunes. We stayed here with a total of 8 people including 2 young children and it was just amazing. We were not cramped and the common spaces were enough for all of us to enjoy time together. The rooms were beautiful and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We saw all kinds of wild life from the patio and deck. We love the well stocked kitchen with great pots, pans, knives and dinnerware. The walk to the beach was the cherry on top and the hosts provided 4 beach chairs that came in handy. We enjoyed our time and were sad to leave. We hope to come back next year or sooner and stay for a little bit longer.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was very nice, so spacious and immaculate! The screened in porch was so enjoyable,a nice quiet retreat. The beach was just a short walk across the street and having chairs and toys available to us was an added bonus. We also enjoyed the bikes that were left for us to use, we rode everywhere!! Our favorite restaurant was One Hot Mama's. If you are looking for a great vacation I can not recommend this home enough, 5 stars. We had an issue with the pool and management was on it instantly!! Miss Hilton Head already and can't wait to go back😊

Property was clean and accommodated 8 adults comfortably. Would have liked to have coffee filters for the coffee maker and also would have liked to have known what type of coffee makers were there..We had 4 cars and had to park one at the rental company as we could only get 3 passes. There was plenty of spaces and this was a big inconvience.
