30 Haul Away est situé dans Palmetto Dunes Resort sur une voie de 11 mile sur lequel vous pouvez faire du canoë et du poisson pour les miles. Il est un outil facile 7 minutes à pied de la plage. Nous sommes également la distance du Marriott Resort et le magasin général de la marche. Palmetto Dunes est une communauté fermée privée qui offre une gamme complète d'activités de vacances qui incluent: golf, tennis, activités de plage, spas, kayak, vélo, pêche et des restaurants. The Dunes Buggy fonctionne en haute saison pour accompagner les clients des magasins et des sites sur HHI facile.

Cette maison spacieuse et bien éclairée front de mer offre une vue magnifique sur la voie d'eau et donne sur une piscine de luxe et une terrasse pour une détente totale. Vous pourrez choisir parmi 4 chambres confortables, 4 salles de bains et un foyer au bois. La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour la cuisine sérieuse! La maison a été entièrement rénové en Juin 2010. Notre designer a acheté tout nouveau sur le tapis jusqu'à nos 400 draps de fil! Tout est neuf !! Chaque chambre dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur CD / DVD. La grande salle a un nouveau téléviseur haute définition à écran plat et Blu ray DVD. Nous avons Internet sans fil gratuit dans toute la maison.

Nouvelles pompes à chaleur ont été installées en 2013. Cela assure un refroidissement et le chauffage imaginable la plus efficace et silencieux.

L'arrière de la maison donne sur une belle piscine à débordement avec une chute d'eau. Il y a une grande terrasse autour de la piscine avec des meubles pour manger en plein air ou de détente et une vue captivante de 11 mile de long lagon / voie d'eau. Poissons à partir de votre propre quai privé ou d'un canoë ou un kayak qui peut être loué à quelques pas de la maison. Vous pouvez louer des kayaks et des vélos de la proximité des Palmetto Dunes Outfitters.

Nous avons utilisé nos meilleurs efforts pour créer une expérience de vacances merveilleuse pour vous, votre famille et vos amis. La femme de ménage peut assurer que votre maison de vacances sera propre et bien entretenu à votre arrivée. Pourquoi ne pas essayer de nous cette année? Nous ne vous décevrons pas.

Great pool!

Plenty of room, great pool, well stocked kitchen, and beds were comfy. Beach access is a little walk away, most of our time was spent in the pool. Good communication with rental management company, and check-in and out was easy.

Great location

Great house in a great location in Palmetto Dunes. We had walking access to the beach and also enjoyed bike riding in the neighborhood. Lots of room for an active family.

This was our first family vacation and first visit to Hilton Head. The house was very roomy and it was easy driving around Hilton Head. Our only complaint is the floors in the house were dirty and the pool was a little too chilly (especially for our 3 year old granddaughter) to really enjoy like we had hoped. Other than that, it was a great trip!!! My husband catching an alligator off the little dock behind the house and deers in the yard all week were a bonus!!! Hope to visit Hilton Head again in the future!

Need to paint over mold in kitchenNeed to sweep entry walk and pool deck prior to guest occupancy. Install garden curbing to keep soil running on entry path to home. Overall it was a great home and met our needs.

We found the property to be as presented. Open floor plan provided plenty of room when we were all (7 of us) inside at the same time. The pool was enjoyable and put to good use.

Great house and pool!

Multiple families sharing the house for a week. The layout was great (2 BR on one side of house and 2 BR on the other side). The walk to the beach was a solid 10 minutes, and we recommend taking bikes and renting the beach chairs and umbrella at the beach. We spent more time at the pool and riding bikes (also shopping and horseback riding), so the distance from the beach was ok with us. Everyone enjoyed their stay, and will definitely consider renting again if in the area.

June vacation

We enjoyed the layout of the home. The pool was great. Sitting area outside near lagoon could use a good cleaning. We contacted Island Getaway about a few problems. Most were resolved. We asked that the sitting area be cleaned. They sent someone who used a leaf blower which improved the area. However they failed to clean the chairs which were too dirty to sit in. So we used the pool area which was great. Pool guy did excellent job. This is a very nice home.

smoke detectors need to be updated

We had to change a smoke detector battery as it was chirping and noted that the date on the detector was 2004. These should be changed at least every ten years.

Beautiful Pool, lots of room and easy walk/bike ride to beach

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was large and super awesome for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. The pool was amazing and the infinity edge on the pool added a beautiful ambiance of waterfall sounds continuously. Pool cleaners came while we were there and swept out the pool. It was very clean all week. We biked to the beach each time we went and the Bike Doctor delivered our bikes and picked them up. So convenient!! Super easy to get in upon arrival with checkin instructions and the numeric keypad was awesome so all of us could come and go as we pleased without having to share keys, etc. we loved our stay…was hard to leave. We also loved the Stars and Stripes sunset cruise that we took on our last night. Saw lots of dolphins…worth every penny! Neighborhood was beautiful and the biking on the beach and in the neighborhood was super fun. Easy and close groceries at Kroger and the general store had fun items, souvenirs and treats. Definitely would stay again!! Thank you for sharing your lovely pool and home with us!!

Relaxing Family Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay in Palmetto Dunes. The heated pool gave us hours of enjoyment. The pleasant walk to the beach allowed us to observe a most amazing full moon. The beds were comfortable and our time spent together was enhanced by the great floor plan of the home. We shared much laughter and made precious memories.

Pledge the Pink Walk

We were a group of 4 couples here for the Pledge the Pink walk to fight breast cancer. This home worked perfectly for us, would also be great for golf outings! The set up, location and communication with the home were great!

Fantastic place

The area and the house is gorgeous! It was amazing and my family and I had a lot of fun. My only caveat is there were a good amount of dead bugs throughout the house when we first arrived. The bedrooms were really tidy but it seemed as if no one had touched the house in a few days even though we were told the house was going to be cleaned right before we were supposed to check in.

Nice property

The pool was great, we enjoyed it very much. We had some issues, dirty ceiling fans, dirty rugs, only one dish towel and dish cloth, propane tank was empty and so was the spare tank, batteries in the remotes needed replaced, dryer vent hose was off needed fixed. Island Getaways was responsive and dealt with all issues, but it would have been nice to not have the issues at all. It would have been nice to have use of the garage to store golf clubs and bring in bags and groceries. The trip up and down the steps to the front door was a lot with luggage.

Family vacation

This property had it all! If we weren’t at the beach, we were riding bikes, swimming in the pool or kayaking in the lagoon. The only issue was that our ceiling fan in the master bedroom had a thick coating of dust on the blades. We loved the house and would absolutely stay here again.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed staying here. The location is great - short walk to the beach (~10 min), and you can launch kayaks directly off the property. The pool is fantastic! There is enough space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is large and had almost everything we needed for cooking. We had some questions about the property before our stay, and Tony always responded to my messages very quickly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful quiet peaceful location!

The pool was lovely. Great layout of the home. The home could really use an hour of good dusting - ceiling fans, blinds, return air vents. The price was fair. Short walk to the beach. I wish it had a few more cleaning supplies- dish soap, countertop cleaner.

Summertime fun

Great house for an extended family. Wonderful pool and outside area! The only issue was the housekeeping didn’t check one bedroom very well, a dirty washcloth was in the shower and an empty soft drink can under the bed. We had a great time!

The property has a very good location to the beach and the infinity pool and lagoon dock are great. The property was not clean- needed sweeping and dusting. Trash was not collected until I called on Monday. Some deferred maintenance needs to be addressed.

The written instructions spelled out for all our guests is if there is anything that needs to be addressed they are to contact our management company Island Getaway and they will resolve the issue. I have forwarded the complaint to the cleaning service and await a reply.
