Take It E-Sea: condo 2 BR / 2 BA, Ocean Dunes, à Kure Beach, pour 6 personnes

Nouveau dans notre programme de vacances 2019.

Take It E-Sea est une nouveauté dans notre programme de vacances pour 2019. Ce condo-ascenseur situé au dernier étage se trouve à Ocean Dunes, à l’extrémité sud de Pleasure Island. Récemment mis à jour, ce condo face à l'océan avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan avec beaucoup de vie marine visible depuis le pont. Les installations de Ocean Dunes comprennent: 3 piscines extérieures, une salle de fitness, une aire de jeux, des courts de tennis et de basket-ball, ainsi qu'une grande piscine intérieure avec bain à remous et sauna sec. Tout près se trouvent la plage historique de Fort Fisher, l'aquarium de Caroline du Nord, le ferry de Southport et le très populaire quai de pêche de Kure Beach. Take It E-Sea peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes avec un lit King dans la chambre principale, un lit Queen dans la 2ème chambre et un canapé / lit Queen dans le salon. L'unité dispose du wifi et de la télévision haute définition dans le salon et deux chambres. Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis et l'accès par clé intelligente facilite les déplacements de toute la famille. Un emplacement de stationnement attribué à cette unité, débordement d’hôtes situés dans le bâtiment 2000.

It was a nice property right on the ocean. Beautiful deck. It was a nice stay. The house is a little dated and could be more stocked with necessities. We would stay here again.

Great location

If you enjoy getting away from it all, great beaches, great parks, biking, pier fishing, and discovering interesting places to shop and eat, I can’t recommend Kure Beach/Fort Fisher more. And Ocean Dunes is the best place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious, clean, and well appointed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze.

Kure Beach - Two Day Stay in Ocean Front Condo

The property met our expectations very well. The unit had a clean look and the layout was very nice. The patio facing the ocean was the hit of the weekend. Besides giving us a great, relaxing view of the beach, we had a treat in seeing a multitude of pelicans diving from great heights into the ocean in search of fish. The grounds were well kept and not crowded at all. Thanks for a special weekend.

2 parking spaces one in main parking lot, to small for large SUV. The second spot is across the street, long walk. Only Elevator broke 50 percent of time. Im disabled.

Nice place, comfy beds, great location- but the amenities were advertised better than reality. The pool is on a back street, not just downstairs. We never found the large gazebo with ocean views as pictured. We had 2 cars and were given 2 parking passes, but only 1 spot was available at our unit. Our other car had to be parked at the opposite end of the parking lot in “guest parking.” Kids were playing near the car and the alarm went off 3 times in one day. Beware of the air vent in the floor near the sliding glass door. It’s not secured and becomes dislodged very easily if you step on it or touch it with your foot. Huge fall hazard, especially with our two-year-old! Take your own trash bags, toilet paper, kitchen towel, and paper towels.

Outstanding Property Manager!!

Wow - the property manager, Carolina Retreats Vacations | Pleasure Island, took really great care of us. We experienced a hiccup that was completely out of anyone's control and they were fast to act and incredibly caring. Highly recommend!

Time at the beach

The location of the property is great. It was quite hard to locate the building and then the condo but once we found it we were thrilled with the view. There were several minor things that annoyed us which I won’t bother mentioning but the main thing is the place needed a DEEP cleaning….under furniture, along baseboards, the air intake, etc. for a rental unit for 3 nights it was ok. We didn’t use the pools, they weren’t convenient but the beach was right where promiandceasy to access.

Great property - amazing service

The property is fantastic. Well appointed and in an amazing location. Perhaps even more impressive was the service. We got caught in the gas shortage and the property managers helped us to extend our stay (thank goodness the unit was available for a few more days). Even more impressive, the staff at Carolina Retreats called us to let us know when a gas station nearby had fuel before it showed up on any of the apps we were tracking. They were friendly and thoughtful throughout.

Perfect place to relax and get away from it all! Super easy check in and check out. Has all the amenities you need for a carefree time at the beach!! Super comfortable, excellent views, wonderful location.
